本发明涉及一种纺织品的技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃抗静电针织面料及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,在衣着上面更加需求轻爽柔软,富有弹性、延伸性和悬垂性好,透气性好,并且款式新颖,色泽艳丽,这些需求正是针织物服装的优越性所在,广受人们的青睐,针织即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。目前,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。但是针织面料存在一个很常见的问题,在人们穿脱时存在一个困扰就是很容易产生静电,影响了人们的使用,有待于改进。
发明内容
本发明提出一种阻燃抗静电针织面料及其制造方法,解决了现有技术中针织面料产生静电的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种阻燃抗静电针织面料,包括表层及内层,该表层由100%涤纶纱线织成,其纱线支数为100D,该内层由60%腈氯纶纤维、27%的阻燃粘胶纤维、10%的对位芳纶纤维、3%的透明导电纤维的混纺纱线织成,其纱线的支数为30S。
优选方案为,所述腈氯纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
优选方案为,所述阻燃粘胶纤维的纤维细度为2DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
优选方案为,所述对位芳纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。

一种阻燃抗静电针织面料的制造方法,该阻燃抗静电针织面料包括表层及内层,该表层由100%涤纶纱线织成,其纱线支数为100D,该内层由60%腈氯纶纤维、27%的阻燃粘胶纤维、10%的对位芳纶纤维、3%的透明导电纤维的混纺纱线织成,其纱线的支数为30S,其制造方法包括如下步骤:
一、进行表层纱线的染色;
二、染色之后进行织造,属于双层组织,表层纱线和内层纱线同时喂入针织机的工作针上,纱线按顺序弯曲成圈,并互相穿套,同时,表层和内层通过连接线缝合,缝合线为内层的纱线;
三、水洗面料,并经由柔软剂处理及定型,从而完成面料的制造。
优选方案为,步骤一中采用分散染料进行染色。
优选方案为,步骤一包括纱线进厂-松筒-倒角-装笼-进入染缸-前处理-水洗-染色-水洗-脱水-烘干。

如图1所示,该阻燃抗静电针织面料10包括表层11及内层12。该表层11由100%涤纶纱线织成,其纱线支数为100D。该内层12由60%腈氯纶纤维、27%的阻燃粘胶纤维、10%的对位芳纶纤维、3%的透明导电纤维的混纺纱线织成,其纱线的支数为30S。该阻燃抗静电针织面料的表面是荧光色,以实现高可视性,起到高度警示作用。背面为纱线本身,即不染色。该阻燃抗静电针织面料10的克重为215g/m2。
该腈氯纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。该腈氯纶纤维是日本kaneka公司生产的产品,具有优异的阻燃性能,有效防止电弧产生的危害。
该阻燃粘胶纤维,具有永久的阻燃性能,其纤维细度为2DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。本实施例中,该阻燃粘胶纤维是奥地利兰精公司生产的产品。面料选择加入这种纤维,保证阻燃性能的前提下,提高面料的手感,舒适性以及悬垂性能。
该对位芳纶纤维具有永久的阻燃性能,其纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。具体实施时,该对位芳纶纤维可为间位芳纶纤维或对位芳纶纤维,择优选择对位芳纶纤维,保证面料的高强度和优异的热收缩性能。
该导电纤维是日本Belltron的产品,型号是Belltron B31。该导电纤维起抗静电的作用,采用透明色,可在内层不染色情况下,保证颜色统一,不会出现花色的情况。
该阻燃抗静电针织面料中各成分比例的调配是经过长期的开发总结和大量的测试经验所得,使面料的阻燃性、抗静电性能、高可视性、舒适手感,完美外观的统一结合。同时也保证了面料的价格合理化。
该阻燃抗静电针织面料表层11是荧光色,高可视,起到高度警示作用,通过欧洲标准EN20471检测。内层12采用阻燃纤维和抗静电纤维,面料在具有高可视的基础上,增加了阻燃性能和抗静电性能。且阻燃纤维采用阻燃粘胶纤维,增加面料的舒适性和悬垂性,由于属于粘胶类产品,增加对皮肤的保护,选用对位芳纶纤维,增加面料的强力和热收缩性能,在高温的场合面料几乎不会收缩,更有效的保证了劳动者的安全。
该阻燃抗静电针织面料色泽饱满,面料不含有金属、偶氮等粒子,不含有对人体健康产生危害的化学物质,耐水洗,染色牢度好,色牢度达到4级,通过欧洲荧光标准EN20471检测,其结果如下:
1、荧光度测试:合格;
2、亮度系数:合格。
该阻燃抗静电针织面料还通过欧洲阻燃标准EN11612的检测标准,具体结果如下:
1、热收缩率:经向2.3%,纬向2.2%;
2、垂直燃烧(布面点燃):合格;
3、水洗尺寸稳定性:经向-2.5%,纬向-1%;
4、针织布顶破强度:530KPA;
5、对流热:抽样一HTl24=5.9S;抽样二HTl24=5.9S;抽样三HTl24=6.1S;

该阻燃抗静电针织面料还通过欧洲抗静电标准EN1149-3检测,其结果如下:
1、半衰期:0.02S合格;
2、屏蔽系数:0.32合格。
该阻燃抗静电针织面料10的制造方法包括如下步骤:
一、进行表层纱线的染色;该染色步骤中,采用分散染料进行染色,具体步骤包括纱线进厂-松筒-倒角-装笼-进入染缸-前处理-水洗-染色-水洗-脱水-烘干;
二、染色之后进行织造,属于双层组织,表层纱线和内层纱线同时喂入针织机的工作针上,纱线按顺序弯曲成圈,并互相穿套,同时,表层和内层通过连接线缝合,缝合线为内层的纱线;
三、水洗面料,并经由柔软剂处理及定型,从而完成面料的制造。

2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述腈氯纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃粘胶纤维的纤维细度为2DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。

5.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃抗静电针织面料的克重为215g/m2。
6.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃抗静电针织面料的表面是荧光色,内层为纱线本色。
7.如权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述导电纤维采用透明色。
8.一种阻燃抗静电针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:该阻燃抗静电针织面料为权利要求1至7中任何一项所述的针织面料,其制造方法包括如下步骤:
一、进行表层纱线的染色;
二、染色之后进行织造,属于双层组织,表层纱线和内层纱线同时喂入针织机的工作针上,纱线按顺序弯曲成圈,并互相穿套,同时,表层和内层通过连接线缝合,缝合线为内层的纱线;
三、水洗面料,并经由柔软剂处理及定型,从而完成面料的制造。
9.如权利要求8所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤一中采用分散染料进行染色。
10.如权利要求9所述的阻燃抗静电针织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤一包括纱线进厂-松筒-倒角-装笼-进入染缸-前处理-水洗-染色-水洗-脱水-烘干。
