技术领域
本发明涉及织带技术领域,具体地说,是一种变色织带。
背景技术
中国专利申请号201320647599.9涉及一种织物,尤其是涉及一种变色织带。该变色织带,包括织带本体,所述的织带本体上间隔设置有加密凸纹,相邻两个加密凸纹之间密布有反光点,所述的织带本体包括经纱和纬纱,经纱包括有间隔设置的反光带,反光带与纬纱交错连接形成所述的反光点。本发明具有能够有效地增强整体立体感、在不同的角度看的色彩和视觉效果均不同、更加亮丽等有益效果。
中国专利申请号201410202830.2涉及一种环保透气提花双色织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体具有基本区和花型区,所述织带本体包括第一层和第二层,所述第一层由加捻高弹尼龙和氨纶混并形成的经线与加捻高弹尼龙纬线交织而成,所述第二层由加捻高弹尼龙和氨纶混并形成的经线与加捻高弹尼龙纬线交织而成,其中氨纶为第一层和第二层经线中的共用线,所述基本区中第一层位于上方,第二层位于下方,所述花型区中第一层位于下方,第二层位于上方。本发明所揭示的一种环保透气提花双色织带,在织带上进行了提花处理,而且提花颜色与底色为不同深浅的颜色,增加了织带的美观性。
中国专利申请号201120018215.8涉及一种发泡色织带,包括至少两条拉花带,相邻两条拉花带之间通过一条网格带相连;每条拉花带上至少设有一束经向方向上的线带束,线带束上设有若干段纬向方向上的箍线段;相邻两段箍线段之间的线带束上设有发泡粒。克服现有技术织带编织技术过于单一,没有好的装饰效果的缺陷,提供了一种视觉感好,手感佳,且编织形式多样化的发泡色织带。
织带以各种纱线为原料制成狭幅状织物或管状织物。带织物品种繁多,广泛用于服饰、鞋材、箱包、工业、农业、军需、交通运输等各产业部门。30年代,织带都是手工作坊生产,原料为棉线、麻线。新中国成立后,织带用原料逐渐发展到锦纶、维纶、涤纶、丙纶、氨纶、粘胶等,形成机织、编结、针织三大类工艺技术,织物结构有平纹、斜纹、缎纹、提花、双层、多层、管状和联合组织。
按编织方法分:平纹、斜纹、缎纹与杂纹三几大类。(平纹/小波纹/斜纹/安全织带/坑纹/珠纹/提花等PP织带按其纱的粗细可分为900D/1200D/1600D;同时我们应该注意织带的厚度,厚度也确定其单价和韧度。)
按使用性质分:服装类织带、鞋材类织带、箱包类织带、安全类织带、其它特殊类织带等。
按织带本身特性分:弹性织带与刚性织带(非弹性织带)两类。
按工艺分:主要为梭织带和针织带两大类。织带,特别是提花织带,与布标工艺有点相似,但是布标经纱固定,由纬纱表达图案;而织带基本纬纱是固定的,由经纱表达图案,用的是小机器,每次打版、生产穿纱和调整机器可能都要花很长时间,而且效率相对不高。但是可以制造出种类繁多,眼花缭乱的产品,并不像布标那样总是那几样面孔。织带主要功能是装饰性的,也有是功能性的。如流行的手机吊带等。带子织出来以后,还可以丝印各种文字/图案,一般比直接把文字图案织出来会便宜些。
目前,功能性织带成为发展的潮流之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种变色织带。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种变色织带,其特征在于,其包含织带层,交联层以及变色层组成,在织带层和变色层之间设置交联层;变色层分为基层,光敏层以及保护层,在基层和保护层之间设置光敏层;光敏层的材料为温敏可变弹性光学材料,温敏可变弹性光学材料为芯壳结构;织带层包含经线和纬线,通过经编工艺交织而成;经线为康泰斯复合弹性纤维和聚酯纤维;纬线为莫代尔纤维和尼龙纤维。
织带层,交联层以及变色层的厚度比为8:1:1。
基层,光敏层以及保护层的厚度比为1:2:1。
光敏层的材料为温敏可变弹性光学材料,其为芯壳结构,芯层的材料为聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVN,壳层的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯的混合物,二者的质量比为1:1。芯层为聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVN等,聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA由于其含钛胺键,由于在受热时发生温度敏感,在温度发生变化时显示出不同的颜色,已达到变色的效果。壳层的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯的混合物,利用壳层的弹性起到缓冲保护芯层的效果。光敏层采用常规的乳液聚合法制备。
在织带层和变色层之间设置交联层,通过交联层的交联剂将织带层和变色层进行热熔连接。
基层,光敏层,保护层通过交联剂进行热熔连接。
织带层包含经线和纬线,通过经编工艺交织而成;其中经线为康泰斯复合弹性纤维和聚酯纤维,二者的根数比为1:3;纬线为莫代尔纤维和尼龙纤维,二者的根数比为1:9;利用康泰斯复合弹性纤维和莫代尔纤维为织带提供做够的弹性;而尼龙和聚酯纤维提供足够的强度;其中,康泰斯复合弹性纤维,其为ConTEX复合弹性纤维(ST100复合弹性纤维,市场统称T400弹性纤维)是一种采用杜邦Sorona为主要原料,与普通PET通过先进复合纺丝工艺制成的双组分新型复合弹力纤维;具有自然永久螺旋卷曲及优异的膨松性、弹性、弹性回复率、色牢度以及特别柔软的手感,既可单独纯织,也可与棉、粘纤、涤纶、锦纶等进行交织,形成多种多样的种类风格。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:
光敏层的材料为温敏可变弹性光学材料,其为芯壳结构,芯层为聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVN,壳层的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯的混合物。芯层为聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVN等,聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA由于其含钛胺键,由于在受热时发生温度敏感,在温度发生变化时显示出不同的颜色,已达到变色的效果。壳层的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯的混合物,利用壳层的弹性起到缓冲保护芯层的效果。光敏层采用乳液聚合法制备。从而实现织带随温度变化而变色的效果。

以下提供本发明一种变色织带及其加工方法的具体实施方式。
实施例1
请参见附图1,一种变色织带及其加工方法,其包含织带层1,交联层2以及变色层组成,在织带层和变色层之间设置交联层;变色层分为基层3,光敏层4以及保护层5,在基层和保护层之间设置光敏层;光敏层的材料为温敏可变弹性光学材料,其为芯壳结构。
织带层,交联层以及变色层的厚度比为8:1:1。
基层,光敏层以及保护层的厚度比为1:2:1。

1.一种变色织带,其特征在于,其包含织带层,交联层以及变色层组成,在织带层和变色层之间设置交联层;变色层分为基层,光敏层以及保护层,在基层和保护层之间设置光敏层;光敏层的材料为温敏可变弹性光学材料,温敏可变弹性光学材料为芯壳结构;织带层包含经线和纬线,通过经编工艺交织而成;经线为康泰斯复合弹性纤维和聚酯纤维;纬线为莫代尔纤维和尼龙纤维;
温敏可变弹性光学材料的芯层的材料为聚乙烯基异丁钛胺PNVIBA;壳层的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯的混合物,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯的质量比为1:1。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种变色织带,其特征在于,织带层,交联层以及变色层的厚度比为8:1:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种变色织带,其特征在于,基层,光敏层以及保护层的厚度比为1:2:1。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种变色织带,其特征在于,经线的康泰斯复合弹性纤维和聚酯纤维的根数比为1:3。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种变色织带,其特征在于,纬线的莫代尔纤维和尼龙纤维的根数比为1:9。
