本发明公开了一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,包括织唛标本体、折叠边、连接边和防散胶边,所述织唛标本体的左右两边设有折叠边,所述折叠边的外沿设有连接边,所述织唛标本体的前后侧边设有涂覆有防散胶边,所述防散胶边沿着织唛标本体向左右两侧延伸并依次覆盖折叠边和连接边的前后侧边,所述织唛标本体还包括装饰层、抗静电层、基体层和底衬层,所述基体层底部设有底衬层,所述基体层顶部设有抗静电层,所述抗静电层顶部设有装饰层,与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,设计合理,有效提升了织唛标的抗静电性能和阻燃性能,提升了用户的穿戴体验。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,特别是一种阻燃抗静电织唛标。
【背景技术】
织唛是织在衣服、裤子上面的,包含有文字、字母、LOGO图案的布标。服装厂、制衣厂、家纺厂在其生产、制造、加工或者销售服装、家纺时采用的,用于区别服装、家纺的来源,由文字、图形、字母、数字、三维标志、颜色组合,或者上述要素的组合,具有显著特征的标志,是现代经济的产物。
现有的织唛标的功能较为单一,只能起到标识作用以及提醒使用者织物的洗涤方法,在实际使用过程中,织唛标上容易产生静电,影响穿戴舒适度,而且,部分外置的织唛标表面设有绒毛,在接近明火时十分容易成为起火点,进而引燃织物,对穿戴者造成严重损伤,因此,有必要提出一种阻燃抗静电织唛标。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,本发明结构简单,设计合理,有效提升了织唛标的抗静电性能和阻燃性能,提升了用户的穿戴体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,包括织唛标本体、折叠边、连接边和防散胶边,所述织唛标本体的左右两边设有折叠边,所述折叠边的外沿设有连接边,所述织唛标本体的前后侧边设有涂覆有防散胶边,所述防散胶边沿着织唛标本体向左右两侧延伸并依次覆盖折叠边和连接边的前后侧边,所述织唛标本体还包括装饰层、抗静电层、基体层和底衬层,所述基体层底部设有底衬层,所述基体层顶部设有抗静电层,所述抗静电层顶部设有装饰层。
作为优选,所述折叠边的长度为织唛标本体的0.05-0.1倍,所述折叠边上表面的中心处设有弯折标记图案。
作为优选,所述弯折标记图案为长方形装饰条,所述弯折标记图案通过缝合的方式与折叠边上表面相连,所述弯折标记图案表面涂有荧光涂料。
作为优选,所述连接边的长度为折叠边的1.5-2倍,所述连接边的上表面上设有缝合面,所述缝合面的外边缘与连接边的外边缘相互重合。
作为优选,所述防散胶边为硅胶制品,所述装饰层、抗静电层、基体层和底衬层通过防散胶边连接在一起。
作为优选,所述装饰层由涤纶长丝和羊毛纤维编织而成,所述装饰层的中心处设有通槽,所述通槽为矩形通槽,所述通槽内部设有标识图案。
作为优选,所述抗静电层由抗静电经纱和涤纶纬纱编制而成,所述抗静电纱线为包芯纱,所述抗静电纱线的纱芯由涤纶纤维和导电尼龙纤维混纺而成,所述抗静电纱线的包覆纱由多根经过抗静电剂浸渍处理的氨纶纤维螺旋包覆组成。
作为优选,所述基体层由阻燃涤纶经纱和阻燃涤纶纬纱编织而成,所述基体层的厚度为抗静电层1.5-2倍。
作为优选,所述底衬层由透气棉纱线编制而成,所述底衬层与基体层之间设有粘胶。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过设置装饰层、抗静电层、基体层和底衬层来组成织唛标本体的方式,基体层内部的阻燃涤纶给与织唛标本体良好的阻燃性能,即便织唛标本体被明火点燃,燃烧的火焰在离开热源后便会自行熄灭,防止火焰蔓延进而点燃整个织物,对穿戴者造成严重烧伤,抗静电层内部的导电尼龙纤维能有效的将织唛标上附着的静电导出,提升穿戴者的使用舒适度;通过设置折叠边、连接边和防散胶边的方式,折叠边和连接边简化了织唛标的连接方式,折叠边上设置的弯折标记图案还具有荧光装饰功能,防散胶边使得织唛标本体的各个面料层之间不易出现分离,也能保证织唛标本体的尺寸稳定。

参阅附图,本发明一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,包括织唛标本体1、折叠边2、连接边3和防散胶边4,所述织唛标本体1的左右两边设有折叠边2,所述折叠边2的外沿设有连接边3,所述织唛标本体1的前后侧边设有涂覆有防散胶边4,所述防散胶边4沿着织唛标本体1向左右两侧延伸并依次覆盖折叠边2和连接边3的前后侧边,所述织唛标本体1还包括装饰层5、抗静电层6、基体层7和底衬层8,所述基体层7底部设有底衬层8,所述基体层7顶部设有抗静电层6,所述抗静电层6顶部设有装饰层5。
其中,所述折叠边2的长度为织唛标本体1的0.05-0.1倍,所述折叠边2上表面的中心处设有弯折标记图案21。
其中,所述弯折标记图案21为长方形装饰条,所述弯折标记图案21通过缝合的方式与折叠边2上表面相连,所述弯折标记图案21表面涂有荧光涂料。
其中,所述连接边3的长度为折叠边2的1.5-2倍,所述连接边3的上表面上设有缝合面31,所述缝合面31的外边缘与连接边3的外边缘相互重合。
其中,所述防散胶边4为硅胶制品,所述装饰层5、抗静电层6、基体层7和底衬层8通过防散胶边4连接在一起。
其中,所述装饰层5由涤纶长丝和羊毛纤维编织而成,所述装饰层5的中心处设有通槽51,所述通槽51为矩形通槽,所述通槽51内部设有标识图案52。
其中,所述抗静电层6由抗静电经纱和涤纶纬纱编制而成,所述抗静电纱线为包芯纱,所述抗静电纱线的纱芯由涤纶纤维和导电尼龙纤维混纺而成,所述抗静电纱线的包覆纱由多根经过抗静电剂浸渍处理的氨纶纤维螺旋包覆组成。

其中,所述底衬层8由透气棉纱线编制而成,所述底衬层8与基体层7之间设有粘胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过设置装饰层5、抗静电层6、基体层7和底衬层8来组成织唛标本体1的方式,基体层7内部的阻燃涤纶给与织唛标本体1良好的阻燃性能,即便织唛标本体1被明火点燃,燃烧的火焰在离开热源后便会自行熄灭,防止火焰蔓延进而点燃整个织物,对穿戴者造成严重烧伤,抗静电层6内部的导电尼龙纤维能有效的将织唛标上附着的静电导出,提升穿戴者的使用舒适度;通过设置折叠边2、连接边3和防散胶边4的方式,折叠边2和连接边3简化了织唛标的连接方式,折叠边2上设置的弯折标记图案21还具有荧光装饰功能,防散胶边4使得织唛标本体1的各个面料层之间不易出现分离,也能保证织唛标本体1的尺寸稳定。

1.一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,其特征在于:包括织唛标本体(1)、折叠边(2)、连接边(3)和防散胶边(4),所述织唛标本体(1)的左右两边设有折叠边(2),所述折叠边(2)的外沿设有连接边(3),所述织唛标本体(1)的前后侧边设有涂覆有防散胶边(4),所述防散胶边(4)沿着织唛标本体(1)向左右两侧延伸并依次覆盖折叠边(2)和连接边(3)的前后侧边,所述织唛标本体(1)还包括装饰层(5)、抗静电层(6)、基体层(7)和底衬层(8),所述基体层(7)底部设有底衬层(8),所述基体层(7)顶部设有抗静电层(6),所述抗静电层(6)顶部设有装饰层(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,其特征在于:所述折叠边(2)的长度为织唛标本体(1)的0.05-0.1倍,所述折叠边(2)上表面的中心处设有弯折标记图案(21)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,其特征在于:所述弯折标记图案(21)为长方形装饰条,所述弯折标记图案(21)通过缝合的方式与折叠边(2)上表面相连,所述弯折标记图案(21)表面涂有荧光涂料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,其特征在于:所述连接边(3)的长度为折叠边(2)的1.5-2倍,所述连接边(3)的上表面上设有缝合面(31),所述缝合面(31)的外边缘与连接边(3)的外边缘相互重合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,其特征在于:所述防散胶边(4)为硅胶制品,所述装饰层(5)、抗静电层(6)、基体层(7)和底衬层(8)通过防散胶边(4)连接在一起。

8.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗静电织唛标,其特征在于:所述基体层(7)由阻燃涤纶经纱和阻燃涤纶纬纱编织而成,所述基体层(7)的厚度为抗静电层(6)1.5-2倍。
