Abstract
【解決手段】パーフルオロエラストマー(A)と、フッ素ゴム、シリコーンゴム、エチレンプロピレン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種のエラストマー(B)とが、質量比で、0.5対99.5〜80対20で混合されているエラストマー組成物、並びに前記エラストマー組成物を成形してなる成形体。

Description
(1)パーフルオロエラストマー(A)と、フッ素ゴム、シリコーンゴム、エチレンプロピレン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種のエラストマー(B)とが、質量比で、0.5対99.5〜80対20で混合されていることを特徴とするエラストマー組成物。
(2)パーフルオロエラストマー(A)とエラストマー(B)との混合比が、重量比で5対95〜60対40であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載のエラストマー組成物。
(3)パーフルオロエラストマー(A)及びエラストマー(B)が有機過酸化物により架橋され、かつ、有機過酸化物及び共架橋剤を含むことを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)に記載のエラストマー組成物。
(4)パーフルオロエラストマー(A)とエラストマー(B)とが相溶しているか、一方に、他方が平均粒径10μm以下の凝集体となって分散した海島構造を形成していることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のエラストマー組成物。
(5)上記(1)〜(4)記載の何れか1項に記載のエラストマー組成物を成形してなることを特徴とする成形体。
(6)パーフルオロエラストマー(A)とエラストマー(B)とが相溶しているか、一方に、他方が平均粒径10μm以下の凝集体となって分散した海島構造を形成していることを特徴とする上記(5)記載の成形体。
表1及び表2に示す如くパーフルオロエラストマー(A)、エラストマー(B)、架橋剤及び共架橋剤をオープンロールで混合する。尚、実施例2と比較例3とでは、混合時間を変えることで、凝集体の大きさを調整した。得られたコンパウンドを金型にセットし、金型温度160℃で10分間架橋成形を行った後、180℃のオーブン中で4時間二次架橋を行ってシートを得た。そして、得られたシートから試験片を切り出し、以下に示す評価を行った。結果を表1及び表2に併記する。
(1)常温特性評価
・引張強さ、切断時伸び:JIS K6251に準じた。
(2)100℃熱間特性評価
・引張強さ、切断時伸び:試験雰囲気を100℃とし、その他はJIS K6251に準じた。
(3)耐プラズマ性評価
以下の条件でプラズマを曝露し、曝露前後での試験片の質量減少率で耐プラズマ性を評価した。
・装置 :神港精機製表面波プラズマエッチング装置
・試験片 :厚さ2mm、φ13mmシート
・ガス :O2+CF4
・処理圧力:133Pa
・出力 :3kW
・曝露時間:2時間
・質量減少率(質量%)=〔(プラズマ曝露前の質量−プラズマ曝露直後の質量)/(プラズマ曝露前の質量)〕×100
(4)凝集体の平均粒径の測定方法
試験片から切片を採取し、透過型電子顕微鏡(日本電子株式会社製「JEM−2000X」)を用いて透過電子写真を撮影した。写真中の凝集体(粒子状物)の平均面積を測定し、この平均面積を円と仮定してその直径を求め、平均粒径とした。また、実施例2、実施例3及び比較例3で作製したシートのTEM写真を図2〜図4に示す。
Claims (6)
- パーフルオロエラストマー(A)と、フッ素ゴム、シリコーンゴム、エチレンプロピレン系ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも1種のエラストマー(B)とが、質量比で、0.5対99.5〜80対20で混合されていることを特徴とするエラストマー組成物。
- パーフルオロエラストマー(A)とエラストマー(B)との混合比が、重量比で5対95〜60対40であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエラストマー組成物。
- パーフルオロエラストマー(A)及びエラストマー(B)が有機過酸化物により架橋され、かつ、有機過酸化物及び共架橋剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- パーフルオロエラストマー(A)とエラストマー(B)とが相溶しているか、一方に、他方が平均粒径10μm以下の凝集体となって分散した海島構造を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のエラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜4記載の何れか1項に記載のエラストマー組成物を成形してなることを特徴とする成形体。
- パーフルオロエラストマー(A)とエラストマー(B)とが相溶しているか、一方に、他方が平均粒径10μm以下の凝集体となって分散していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の成形体。
