Abstract
本发明涉及一种布料,尤其涉及一种新型阻燃布料。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型阻燃布料,包括基布层,所述基布层由经线和纬线交织构成,每根经线和纬线由双股单纱组成,所述经线和纬线原料为芳纶纤维,所述基布层的表面涂覆有由耐磨涂料形成的耐磨层,所述基布层的外侧表面依次设有抗菌防霉层和免洗层,所述抗菌防霉层由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝以经线和纬线交错编制而成,所述免洗层的材质为纳米竹炭纤维,所述基布层的内侧表面涂覆有一层抗皱涂层,所述抗菌霉层和基布层之间还设有隔热层。本发明的优点是:本发明的新型阻燃布料,结构合理,功能性强,可以满足人们对服装布料更高的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种布料,尤其涉及一种新型阻燃布料。
背景技术
在特定的工作场所,对工作人员的防护服装有阻燃的要求。芳纶纤维是一种永久阻燃纤维,不会因使用时间和洗涤次数降低或丧失阻燃性能。但是,目前市场上的芳纶纤维制成的布料,除了具有其本身的阻燃性能外,其余功能还相对比较单一,越来越不能满足人们的需求。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对上述不足,提供一种新型阻燃布料,以满足人们对服装布料更高的需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型阻燃布料,包括基布层,所述基布层由经线和纬线交织构成,每根经线和纬线由双股单纱组成,所述经线和纬线原料为芳纶纤维,所述基布层的表面涂覆有由耐磨涂料形成的耐磨层,所述基布层的外侧表面依次设有抗菌防霉层和免洗层,所述抗菌防霉层由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝以经线和纬线交错编制而成,所述免洗层的材质为纳米竹炭纤维,所述基布层的内侧表面涂覆有一层抗皱涂层,所述抗菌霉层和基布层之间还设有隔热层。
进一步的技术方案:
所述抗菌防霉层的纬线内嵌入有导电丝。
所述耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
所述抗皱涂层为有机硅高弹涂层。
所述隔热层内均匀分布有依次连接的气泡,所述气泡内填充满蓬松的丝状物
所述丝状物为纱线。
由于上述技术方案的应用,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、本发明的阻燃布料,在基布层的外侧表面依次设有抗菌防霉层和免洗层,在抗菌防霉层的纬线内嵌入有导电丝,使其具有抗污免洗,抗菌防霉,抗静电的特点。
2、本发明的阻燃布料,在抗菌霉层和基布层之间还设有隔热层,使得本发明的阻燃布料具有隔热保温的作用。

如图1所示,本发明一种新型阻燃布料,包括基布层1,所述基布层1由经线和纬线交织构成,每根经线和纬线由双股单纱组成,所述经线和纬线原料为芳纶纤维,所述基布层1的表面涂覆有由耐磨涂料形成的耐磨层,所述基布层1的外侧表面依次设有抗菌防霉层2和免洗层3,所述抗菌防霉层2由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝以经线和纬线交错编制而成,所述免洗层3的材质为纳米竹炭纤维,所述基布层1的内侧表面涂覆有一层抗皱涂层4,所述抗菌霉层2和基布层1之间还设有隔热层5。
优选的,作为实施例二,本实施例是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述抗菌防霉层2的纬线内嵌入有导电丝。
优选的,作为实施例三,本实施例是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述耐磨层6为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
优选的,作为实施例四,本实施例也是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述抗皱涂层4为有机硅高弹涂层。
优选的,作为实施例五,本实施例也是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述隔热层5内均匀分布有依次连接的气泡,所述气泡内填充满蓬松的丝状物,所述丝状物为纱线。

1.一种新型阻燃布料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1),所述基布层(1)由经线和纬线交织构成,每根经线和纬线由双股单纱组成,所述经线和纬线原料为芳纶纤维,所述基布层(1)的表面涂覆有由耐磨涂料形成的耐磨层(6),所述基布层(1)的外侧表面依次设有抗菌防霉层(2)和免洗层(3),所述抗菌防霉层(2)由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝以经线和纬线交错编制而成,所述免洗层(3)的材质为纳米竹炭纤维,所述基布层(1)的内侧表面涂覆有一层抗皱涂层(4),所述抗菌霉层(2)和基布层(1)之间还设有隔热层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃布料,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉层的纬线内嵌入有导电丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃布料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(6)为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃布料,其特征在于:所述抗皱涂层(4)为有机硅高弹涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃布料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(5)内均匀分布有依次连接的气泡,所述气泡内填充满蓬松的丝状物。
