Abstract

本发明提出了一种防电弧针织面料,其为双层结构,二者间通过连接线缝合,每层针织面料由15%‑70%的芳纶纤维、15‑70%的腈氯纶纤维及15‑70%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。该防电弧针织面料采用具有永久阻燃防电弧性能的芳纶纤维,增加了阻燃性能和防电弧的性能,且结合腈氯纶纤维,增加面料的舒适性,降低了面料的成本。

一种防电弧针织面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品的技术领域,尤其涉及一种防电弧针织面料。
背景技术
随着人们安全意识的日益提高以及国家对劳动者的安全逐渐重视,对安全防护服装所使用的面料要求也越来越高,既需要能达到不同危险场合的防护作用,又要符合劳动者对面料实用性的要求,实现防护与舒适度的统一。现有的此类产品都是梭织面料,面料厚重,不透气,穿着不适,有待于改进。
发明内容
本发明提出一种防电弧针织面料,解决了现有技术中不够舒适等问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种防电弧针织面料为双层结构,二者间通过连接线缝合,每层针织面料由15%-70%的芳纶纤维、15-70%的腈氯纶纤维及15-70%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
优选方案为,所述芳纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
优选方案为,所述腈氯纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
优选方案为,所述阻燃粘胶纤维的纤维细度为2DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
优选方案为,所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由15%的芳纶纤维、70%的腈氯纶纤维及15%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
优选方案为,所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由70%的芳纶纤维、15%的腈氯纶纤维及15%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
优选方案为,所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由55%的芳纶纤维、20%的腈氯纶纤维及25%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
优选方案为,所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由32%的芳纶纤维、33%的腈氯纶纤维及35%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的防电弧针织面料采用具有永久阻燃防电弧性能的芳纶纤维,增加了阻燃性能和防电弧的性能,且结合腈氯纶纤维,增加面料的舒适性,降低了面料的成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,该防电弧针织面料10为双层结构,二者间通过连接线缝合。每层针织面料由15%-70%的芳纶纤维、15-70%的腈氯纶纤维及15-70%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
该芳纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能。该芳纶纤维还具有永久的阻燃防电弧功能,能保证面料的高强度和优异的热收缩性能。
该腈氯纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。该腈氯纶纤维具有优异的阻燃性能,还具有防电弧性能,有效保护劳动车工作中由电弧产生的伤害。
该阻燃粘胶纤维的纤维细度为2DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。该阻燃粘胶纤维在保证阻燃防电弧性能的前提下,提高面料的手感、舒适性及悬垂性能。
该防电弧针织面料10中各成分比例的调配是经过长期的开发总结和大量的测试经验所得,使面料的阻燃性、防电弧性能并结合舒适性发挥到较佳的效果。该防电弧针织面料不含有金属、偶氮等粒子,不含有对人体健康产生危害的化学物质,耐水洗,染色牢度好。该防电弧针织面料10采用具有永久阻燃防电弧性能的芳纶纤维,增加了阻燃性能和防电弧的性能,且结合腈氯纶纤维,增加面料的舒适性,降低了面料的成本。
具体实施时,该防电弧针织面料10的每层面料可由15%的芳纶纤维、70%的腈氯纶纤维及15%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成;还可由70%的芳纶纤维、 15%的腈氯纶纤维及15%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成;也可由55%的芳纶纤维、20%的腈氯纶纤维及25%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成;还可由32%的芳纶纤维、33%的腈氯纶纤维及35%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。

1.一种防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:该防电弧针织面料为双层结构,二者间通过连接线缝合,每层针织面料由15%-70%的芳纶纤维、15-70%的腈氯纶纤维及15-70%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
2.如权利要求1所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述芳纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述腈氯纶纤维的纤维细度为1.5DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃粘胶纤维的纤维细度为2DTEX,纤维长度为51mm。
5.如权利要求1至4任何一项所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由15%的芳纶纤维、70%的腈氯纶纤维及15%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
6.如权利要求1至4任何一项所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由70%的芳纶纤维、15%的腈氯纶纤维及15%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
7.如权利要求1至4任何一项所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由55%的芳纶纤维、20%的腈氯纶纤维及25%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
8.如权利要求1至4任何一项所述的防电弧针织面料,其特征在于:所述防电弧针织面料的每层面料由32%的芳纶纤维、33%的腈氯纶纤维及35%的阻燃粘胶纤维的混纺纱线织成。
