Abstract
本发明涉及亚麻纺织技术领域,且公开了一种新型亚麻纺织布料,包括亚麻布料本体,所述亚麻布料本体的表面固定连接有面层,所述面层的内部通过连接层固定连接有底面层,所述面层的下表面固定连接有上层防静电PVC膜,所述底面层的上表面固定连接有下层防静电PVC膜,所述面层和底面层的内部均交叉连接有亚麻线。该新型亚麻纺织布料,通过设置上层防静电PVC膜和下层防静电PVC膜,亚麻纤维线采用了高强度涤纶纱线织成,使布具有了高强撕裂性能,通过一层高强涤纶网布和两层防静电的PVC膜组合而成,从而具有高强度防静电防水的特性,进而从两面对亚麻布料本体进行一定的防水,从而达到了防水的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及亚麻纺织技术领域,具体为一种新型亚麻纺织布料。
背景技术
目前,亚麻防静电面料是经过防静电加工处理的面料,广泛用于石油工业;矿冶工业;化学工业;电子工业;特种工业,如:原子能、航天航空、兵器等及其它工业,如:食品、烟花爆竹、医药等,而现有的防静电亚麻面料多为嵌织导电丝的合成纤维织物,使用的防静电织物的制作工艺主要是在纺织时,大致等间隔或均匀地混入全部或部分使用金属或有机物的导电材料制成的防静电纤维或防静电合成纤维,或者两者混合交织而成,进而使得制成的工作服质地僵硬,透气性能较差,使用起来极其不舒适,因此我们提出了一种新型亚麻纺织布料来解决上述问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型亚麻纺织布料,具备防水和阻燃等优点,解决了现有亚麻布防水阻燃效果不佳的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述防水和阻燃的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型亚麻纺织布料,包括亚麻布料本体,所述亚麻布料本体的表面固定连接有面层,所述面层的内部通过连接层固定连接有底面层,所述面层的下表面固定连接有上层防静电PVC膜,所述底面层的上表面固定连接有下层防静电PVC膜,所述面层和底面层的内部均交叉连接有亚麻线,所述亚麻线由亚麻纤维、胶粘纤维、纤维棉和阻燃棉线螺旋捻合而成。
优选的,所述亚麻布料本体呈叠合状,且叠合状亚麻布料本体由多道亚麻线上下左右贯穿车缝连接。
优选的,所述连接层为含抗菌剂的涤纶单丝构成,且连接层的涤纶单丝纤度为60-70D。
优选的,所述连接层贯穿上层防静电PVC膜和下层防静电PVC膜并延伸至面层和底面层的内部。
优选的,所述上层防静电PVC膜的厚度为0.12mm,所述下层防静电PVC膜的厚度为0.14mm。
优选的,所述亚麻线的内部粘胶纤维的比重百分比范围为20%-25%,所述亚麻线的内部纤维棉的比重百分比范围为25%-30%,所述亚麻线的内部阻燃棉的比重百分比范围为25%-30%,其余为亚麻纤维。
优选的,所述面层和底面层由亚麻线的编织密度为20×20根/英寸。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种新型亚麻纺织布料,具备以下有益效果:
1、该新型亚麻纺织布料,通过设置上层防静电PVC膜和下层防静电PVC膜,亚麻纤维线采用了高强度涤纶纱线织成,使布具有了高强撕裂性能,通过一层高强涤纶网布和两层防静电的PVC膜组合而成,从而具有高强度防静电防水的特性,进而从两面对亚麻布料本体进行一定的防水,从而达到了防水的目的。
2、该新型亚麻纺织布料,通过设置阻燃棉线,把阻燃棉线缠绕在亚麻线内部,阻燃棉线具有手感柔软、弹性持久、隔热好和永久阻燃等特点,配合粘胶纤维同时缠绕,防止松动而导致亚麻线断裂,从而达到了阻燃的目的。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,一种新型亚麻纺织布料,包括亚麻布料本体1,亚麻布料本体1的表面固定连接有面层2,面层2的内部通过连接层4固定连接有底面层3,连接层4为含抗菌剂的涤纶单丝构成,且连接层4的涤纶单丝纤度为60-70D,面层2的下表面固定连接有上层防静电PVC膜5,底面层3的上表面固定连接有下层防静电PVC膜6,连接层4贯穿上层防静电PVC膜5和下层防静电PVC膜6并延伸至面层2和底面层3的内部,上层防静电PVC膜5的厚度为0.12mm,下层防静电PVC膜6的厚度为0.14mm,通过设置上层防静电PVC膜5和下层防静电PVC膜6,亚麻纤维线7采用了高强度涤纶纱线织成,使布具有了高强撕裂性能,通过一层高强涤纶网布和两层防静电的PVC膜组合而成,从而具有高强度防静电防水的特性,进而从两面对亚麻布料本体1进行一定的防水,从而达到了防水的目的,面层2和底面层3的内部均交叉连接有亚麻线7,亚麻布料本体1呈叠合状,且叠合状亚麻布料本体1由多道亚麻线7上下左右贯穿车缝连接,亚麻线7由亚麻纤维8、胶粘纤维9、纤维棉10和阻燃棉线11螺旋捻合而成,同时阻燃棉线11是涤纶纤维棉经过特殊物质、工艺加工后,具有一定的防火作用,不易燃烧,且离开火源后自动熄灭,不会再复燃的一种新型防火材料,阻燃棉线11具有永久阻燃、吸湿、透气,手感柔软、弹性持久、隔热好等特点,且它燃烧时,仅有少量烟气,不溶滴、不释放毒气,具有自灭效果,炭化后保持原有形状,亚麻线7的内部胶粘纤维9的比重百分比范围为20%-25%,亚麻线7的内部纤维棉10的比重百分比范围为25%-30%,亚麻线7的内部阻燃棉11的比重百分比范围为25%-30%,其余为亚麻纤维8,面层2和底面层3由亚麻线7的编织密度为20×20根/英寸,通过设置阻燃棉线11,把阻燃棉线11缠绕在亚麻线7内部,阻燃棉线11具有手感柔软、弹性持久、隔热好和永久阻燃等特点,配合粘胶纤维9同时缠绕,防止松动而导致亚麻线7断裂,从而达到了阻燃的目的。
综上所述,该新型亚麻纺织布料,具备防水和阻燃等优点,解决了现有亚麻布防水阻燃效果不佳的问题。

1.一种新型亚麻纺织布料,包括亚麻布料本体(1),其特征在于:所述亚麻布料本体(1)的表面固定连接有面层(2),所述面层(2)的内部通过连接层(4)固定连接有底面层(3),所述面层(2)的下表面固定连接有上层防静电PVC膜(5),所述底面层(3)的上表面固定连接有下层防静电PVC膜(6),所述面层(2)和底面层(3)的内部均交叉连接有亚麻线(7),所述亚麻线(7)由亚麻纤维(8)、胶粘纤维(9)、纤维棉(10)和阻燃棉线(11)螺旋捻合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚麻纺织布料,其特征在于:所述亚麻布料本体(1)呈叠合状,且叠合状亚麻布料本体(1)由多道亚麻线(7)上下左右贯穿车缝连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚麻纺织布料,其特征在于:所述连接层(4)为含抗菌剂的涤纶单丝构成,且连接层(4)的涤纶单丝纤度为60-70D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚麻纺织布料,其特征在于:所述连接层(4)贯穿上层防静电PVC膜(5)和下层防静电PVC膜(6)并延伸至面层(2)和底面层(3)的内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚麻纺织布料,其特征在于:所述上层防静电PVC膜(5)的厚度为0.12mm,所述下层防静电PVC膜(6)的厚度为0.14mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚麻纺织布料,其特征在于:所述亚麻线(7)的内部胶粘纤维(9)的比重百分比范围为20%-25%,所述亚麻线(7)的内部纤维棉(10)的比重百分比范围为25%-30%,所述亚麻线(7)的内部阻燃棉(11)的比重百分比范围为25%-30%,其余为亚麻纤维(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚麻纺织布料,其特征在于:所述面层(2)和底面层(3)由亚麻线(7)的编织密度为20×20根/英寸。
