技术领域
本发明涉及医用手术衣领域,特别是一种防水、防血、隔菌、防静电、防辐射可重复使用双向防护手术衣。
背景技术
手术室是医院对病人进行手术、检查、治疗和抢救的主要场所,手术室环境的洁净程度直接影响病人的伤口愈合和健康,也是引起医院感染和交叉感染的重要因素。据报道,每个人每分钟会脱落大约1万个颗粒杂质,在手术室,这些杂质极可能隐藏着病菌。所以,自现代西医手术学创始,应用消毒手术衣作为医护人员与病人手术伤口之间的一层隔离屏障,以保护病人手术伤口免受微生物感染,即是一项基本原则。随着现代手术学科的不断发展,发现外科手术过程中病人感染性体液(如血液、尿液、唾液、术中冲洗液等等),其内含有的某些传染性物质反向极可能传播于医护人员(如乙肝病毒,艾滋病病毒等)。尤其是当液体渗透过手术衣时,传染性物质也被同时带入。这也正是院内感染的一个重要方面-----医务人员院内感染。
因此手术时在尽量保护病人免受污染的同时,更必须保证患者的体液、血液等污染源不接触到医生的身体。这一切要求现代手术衣在传统织物悬垂感、强度、舒适性的基础上,必须具有良好的双向防护功能。目前,医院常用的棉布手术衣穿着舒适性好,但防水防血隔菌效果差,只具备单向防护功能,以保护患者免受病菌感染的为主;一次性手术衣有一定防水防血隔菌的作用,但衣 服的悬垂感、强度差,穿着舒适性较差。
在医院工作现场中,尤其是手术室中,静电是造成许多问题的起因:有粉尘可能会因静电而产生爆炸,复印机和电脑终端可能因静电而发生故障,而敏感的集成电路则可能被静电损坏,最重要的是手术室设置有敏感电子设备,对静电作用极其敏感。同时医用设备作用决定了医院环境免不了充斥着各种射线,长期在医院工作的医护人员免不了收到辐射作用,没有合适的防辐射的材料制作医用服及手术衣,医护人员就会受到辐射的伤害。
发明内容
本发明结合传统的棉布手术衣和一次性无纺布手术衣各自的优点,提供一种全新的手术衣符合面料配方,能多次重复使用,在具备手术衣基本的透气、舒适少纤维屑落絮等性能的基础上,兼具了防水、防血、隔菌、防静电、防辐射等多重功能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,手术衣采用织物作为基层布料剪裁制作而成,织物采用75D/72F低弹网络丝、6F导电丝和防辐射金属丝作为经线和纬线交织而成,织物经紧度为66.5,纬紧度为41.0,总经线数为3322齿,总纬线数为9968齿,织物每平方克重为118g/m2,纬密度为41根/cm,低弹网络丝包括96%聚酯化纤长丝和4%复合碳纤维组分,基层布料使用分散性染料进行染色,然后采用杜邦特富隆进行单面或双面涂层涂抹或浸渍。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:手术衣采用织物作为基层布料剪裁制作而成,织物采用75D/72F低弹网络丝、6F导电丝和防辐射金属丝作为经线和纬线交织而成,75D/72F低弹网络丝除具有一般涤纶断裂强度和弹性模量高、热定型性优异、回弹性能好、耐热性、耐光性、耐腐蚀性强、易洗快干等特点外,还具有膨松性高、隔热性好、手感舒适、光泽柔和等特点,作为基材组分,使手术衣质地柔软舒适、有型、隔热且方便清洗,可重复使用;加入6F导电丝和防辐射金属丝,使手术衣同时具备防静电和防辐射的特性。织物经紧度为66.5,纬紧度为41.0,总经线数为3322齿,总纬线数为9968齿,织物没平方克重为118g/m2,纬密度为41根/cm,低弹网络丝包括96%聚酯化纤长丝和4%复合碳纤维组分,上述织物的工艺与织物基材组分为最佳配合,能发挥织 物基材组分的固有特性,并同时使交织成型后的织物密度适中,不厚重、不单薄,经线、纬线配比合理,进一步起到使织物触感柔软、有型、防静电和防辐射的作用。织物基层布料使用分散性染料进行染色,使染色均匀,清洗时不褪色,多次重复使用,仍然保持有型、有色;采用杜邦特富隆进行单面或双面涂层涂抹或浸渍,利用杜邦特富隆材料的抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,对织物基体起保护作用,同时,杜邦特富隆材料耐高温,它的摩擦系数极低,可作润滑作用,涂抹或浸渍于织物表面,使手术衣具有附加的防水、防血、耐高温的作用;另外本发明的手术衣所用织物可按普通医用卫生材料清洗方式正常处理,可适用于化学消毒剂浸泡、水洗,高温高压蒸汽灭菌而不影响手术衣的性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,手术衣采用织物作为基层布料1剪裁制作而成,织物采用75D/72F低弹网络丝、6F导电丝和防辐射金属丝作为经线和纬线交织而成,织物经紧度为66.5,纬紧度为41.0,总经线数为3322齿,总纬线数为9968齿,织物每平方克重为118g/m2,纬密度为41根/cm,低弹网络丝包括96%聚酯化纤长丝和4%复合碳纤维组分,基层布料1使用分散性染料进行染色,然后采用杜邦特富隆进行双面涂层涂抹或浸渍,杜邦特富隆形成单层膜厚度为20μm。
手术衣还包括附加防水层2,附加防水层2分别固定设置于基层布料1的外表面,附加防水层2为TPU防水透气膜,TPU防水透气膜厚度为0.015mm,TPU防水透气膜以弹性体为主要材料,其弹性佳,强度高,在防水特性上有其它材料所无法比拟的物性表现,可承受水压10000mm以上;TPU薄膜除了具有高防水性外更具有极佳之透湿性,人体汗气可自由在薄膜间穿透,使本发明的手术衣进一步加强防水型,并不影响透气性,不影响人穿着的清爽、舒适感。在手术衣织物的内表面增设附加吸水层3,附加吸水层3为壳聚糖组分喷涂层,壳聚糖是天然甲壳素的提取物,具有极佳的亲水性和杀菌、抑菌性,涂在手术衣织物表面进一步增强手术衣的吸水、吸湿性和杀菌、抑菌功能。手术衣还包括附加阻燃层4,附加阻燃层4为由聚丙烯与改性聚丙烯腈熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维纵横交错排布形成,然后层压于基层布料1与附加防水层2之间,同时在聚丙烯在熔融过程中加入磷氮系阻燃剂,磷-氮系阻燃剂主要是通过磷-卤、磷-氮协同效应作用达到阻燃目的,具有磷-卤、磷-氮的双重效应,阻燃效果比较好、耐久性好。
对上述具体实施方式中的可重复使用的多重防护手术衣进行材料静电性 能、防水性能、色牢度、有害物质含量、pH值和反应防辐射性能、屏蔽效能检测,结果如下:

检测依据:SJ20524-1995材料屏蔽效能的测量方法
根据检测结果可知:频率从10MHz至3000MHz范围内,本发明的手术衣都有较强的屏蔽效能,且随着频率的加强,手术衣的屏蔽效能只有稍许下降,说明本发明的手术衣在现有的医疗环境中完全能起到保护医护人员人身安全,同时减小对精密仪器的干涉,保证仪器精密度的的双重保护作用。

与传统棉布手术衣和一次性手术衣的对比:
根据上述检测结果可知,本发明的可重复使用的多重防护手术衣使用含碳复合有机导电纤维及高密度的多种特色织法,加以重压光并结合防水涂层,使手术袍具有更好的防水、防血、防辐射防静电、防感染、舒适、轻柔、透气, 同时防静电耐久性能好,衣物有优越的穿着感,不会因洗涤、使用次数而使得抗静电功能消失,按正常水洗程序,循环使用60次后,其耐水洗性仍符合国家标准,具有永久性抗静电功能,并保护敏感的电子设备,对设备发出的3000赫兹及以下辐射具有防护作用。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的附加防水层2、附加吸水层3和附加阻燃层4与基层布料1的结合方式不局限与实施例中的形式,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述手术衣采用织物作为基层布料剪裁制作而成,所述织物采用75D/72F低弹网络丝、6F导电丝和防辐射金属丝作为经线和纬线交织而成,所述织物经紧度为66.5,纬紧度为41.0,总经线数为3322齿,总纬线数为9968齿,所述织物每平方克重为118g/m-2,纬密度为41根/cm,所述低弹网络丝包括96%聚酯化纤长丝和4%复合碳纤维组分,所述基层布料使用分散性染料进行染色,然后采用杜邦特富隆进行单面或双面涂层涂抹或浸渍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述杜邦特富隆形成的单层膜厚度为5-50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述手术衣还包括附加防水层,所述附加防水层分别固定设置于所述基层布料的外表面,所述附加防水层为聚四氟乙烯层或TPU防水透气膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述TPU防水透气膜厚度为0.012-0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述手术衣还包括附加吸水层,所述附加吸水层为含有竹炭纤维的经线、纬线交织成的面层,层压于所述基层布料的内表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,交织所述附加吸水层的经线、纬线中还含有壳聚糖纤维或甲壳素衍生物组分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述手术衣还包括附加吸水层,所述附加吸水层为壳聚糖或壳寡糖组分涂层或浸润层,附于所述基层布料的内表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的多重防护手术衣,其特征在于,所述手术衣还包括附加阻燃层,所述附加阻燃层为由聚丙烯与改性聚丙烯腈熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维纵横交错排布形成,同时在聚丙烯在熔融过程中加入磷化氢阻燃剂或磷酸三苯酯阻燃剂或磷氮系阻燃剂。
