本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标及其生产方法,能够具备阻燃、抗静电和保健功能,避免热切带来的弊端。

a)织唛:采用经纱和纬纱在织唛机中像织布一样一整匹织出来,得到经纱的密度为65根/cm、纬纱的密度为45根/cm的织唛预成品,经纱和纬纱采用上述所述的经纱和纬纱,所述单纱I的各组分的质量配比为:氨纶纤维80~90份、珍珠纤维5~10份、银离子纤维5~10份,包覆纱I的各组分的质量配比为:间位芳纶纤维80~90份、银离子纤维5~10份和涤纶纤维5~10份,所述单纱II的各组分的质量配比为:氨纶纤维80~90份、珍珠纤维5~10份、银离子纤维5~10份,包覆纱II的各组分的质量配比为:间位芳纶纤维80~90份、银离子纤维5~10份和涤纶纤维5~10份;
b)裁切处上胶浆:将织唛预成品沿其宽度方向裁切的裁切处通过喷胶装置进行上胶形成上胶裁切部,得到裁切处上胶织唛;
c)点胶:通过点胶机对裁切处上胶织唛的正面进行点胶,得到点胶织唛,胶点为透明硅胶凸起;
d)烘干:对点胶织唛进行烘干,得到烘干织唛,烘干温度为100~120℃;

1.一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标,其特征在于:包括织唛商标主体(1)和若干透明硅胶凸起(3),所述织唛商标主体(1)的正面设有透明硅胶凸起(3),所述织唛商标主体(1)由经纱和纬纱平织而成,所述经纱由芯纱I和以螺旋的方式对芯纱I进行包覆的包覆纱I构成,所述芯纱I由至少两根单纱I捻合而成,所述单纱I由氨纶纤维、珍珠纤维和银离子纤维混纺而成,所述包覆纱I由间位芳纶纤维、银离子纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由芯纱II和以螺旋的方式对芯纱II进行包覆的包覆纱II构成,所述芯纱II由至少两根单纱II捻合而成,所述单纱II由氨纶纤维、珍珠纤维和银离子纤维混纺而成,所述包覆纱II由间位芳纶纤维、银离子纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为:60~70根/cm,所述纬纱的密度为:40~50根/cm,所述织唛商标主体(1)的上下两宽端载有防散边胶,所述织唛商标主体(1)的前后两窄端的背面均设有双面胶体(4),所述双面胶体(4)的一粘结面与织唛商标主体(1)粘结连接,另一粘结面设有隔膜(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标,其特征在于:所述经纱的密度为:65根/cm,所述纬纱的密度为:45根/cm。
3.一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a)织唛:采用经纱和纬纱在织唛机中像织布一样一整匹织出来,得到经纱的密度为65根/cm、纬纱的密度为45根/cm的织唛预成品(6),经纱和纬纱采用本申请的权利要求2所述的经纱和纬纱,所述单纱I的各组分的质量配比为:氨纶纤维80~90份、珍珠纤维5~10份、银离子纤维5~10份,包覆纱I的各组分的质量配比为:间位芳纶纤维80~90份、银离子纤维5~10份和涤纶纤维5~10份,所述单纱II的各组分的质量配比为:氨纶纤维80~90份、珍珠纤维5~10份、银离子纤维5~10份,包覆纱II的各组分的质量配比为:间位芳纶纤维80~90份、银离子纤维5~10份和涤纶纤维5~10份;
b)裁切处上胶液:将织唛预成品(6)沿其宽度方向裁切的裁切处通过喷胶装置(7)进行上胶形成上胶裁切部(5),得到裁切处上胶织唛;所述喷胶装置(7)包括PLC控制器(70)、第三电磁阀(71)、龙门架(72)、气缸(73)、槽体(74)、框体(75)、若干喷胶头(76)、喷胶管(77)、进胶口(78)和进风口(710),所述龙门架(72)的两个立柱之间设有框体(75),所述龙门架(72)的横梁上设有气缸(73),所述气缸(73)的活塞杆的下端设有与框体(75)相对应且槽口朝下的槽体(74),所述龙门架(72)的横梁上设有可滑动且下端与槽体(74)固定连接的定位滑杆(79),所述槽体(74)内设有喷胶管(77),所述喷胶管(77)的下端设有均匀分布的喷胶头(76),所述槽体(74)的一侧壁上设有与喷胶管(77)连通的进胶口(78)和与第三电磁阀(71)的输出端连接的进风口(710),所述第三电磁阀(71)的输入端与供气源连接,所述槽体(74)内设有第一压力传感器(716),所述第三电磁阀(71)、第一压力传感器(716)和气缸(73)与PLC控制器(70)连接;
c)点胶:通过点胶机对裁切处上胶织唛的正面进行点胶,得到点胶织唛,胶点为透明硅胶凸起(3);
d)烘干:对点胶织唛进行烘干,得到烘干织唛,烘干温度为100~120℃;
e)裁切:将烘干织唛沿其宽度方向裁切,得到单排织唛长条,然后对单排织唛长条进行裁切,得到长方形的单个织唛;
f)贴胶:将单个织唛的两窄端的背面贴上双面胶。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:所述槽体(74)的槽口上设有橡胶垫(711)。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:所述进胶口(78)通过第一电磁阀(712)与储胶罐(713)连接,所述储胶罐(713)内设有第二压力传感器(714),所述储胶罐(713)的进气口通过第二电磁阀(715)与供气源连接,所述第一电磁阀(712)、第二电磁阀(715)和第二压力传感器(714)与PLC控制器(70)连接。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:所述胶液为液体硅胶。
