发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种同时具有柔软透气、抗静电的以及夜光的一种由夜光面料制成的肩部保暖性好的衣物。

优选的，所述甲壳素纤维呈相交错状或无规则的网状结构，此纤维透气性好，第一面料层和第二面料层之间设置有荧光层，该荧光层包含有棉制衬底层，以及在棉制衬底层上涂覆的荧光粉层。
优选的，所述碳纤维用聚丙烯腈纤维、沥青纤维、粘胶丝或酚醛纤维经碳化制得。
优选的，所述表层与第一面料层 102 与第二面料层 103，通过胶黏剂粘合在一起，使得各个层可以更紧密的连接在一起。
优选的，所述的夜光面料的厚度为 0.25-0.40mm，面料轻便，不厚重。
本发明夜光面料，解决了技术方案里的缺陷，包括 ：表层，第一面料层，第二面料层，所述的第二面料层的外表面覆盖有第一面料层，所述的第一面料层外表面覆盖有表层，所述的表层由碳纤维制成，所述的第一面料层由丝光羊毛制成，所述的第二面料层由甲壳素纤维制成，所述的甲壳素纤维呈相交错状或无规则的网状结构，上述此材料制成的面料，能够在穿着面料的同时，面料不光有柔软透气、抗静电的功能，还有夜光的功能。
所述表层101上还覆盖有一夜光腈棉防护服面料层，该夜光腈棉防护服面料包含有用于制成夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线，所述纱线中至少含有 60％重量百分数的夜光腈氯纶；
所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线可采用以下步骤纺纱所得 ：捡花→配棉→清花→梳棉→预并→精梳→并条→粗纱→细纱→络筒→并线→倍捻。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线的优选实施方式，所述纱线还含有精梳棉；作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线的更优选实施方式，所述纱线由以下重量百分数的组分组成 ：夜光腈氯纶 60％、精梳棉 40％ ；或夜光腈氯纶60％、精梳棉35％、尼龙5％；或夜光腈氯纶60％、精梳棉38％、抗静电纤维2％；或夜光腈氯纶 60％、精梳棉 33％、尼龙 5％、抗静电纤维 2％ ；或夜光腈氯纶 60％、精梳棉 30％、尼龙 5％、芳纶 3％、抗静电纤维 2％。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线的优选实施方式，所述纱线由重量百分数为 100％的夜光腈氯纶组成。
本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线，当所述纱线为梭织纱时，梭织纱的纱支为 20S/2-45S/2，捻度为 77.5-86.67T/10CM，S 捻 ；当所述纱线为针织纱时，针织纱的纱支为 10S-40S，捻度为 56-66T/10CM，Z 捻。
本发明还提供一种如上所述纱线的筒子染纱方法，所述方法包括如下步骤 ：坯纱→松式络筒→装纱→前处理→染色→后处理→脱水→烘干→络色筒→包装 ；所述前处理为用渗透剂和纯碱进行清洗煮练 ；所述染色包括 2 步，第 1 步用阳离子染料对腈氯纶纤维染色，第 2 步用活性染料对棉纤维进行染色。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线筒子染纱方法的优选实施方式，染荧光黄颜色时 ：
所述阳离子染料含有以下重量百分数的组分 ：阳离子 Y10GFF0.6-0.8％、阳离子Y7GL0.005-0.01％ ；
阳离子染料助剂含有以下组分 ：醋酸 0.2-0.5g/L 和匀染剂 0.2-0.5g/L ；
所述活性染料含有以下重量百分数的组分 ：活性染料 YHD-8GL0.3-0.6％、活性染料 TBG1900.0005-0.002％ ；
活性染料助剂含有以下组分 ：氯化钠 30-50g/L、碳酸钠 10-30g/L。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线筒子染纱方法的优选实施方式，染荧光橙颜色时 ：
所述阳离子染料含有以下重量百分数的组分 ：阳离子 10GFF0.4 ～ 0.7％、阳离子5GN0.05 ～ 0.085％ ；
阳离子染料助剂含有以下组分 ：醋酸 0.2-0.5g/L 和匀染剂 0.2-0.5g/L ；
所述活性染料含有以下重量百分数的组分 ：活性染料 CF-GN2 ～ 2.8％、活性染料HD-8GL0.15 ～ 0.25％ ；
活性染料助剂含有以下组分 ：氯化钠 30-50g/L、碳酸钠 10-30g/L。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线筒子染纱方法的优选实施方式，染黑色时 ：
所 述 阳 离 子 染 料 含 有 以 下 重 量 百 分 数 的 组 分 ：Y x-GL0.6-0.8 ％、Rx-GRL0.1-0.5％和 B x-BL0.7-0.9％ ；
阳离子染料助剂含有以下组分 ：醋酸 0.3-0.5g/L、匀染剂 0.3-0.5g/L ；
所 述 活 性 染 料 含 有 以 下 重 量 百 分 数 的 组 分 ：Y M3R150 ％ 0.2-0.6 ％、R3BNJ0.1-0.4％和 B KG10-20％ ；
活性染料助剂含有以下组分 ：氯化钠 50-80g/L、碳酸钠 10-30g/L。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线筒子染纱方法的优选实施方式，染深蓝色时 ：
所 述 阳 离 子 染 料 含 有 以 下 重 量 百 分 数 的 组 分 ：Y x-GL0.2-0.4 ％、Rx-GRL0.1-0.5％和 B x-BL1-2% ；
阳离子染料助剂含有以下组分 ：醋酸 0.3-0.5g/L、匀染剂 0.3-0.5g/L ；
所 述 活 性 染 料 含 有 以 下 重 量 百 分 数 的 组 分 ：Y M3R150 ％ 0.3-0.6 ％、R3BNJ0.4-0.8％和 B KG1-2％ ；
活性染料助剂含有以下组分 ：氯化钠 50-80g/L、碳酸钠 10-30g/L。
作为本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线筒子染纱方法的优选实施方式，所述第 1 步用阳离子染料对腈氯纶纤维染色 ：将阳离子染料配好溶解，加热到 70℃，加入阳离子染料助剂，运转 5-10min，在 60min 内升温至沸，沸染 60min，用冷水缓缓降温至60℃左右，取办对色确认后，进行浮色净洗工艺 ；
第 2 步用活性染料对棉纤维进行染色 ：加入预先溶化好的活性染料和充无水碳酸钠，调节 pH=9，升温至 60℃，保温染色 30min，分多次均匀地加入活性染料助剂氯化纳及碳酸钠，使 pH=4-9，固色处理 30min，再次取办确认颜色 ；确认后通过皂洗剂清洗纤维上的浮色。
本发明还提供一种采用如上所述筒子染纱方法染纱后得到的色纱。
本发明还提供一种采用如上所述纱线织造而成的夜光腈棉防护服面料。所述面料的织造方法包括色纱拼捻抗静电长丝步骤。采用如上所述纱线织造而成的夜光腈棉防护服面料符合欧盟生态纺织品 OKO-TEX STANDARD100 标准 ；符合欧盟阻燃纺织品 EN11612、EN11611 标准 ；符合欧盟标准协会高可视度的安全警示服装 EN471 标准、符合欧盟防静电EN1149 标准 ；符合美国检测和材料协会的阻燃纺织品 ASTM F-1506 标准、ASTM F1595/F 标准及美国国家标准协会高可视度的安全警示服装 (ANSI)/ISEA-107 标准。
最后，本发明还提供一种采用如上所述夜光腈棉防护服面料制成的防护服装。
与现有技术相比，本发明所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线，选择腈氯纶或腈氯纶与精梳棉等纤维相配合制得，强度大，阻燃性能好 ；本发明所述纱线筒子染纱方法，进行染色时，色牢度好 ；色纱拼捻抗静电长丝是将抗静电长丝完全织造在面料内部，采用上述所述纱线织造而成的面料，抗静电效果更好，且更美观 ；用该面料制得的防护服装离开火源后不会继续燃烧、无熔融、无熔滴，不会造成穿着者二次受伤，符合欧盟生态纺织品OKO-TEX STANDARD100标准 ；符合欧盟阻燃纺织品EN11612、EN11611标准 ；符合欧盟标准协会高可视度的安全警示服装 EN471 标准、符合欧盟防静电 EN1149 标准 ；符合美国检测和材料协会的阻燃纺织品 ASTM F-1506 标准、ASTM F1595/F 标准及美国国家标准协会高可视度的安全警示服装 (ANSI)/ISEA-107 标准。

1.一种由夜光面料制成的肩部保暖性好的衣物，所述衣物包含有衣服本体（1），其特征在于：所述衣服本体（1）的肩部设置有肩部保温垫块（2），所述肩部保温垫块（2）的材质为羊绒，所述肩部保温垫块（2）上设置有多个装饰件（4），所述装饰件（4）均由多个珠片构成，所述衣服本体（1）的下摆（3）处竖向设置有条状凸起，所述衣服本体（1）的袖口处设置一环形的加厚条，所述衣服本体（1）上安装有温度传感器以及与温度传感器相连的CPU；制成衣服本体（1）的面料包含有表层（101）、第一面料层（102）和第二面料层（103），所述第二面料层（103）的外表面覆盖有第一面料层（102），所述第一面料层（102 ）外表面覆盖表层 （101），所述表层（101）由碳纤维制成，所述第一面料层（102）由丝光羊毛制成，所述第二面料层（103）由甲壳素纤维制成，所述甲壳素纤维呈相交状或无规则的网状结构；所述表层（101）上还覆盖有一夜光腈棉防护服面料层，所述面料包含有用于制成夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线，所述纱线中至少含有 60％重量百分数的夜光腈氯纶；
所述纱线由以下重量百分数的组分组成 ：夜光腈氯纶 60％、精梳棉 40％ ；
或夜光腈氯纶60％、精梳棉35％、尼龙5％；
或夜光腈氯纶60％、精梳棉38％、抗静电纤维2％；
或夜光腈氯纶 60％、精梳棉 33％、尼龙 5％、抗静电纤维 2％ ；
或夜光腈氯纶 60％、精梳棉 30％、尼龙 5％、芳纶 3％、抗静电纤维 2％；
所述用于夜光腈棉防护服面料的纱线，当所述纱线为梭织纱时，梭织纱的纱支为 20S/2-45S/2，捻度为 77.5-86.67T/10CM，S 捻 ；当所述纱线为针织纱时，针织纱的纱支为 10S-40S，捻度为 56-66T/10CM，Z 捻，第一面料层和第二面料层之间设置有荧光层，该荧光层包含有棉制衬底层，以及在棉制衬底层上涂覆的荧光粉层。
