本发明涉及一种高阻燃腈棉防护服面料。
背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装,衣服的本意是防寒保暖,护身的介质 ;而在现代社会衣服已经逐渐演化为人体的装饰物品,更多的时候象征了一个人的生活水准和社会地位 ;同时在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用,不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。
现有的生产衣服的面料一般由一种材质制成,特点也比较单一,尤其是对于特种作业场合,例如钢厂等,需要采用高阻燃的衣物对操作人员进行保护,而常规的面料及衣物完全无法满足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种同时具有柔软透气、抗静电的以高抗阻燃的功能的一种高阻燃腈棉防护服面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种高阻燃腈棉防护服面料,包含有表层、第一面料层和第二面料层,所述第二面料层的外表面覆盖有第一面料层,所述第一面料层外表面覆盖表层,所述表层由碳纤维制成,所述第一面料层由丝光羊毛制成,所述第二面料层由甲壳素纤维制成,所述甲壳素纤维呈相交状或无规则的网状结构;所述表层上植有羊绒;
所述表层上还覆盖有一高阻燃腈棉防护服面料层,所述面料包含有用于制成高阻燃腈棉防护服面料的纱线,所述纱线中至少含有 60%重量百分数的高阻燃腈氯纶;
所述纱线由以下重量百分数的组分组成 :高阻燃腈氯纶 60%、精梳棉 40% ;
或高阻燃腈氯纶60%、精梳棉35%、尼龙5%;
或高阻燃腈氯纶60%、精梳棉38%、抗静电纤维2%;
或高阻燃腈氯纶 60%、精梳棉 33%、尼龙 5%、抗静电纤维 2% ;
或高阻燃腈氯纶 60%、精梳棉 30%、尼龙 5%、芳纶 3%、抗静电纤维 2%;
所述用于高阻燃腈棉防护服面料的纱线,当所述纱线为梭织纱时,梭织纱的纱支为 20S/2-45S/2,捻度为 77.5-86.67T/10CM,S 捻 ;当所述纱线为针织纱时,针织纱的纱支为 10S-40S,捻度为 56-66T/10CM,Z 捻。

1.一种高阻燃腈棉防护服面料,其特征在于:所述面料包含有表层(101)、第一面料层(102)和第二面料层(103),所述第二面料层(103)的外表面覆盖有第一面料层(102),所述第一面料层(102 )外表面覆盖表层 (101),所述表层(101)由碳纤维制成,所述第一面料层(102)由丝光羊毛制成,所述第二面料层(103)由甲壳素纤维制成,所述甲壳素纤维呈相交状或无规则的网状结构,所述表层(101)上植有羊绒,
所述表层(101)上还覆盖有一高阻燃腈棉防护服面料层,所述面料包含有用于制成高阻燃腈棉防护服面料的纱线,所述纱线中至少含有 60%重量百分数的高阻燃腈氯纶;
所述纱线由以下重量百分数的组分组成 :高阻燃腈氯纶 60%、精梳棉 40% ;
或高阻燃腈氯纶60%、精梳棉35%、尼龙5%;
或高阻燃腈氯纶60%、精梳棉38%、抗静电纤维2%;
或高阻燃腈氯纶 60%、精梳棉 33%、尼龙 5%、抗静电纤维 2% ;
或高阻燃腈氯纶 60%、精梳棉 30%、尼龙 5%、芳纶 3%、抗静电纤维 2%;
所述用于高阻燃腈棉防护服面料的纱线,当所述纱线为梭织纱时,梭织纱的纱支为 20S/2-45S/2,捻度为 77.5-86.67T/10CM,S 捻 ;当所述纱线为针织纱时,针织纱的纱支为 10S-40S,捻度为 56-66T/10CM,Z 捻;第一面料层和第二面料层之间设置有一储满有水的水套,该水套的材质为塑料。
