Abstract
【解決手段】RFIDタグ5は、フィルム基材20と、フィルム基材20上に並列に複数形成されたアンテナパターン30と、隣接するアンテナパターン30の間に設けられた切り込みと36、アンテナパターン30に電気的に接続されたICチップ40とを備え、フィルム基材20を切り込み36を利用して折り曲げ部44で折り曲げることによりアンテナ形状が形成されている。

前記フィルム基材上に並列に複数形成された送受信用のアンテナパターンと、
前記隣接するアンテナパターンの間に当該アンテナパターンに沿って前記フィルム基材の内方から外縁部に達するように設けられた切り込みと、
を備え、
前記アンテナパターンが形成されたいずれかの前記フィルム基材を前記切り込みを利用して所定方向に折り曲げ若しくは湾曲可能に形成されていることを特徴とするRFIDタグ用アンテナ。
前記フィルム基材上に並列に複数形成された送受信用のアンテナパターンと、
前記隣接するアンテナパターンの間に当該アンテナパターンに沿って前記フィルム基材の内方から外縁部に達するように設けられた切り込みと、
通信回路と記憶回路を内蔵し前記アンテナパターンに電気的に接続されたICチップと、
を備え、
前記アンテナパターンが形成されたいずれかの前記フィルム基材を前記切り込みを利用して所定方向に折り曲げ若しくは湾曲させたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。
通信回路と記憶回路を内蔵したICチップを前記アンテナパターンに電気的に接続するICチップ実装工程と、
前記隣接するアンテナパターンの間に当該アンテナパターンに沿って前記フィルム基材の内方から外縁部に達するように切り込みを設ける切り込み形成工程と、
前記アンテナパターンが形成されたいずれかの前記フィルム基材を前記切り込みを利用して所定方向に折り曲げ若しくは湾曲させることにより所望のアンテナ形状を形成するアンテナ形状形成工程と、
からなることを特徴とするRFIDタグの製造方法。

Claims (10)
- フィルム基材と、
前記フィルム基材上に並列に複数形成された送受信用のアンテナパターンと、
前記隣接するアンテナパターンの間に当該アンテナパターンに沿って前記フィルム基材の内方から外縁部に達するように設けられた切り込みと、
を備え、
前記いずれかのアンテナパターンが形成された前記フィルム基材を前記切り込みを利用して所定方向に折り曲げ若しくは湾曲可能に形成されていることを特徴とするRFIDタグ用アンテナ。 - フィルム基材と、
前記フィルム基材上に並列に複数形成された送受信用のアンテナパターンと、
前記隣接するアンテナパターンの間に当該アンテナパターンに沿って前記フィルム基材の内方から外縁部に達するように設けられた切り込みと、
通信回路と記憶回路を内蔵し前記アンテナパターンに電気的に接続されたICチップと、
を備え、
前記アンテナパターンが形成されたいずれかの前記フィルム基材を前記切り込みを利用して所定方向に折り曲げ若しくは湾曲させたことを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記アンテナパターンおよび前記ICチップの表面を絶縁性部材で被覆したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ用アンテナを同一平面上に複数配置してなり、当該RFIDタグ用アンテナの集合体として形成されたRFIDタグ用アンテナシート。
- 前記各アンテナパターンが全体として平面アンテナを形成するように、前記フィルム基材を所定角度で一回または複数回折り曲げたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記各アンテナパターンが全体として立体アンテナを形成するように、前記フィルム基材を所定角度で一回または複数回折り曲げたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記アンテナパターンがほぼ同一平面上で全体として渦巻き状となるように、対応する前記フィルム基材を複数回折り曲げたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記アンテナの一部または全部が螺旋状となるように、対応する前記フィルム基材を螺旋状に湾曲させたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のRFIDタグ。
- フィルム基材上に複数の送受信用のアンテナパターンを並列に形成するアンテナパターン形成工程と、
通信回路と記憶回路を内蔵したICチップを前記アンテナパターンに電気的に接続するICチップ実装工程と、
前記隣接するアンテナパターンの間に当該アンテナパターンに沿って前記フィルム基材の内方から外縁部に達するように切り込みを設ける切り込み形成工程と、
前記アンテナパターンが形成されたいずれかの前記フィルム基材を前記切り込みを利用して所定方向に折り曲げ若しくは湾曲させることにより所望のアンテナ形状を形成するアンテナ形状形成工程と、
からなることを特徴とするRFIDタグの製造方法。 - 前記フィルム基材は熱可塑性材料にて形成され、前記アンテナ形状形成工程では当該フィルム基材を加熱および加圧することにより前記折り曲げ加工若しくは湾曲加工を施すことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のRFIDタグの製造方法。
