背景技术
生产阻燃防火荧光面料是每个国家都致力发展的产品,在人体阻燃防护的同时又具有高可视的作用,但目前可以达到发达国家荧光指标的纺织原料只有涤纶纤维,用分散染料染成的荧光面料,具有荧光黄、荧光橙、荧光红和荧光绿。但涤纶纤维作为防护用品最大的缺陷是烧起来温度过高,易燃,有熔洞和熔滴产生,对人的皮肤会造成伤害。20世纪末,德国德司达公司研制出的棉用荧光黄活性染料,人们迅速把这种染料染成了荧光黄纯棉布,在此基础上加后整理助燃剂,解决了高可视荧光黄的防护服问题,但仅仅只有一个荧光黄色是不够的,显得单调,花色品种太少,也不可能满足很多特定环境需要,如铁路工人的工作服应具有红,橙色,达到高可视标准。

本发明的目的在于提供了一种荧光橙阻燃双层面料及其织造方法;本发明产品符合荧光标准,且具有很高的阻燃效果,在燃烧过程中没有熔滴产生,也没有熔洞产生,解决了荧光橙产品的阻燃问题。

一种荧光橙阻燃双层面料,采用染成荧光橙色的150D涤纶丝作为上层经纱和上层纬纱,24S/2双股线阻燃腈氯纶和芳纶纱作为下层经纱和下层纬纱,交织形成相互重叠的上、下两层斜纹织物组织,其中上层经纱和上层纬纱采用两上一下织法织造的组织作为涤纶丝表层,下层经纱和下层纬纱采用两下一上织法织造的组织作为阻燃腈氯纶芳纶纱里层;所述的阻燃腈氯纶芳纶纱采用如下重量百分比的单纱并合加捻形成:腈氯纶40-60%;1414芳纶10-18%;阻燃粘胶25-45%;防静电导电丝0.5-3%。
所述的阻燃腈氯纶、芳纶纱优先采用如下重量百分比的单纱并合加捻形成:腈氯纶50%;1414芳纶13%;阻燃粘胶35%;防静电导电丝2%。
一种荧光橙阻燃双层面料的织造、整理方法,包括如下工艺步骤:首先经纱依次经过络筒、整经、穿综后进入织机与纬纱交织成相互重叠的上、下两层斜纹织物组织,然后对其依次进行烧毛、洗水、定型、预缩和打卷完成整个织造、整理工艺。
所述的完成整个织造、整理工艺后的两层斜纹织物组织的背面复贴有聚四氟乙烯PTFE膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用表层是一层很薄的涤纶丝,里层是一层很厚的阻燃腈氯纶、芳纶纱的双层织物,由于里层纱颜色很白不需要染色,所以表层的涤纶丝通过荧光橙染料染色后经过织造变成很亮的荧光橙色在布的表面,符合荧光标准;当有火接触到表层涤纶丝时,涤纶准备燃烧并处于熔融状态,但由于表层很薄(涤纶比例很小),热量不至于很大,此时腈氯纶芳纶纱熔融出来的阻燃液体就会覆盖住涤纶,涤纶得不到氧气燃烧不起来,达到了阻燃的目的,此种织物组织在燃烧过程中没有熔滴产生,也没有熔洞产生,解决了荧光橙产品的阻燃问题。其次本发明的阻燃纱线不需要化工助剂处理和染料污染,色牢度很好,阻燃效果更理想。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种荧光橙阻燃双层面料,其特征在于:所述的阻燃腈氯纶芳纶纱采用如下重量百分比的单纱并合加捻形成:
腈氯纶50%;1414芳纶13%;阻燃粘胶35%;防静电导电丝2%。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的荧光橙阻燃双层面料的织造、整理方法,其特征在于包括如下工艺步骤:首先经纱依次经过络筒、整经、穿棕后与纬纱交织成相互重叠的上、下两层斜纹织物组织,然后对其依次进行烧毛、洗水、定型、预缩和打卷完成整个织造、整理工艺。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种荧光橙阻燃双层面料的织造、整理方法,其特征在于:所述的完成整个织造、整理工艺后的两层斜纹织物组织的背面覆盖有聚四氟乙烯膜。
