技术领域
本发明属于服装面料技术领域，具体涉及一种阻燃面料。
背景技术
我国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产国、出口国和消费国，出口额占全球出口贸易的四分之一以上。纺织面料关系到人们生活的方方面面，现有的面料无法满足人民日益增长的物质文化需求。而随着人民物质文化需求的增长，对于服装面料的特殊功能需求越来越多，如服装面料的阻燃功能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明旨在提供一种阻燃面料。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种阻燃面料，由20D的高阻燃腈氯纶纤维和40D的阻燃涤纶短纤维混纺构成外阻燃面料层，外阻燃面料层再和100％涤纶面料复合形成阻燃复合面料，阻燃复合面料的面料克重为130g/m2，外阻燃面料层的捻向为左向捻，纱线捻度为140-160捻/10cm，纱线粗细为60英支。
进一步的，所述外阻燃面料层的纱线密度为150×150。
进一步的，所述外阻燃面料层的织造缩率为±5％。
本发明具有如下有益效果：

本发明一种阻燃面料，由20D的高阻燃腈氯纶纤维和40D的阻燃涤纶短纤维混纺构成外阻燃面料层，外阻燃面料层再和100％涤纶面料复合形成阻燃复合面料，阻燃复合面料的面料克重为130g/m2，外阻燃面料层的捻向为左向捻，纱线捻度为140-160捻/10cm，纱线粗细为60英支。
其中，外阻燃面料层的纱线密度为150×150。外阻燃面料层的织造缩率为±5％。

1.一种阻燃面料，其特征在于：由20D的高阻燃腈氯纶纤维和40D的阻燃涤纶短纤维混纺构成外阻燃面料层，外阻燃面料层再和100％涤纶面料复合形成阻燃复合面料，阻燃复合面料的面料克重为130g/m2，外阻燃面料层的捻向为左向捻，纱线捻度为140-160捻/10cm，纱线粗细为60英支。
