Abstract
【解決手段】 衝撃吸収体1は、ブロー成形によって一体に成形された中空構造である。衝撃吸収体1には少なくとも1つの破裂誘導部12が形成されている。破裂誘導部12は衝撃吸収体1の壁面に形成されたノッチ状の突条13からなる。衝撃吸収体1はポリオレフィン系樹脂と非晶性樹脂のポリマーアロイである熱可塑性樹脂により構成されている。

Claims (8)
- 車両構成部材に内設することによって車両の内部または外部からの衝撃を吸収するための熱可塑性樹脂製の車両用衝撃吸収体において、
衝撃吸収体は、ブロー成形によって一体に成形された中空構造であって、中空部を有する本体と、この本体の互いに対向する第一壁および第二壁をそれぞれ他方へ向けて窪ませて互いの先端部を接合させた対をなす凹状リブを複数個有しているとともに、
衝撃吸収体を構成する壁面には少なくとも1つの破裂誘導部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用衝撃吸収体。 - 破裂誘導部が衝撃吸収体を構成する壁面の相対的に薄肉となった薄肉部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 破裂誘導部が衝撃吸収体の壁面に形成されたノッチ状の突条または溝条であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 破裂誘導部が衝撃吸収体の壁面に形成された屈曲部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 破裂誘導部が衝撃吸収体を構成する壁面のうち凹状リブを形成する壁面内に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 衝撃吸収体は曲げ弾性率が10000kg/cm2以上、かつ常温時におけるアイゾット衝撃値が35kg/cm2以下である熱可塑性樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 衝撃吸収体はポリオレフィン系樹脂と非晶性樹脂のポリマーアロイである熱可塑性樹脂により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂がポリプロピレン樹脂であり、
非晶性樹脂がポリスチレン樹脂、ABS樹脂、変性PPE樹脂またはその混合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
