Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨混纺面料,包括基布层和表面层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线包括第一经线、第二经线,所述纬线包括第一纬线、第二纬线,所述第一经线为马海毛纤维,第一纬线为有光涤纶长丝,第二经线采用驼绒纤维,第二纬线采用涤麻混纺纱,所述表面层为复合耐磨涂层,涂覆在基布层的上表面。本发明的耐磨混纺面料,集合了各种纤维的特点,编织而成的面料纤维结构紧凑、面料具有良好的耐磨特性,弹性好、不变形,还具有柔软轻盈、吸湿透气等特点;表面具有复合耐磨涂层,能够起到耐摩擦的作用,防止基布层因磨损而起球或掉色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,特别涉及一种耐磨混纺面料。
背景技术
现有的生产衣服的面料一般由一种材质制成,特点也比较单一,造成面料的柔软性和舒适性等特点不可兼得,这将大大降低了穿着衣服的舒适度,同时面料的丝线机构比较简单,长期间穿着,衣服会有磨损,会影响衣服的穿着效果、影响衣服的穿着寿命。现有市场上生产的一些耐磨面料通常都舒适度欠佳,只能当做工作服穿,对平时穿着时相当的不舒适,穿着时不贴身,不方便工作,并且由于编织的不同,吸湿性相当差,容易使穿着这出汗,使内部穿的服装受潮,相当的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨性好、柔软轻盈、吸湿透气、结构紧凑、弹性好、不变形的耐磨混纺面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的耐磨混纺面料,包括基布层和表面层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线包括第一经线、第二经线,所述纬线包括第一纬线、第二纬线,所述第一经线为马海毛纤维,第一纬线为有光涤纶长丝,第二经线采用驼绒纤维,第二纬线采用涤麻混纺纱,所述表面层为复合耐磨涂层,涂覆在基布层的上表面。
进一步,所述第一经线的经密为350-650根/10cm,第一纬线的纬密为200-420根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构。
进一步,所述第二经线的经密为430-680根/10cm,第二纬线的纬密为300-540根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构。
进一步,所述马海毛纤维的长度为8mm-32mm,细度为20μm-45μm。
进一步,所述驼绒纤维的长度为35mm-46mm,细度为16μm-28μm。
进一步,所述涤麻混纺沙由涤纶丝和苎麻纤维混纺加捻混纺而成。
进一步,所述表面层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成。

一种耐磨混纺面料,包括基布层和表面层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线包括第一经线、第二经线,所述纬线包括第一纬线、第二纬线,所述第一经线为马海毛纤维,长度为8mm,细度为20μm,第一纬线为有光涤纶长丝,第一经线的经密为350根/10cm,第一纬线的纬密为420根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构;第二经线采用驼绒纤维,长度为35mm,细度为16μm,第二纬线采用涤麻混纺纱,由涤纶丝和苎麻纤维混纺加捻混纺而成,第二经线的经密为430根/10cm,第二纬线的纬密为540根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构;所述表面层为复合耐磨涂层,由聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成,涂覆在基布层的上表面。

一种耐磨混纺面料,包括基布层和表面层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线包括第一经线、第二经线,所述纬线包括第一纬线、第二纬线,所述第一经线为马海毛纤维,长度为32mm,细度为45μm,第一纬线为有光涤纶长丝,第一经线的经密为650根/10cm,第一纬线的纬密为200根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构;第二经线采用驼绒纤维,长度为46mm,细度为28μm,第二纬线采用涤麻混纺纱,由涤纶丝和苎麻纤维混纺加捻混纺而成,第二经线的经密为680根/10cm,第二纬线的纬密为300根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构;所述表面层为复合耐磨涂层,由聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成,涂覆在基布层的上表面。

一种耐磨混纺面料,包括基布层和表面层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线包括第一经线、第二经线,所述纬线包括第一纬线、第二纬线,所述第一经线为马海毛纤维,长度为15mm,细度为30μm,第一纬线为有光涤纶长丝,第一经线的经密为450根/10cm,第一纬线的纬密为300根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构;第二经线采用驼绒纤维,长度为40mm,细度为20μm,第二纬线采用涤麻混纺纱,由涤纶丝和苎麻纤维混纺加捻混纺而成,第二经线的经密为530根/10cm,第二纬线的纬密为420根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构;所述表面层为复合耐磨涂层,由聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成,涂覆在基布层的上表面。

1.一种耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:包括基布层和表面层,所述基布层由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线包括第一经线、第二经线,所述纬线包括第一纬线、第二纬线,所述第一经线为马海毛纤维,第一纬线为有光涤纶长丝,第二经线采用驼绒纤维,第二纬线采用涤麻混纺纱,所述表面层为复合耐磨涂层,涂覆在基布层的上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述第一经线的经密为350-650根/10cm,第一纬线的纬密为200-420根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述第二经线的经密为430-680根/10cm,第二纬线的纬密为300-540根/10cm,经线和纬线的编织分布结构为单层纬重结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述马海毛纤维的长度为8mm-32mm,细度为20μm-45μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述驼绒纤维的长度为35mm-46mm,细度为16μm-28μm。
