本发明涉及纺织面料生产技术领域,特别涉及一种阻燃工装面料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
阻燃防护服指的是在接触火焰以及炽热物体后,在一定时间内能阻止本身被点燃,有焰燃烧和阴燃的防护服。阻燃防护服是重要的个体防护装备,已广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、造船、消防、国防以及有明火、散发火花、熔融金属和有易燃物质的场所,需求量极大。在阻燃防护服市场不断扩大的同时,相应的技术、面料开发需要同步跟进。主要特点是使用特殊的阻燃剂生产整理,在织物内部形成了永久性的交联,因而使其具有耐久性的阻燃性能,良好的耐洗涤性,无毒无异味,对人体安全可靠,透气透湿、手感柔软,穿着舒适,这种阻燃织物既能够有效的防止火焰蔓延,又能保持织物的原有性能。适用于消防、林业等行业制作阻燃防护服。
化纤涤纶布阻燃,涤纶原丝的公定回潮率很低,容易产生静电,其次,受限于涤纶纤维遇明火燃烧后会产生融滴问题,这是导致涤纶在工装防护领域一直被诟病的所在,如何改善处理好涤纶材质的高防护性能,又解决同类织物燃烧不产生破洞,不伤害人体皮肤造成二次灼伤,具有很正面的意义。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有良好阻燃效果和防静电效果的阻燃工装面料及其制作工艺,燃烧不会烧透整个面料结构,不会对皮肤产生二次伤害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃工装面料,面料形成正反面的立体组织结构,其中正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。所述的防静电网格坯布由阻燃涤纶和导电纱混合织造而成,或者由涤纶并捻导电纱织造而成。所述的阻燃坯布由阻燃棉纱织造而成,或者由阻燃腈氯纶织造而成。
进一步地,所述的涤纶并捻导电纱由导电丝与涤纶纱线并捻制得。
进一步地,所述的阻燃腈氯纶由含量60%-90%的阻燃腈纶和10%-40%的阻燃棉混纺而成。
进一步地,所述的阻燃棉纱为规格16s的短纤阻燃棉纱,所述的阻燃腈纶为规格40s的阻燃腈纶。
进一步地,面料的反面上复合有PTFE阻燃膜。
优选地,所述的PTFE阻燃膜上复合有阻燃腈棉底布。
本发明还公开了上述阻燃工装面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、坯布织造:利用织布机织出双面组织的坯布,坯布正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。所述的防静电网格坯布由阻燃涤纶和导电纱混合织造而成,或者由涤纶并捻导电纱织造而成。所述的阻燃坯布由阻燃棉纱织造而成,或者由阻燃腈氯纶织造而成。
S2、浸轧:将坯布经过盛放有耐久阻燃剂的20~30℃常温液槽进行浸渍,带液率70%~80%,将浸渍后的坯布在120~135℃的条件下进行无接触式烘干,再经过烘焙定型机烘焙,烘焙温度150~160℃,烘焙时间4~6min,将烘焙完成的坯布在24h内进行水洗。
S3、在水洗后的坯布反面上复合一层PTFE阻燃膜,在PTFE阻燃膜的表面复合阻燃腈棉底布,得到阻燃工装面料成品。
进一步地,所述的步骤S1和步骤S2中还包括步骤S11:将步骤S1中制得的坯布正面染上荧光色。
其中,所述的步骤S2中浸轧采用的耐久阻燃剂为亨斯迈织物耐久阻燃剂。
其中,所述步骤S2中浸轧采用的耐久阻燃剂包括以下含量的原料制成:
无氟防水剂50~60G/L
质量份数为80%~85%的磷酸15~25G/L
纤维交联剂20~40G/L。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中,PTFE阻燃膜的制备工艺包括如下步骤:选择0.2~0.4mm厚度的单组分PTFE膜,在PTFE膜的表面刮涂一道阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层,放入烘箱中烘干,聚氨酯涂层烘干后的干胶重量为3~5g/㎡。所述的阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层包括如下重量份数的组分:低澎润亲水性聚氨酯100份,磷氮系阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~12份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~1份。
进一步地,所述烘箱为四节烘箱,第一节温度为95~105℃,第二节温度为115~125℃,第三节温度为135~145℃,第四节温度为155~165℃。
其中,所述步骤S4中,复合采用的胶水为添加磷系阻燃剂的无卤PUR阻燃胶。
其中,所述步骤S4中,复合采用的胶水为油性阻燃PU胶,所述油性阻燃PU胶包括以下重量份数的组分:聚氨酯树脂100份,磷系无卤阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。
本发明具有如下有益效果:1、耐久性阻燃,燃烧不会烧透整个面料结构,不会对皮肤产生二次伤害,阻燃可以达到ENISO14116之三级阻燃标准;2、结构性功能防护一体,正面涤纶确保了颜色鲜艳度,纯正性,正面染上荧光色,可以通过EN20471荧光标准;3、可以防风挡雨,适合户外穿着环境,对风霜雨雪都可以防护,可以满足EN343之3级标准;4、舒适透气,PTFE微多孔结构,提升穿着舒适度;5、正面有导电丝,可以满足EN1149-1工装导电标准。

实施例一
如图1~3所示,该实施例公开了斜纹阻燃工装面料,面料形成正反面的立体组织结构,其中正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的阻燃涤纶1和导电纱2混合织造而成,阻燃坯布由16s的短纤阻燃棉纱4织造而成。面料的反面上复合有PTFE阻燃膜,PTFE阻燃膜上复合有阻燃腈棉底布。
生产过程如下:
第一步、坯布织造:利用织布机织出双面组织的坯布,坯布正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的阻燃涤纶1和导电纱2混合织造而成,阻燃坯布由16s的短纤阻燃棉纱4织造而成。
第二步、将制得的坯布正面进行染色处理,面料染荧光警示色,高能见度荧光警示色是作为工装防护服专业颜色,可以应用于水路交巡警、机场、高铁、高速公路等多种场合应用,应用面非常广。
第三步、浸轧:将坯布经过盛放有耐久阻燃剂的20~30℃常温液槽进行浸渍,耐久阻燃剂为亨斯迈织物耐久阻燃剂,带液率75%,先经过130℃低温无接触式烘干装置,再经过针板式烘焙定型机,烘焙温度150℃处理5分钟,烘焙完成后,再经过水洗,烘焙好的面料在24h内进行水洗。
第四步、将阻燃整理以及经过水洗处理的面料反面先复合PTFE阻燃膜:选择单组分PTFE膜,厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,通过夹板式涂层机刮涂一道阻燃透湿聚氨酯,涂层烘干后干胶重量3-5g/m2,烘干温度100/120/140/160℃,速度20m/min。阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层包括如下重量份数的组分:低澎润亲水性聚氨酯100份,磷氮系阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。在PTFE阻燃膜上再复合阻燃腈棉底布,PTFE膜赋予整体面料防水透湿功能,底布可以改善穿着舒适度,同时有多层阻燃结构,表布阻燃纱+阻燃棉,中间阻燃PTFE,底层阻燃腈棉。复合采用的胶水为添加磷系阻燃剂的无卤PUR阻燃胶。
实施例二
如图4~6所示,该实施例公开了斜纹阻燃工装面料,面料形成正反面的立体组织结构,其中正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的阻燃涤纶1和导电纱2混合织造而成。阻燃坯布由40s的阻燃腈氯纶5织造而成,阻燃腈氯纶5由含量60%-90%的阻燃腈纶和10%-40%的阻燃棉混纺而成。面料的反面上复合有PTFE阻燃膜,PTFE阻燃膜上复合有阻燃腈棉底布。
生产过程如下:
第一步、坯布织造:利用织布机织出双面组织的坯布,坯布正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的阻燃涤纶1和导电纱2混合织造而成,阻燃坯布由40s的阻燃腈氯纶5织造而成。

第四步、将阻燃整理以及经过水洗处理的面料反面先复合PTFE阻燃膜:选择单组分PTFE膜,厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,通过夹板式涂层机刮涂一道阻燃透湿聚氨酯,涂层烘干后干胶重量3-5g/m2,烘干温度95/115/135/155℃,速度20m/min。阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层包括如下重量份数的组分:低澎润亲水性聚氨酯100份,磷氮系阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。复合采用的胶水为添加磷系阻燃剂的无卤PUR阻燃胶。
实施例三
如图7~9所示,该实施例公开了斜纹阻燃工装面料,面料形成正反面的立体组织结构,其中正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的涤纶并捻导电纱3织造而成,涤纶并捻导电纱3由导电丝与涤纶纱线并捻制得。阻燃坯布由16s的短纤阻燃棉纱4织造而成。面料的反面上复合有PTFE阻燃膜,PTFE阻燃膜上复合有阻燃腈棉底布。
生产过程如下:
第一步、坯布织造:利用织布机织出双面组织的坯布,坯布正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的涤纶并捻导电纱3织造而成,阻燃坯布由16s的短纤阻燃棉纱4织造而成。
第二步、将制得的坯布正面进行染色处理,面料染荧光警示色。
第三步、浸轧:将坯布经过盛放有耐久阻燃剂的20~30℃常温液槽进行浸渍,耐久阻燃剂为亨斯迈织物耐久阻燃剂,带液率70%,先经过120℃低温无接触式烘干装置,再经过针板式烘焙定型机,烘焙温度160℃处理4分钟,烘焙完成后,再经过水洗,烘焙好的面料在24h内进行水洗。
第四步、将阻燃整理以及经过水洗处理的面料反面先复合PTFE阻燃膜:选择单组分PTFE膜,厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,通过夹板式涂层机刮涂一道阻燃透湿聚氨酯,涂层烘干后干胶重量3-5g/m2,烘干温度105/125/145/165℃,速度25m/min。阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层包括如下重量份数的组分:低澎润亲水性聚氨酯100份,磷氮系阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。
复合采用的胶水为油性阻燃PU胶,油性阻燃PU胶包括以下重量份数的组分:聚氨酯树脂100份,磷系无卤阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。
实施例四
如图10~12所示,该实施例公开了斜纹阻燃工装面料,面料形成正反面的立体组织结构,其中正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布。防静电网格坯布由50~75D的涤纶并捻导电纱3织造而成。阻燃坯布由40s的阻燃腈氯纶5织造而成,阻燃腈氯纶5由含量60%-90%的阻燃腈纶和10%-40%的阻燃棉混纺而成。面料的反面上复合有PTFE阻燃膜,PTFE阻燃膜上复合有阻燃腈棉底布。
生产过程如下:

耐久阻燃剂包括以下含量的原料制成:
无氟防水剂50~60G/L
质量份数为80%~85%的磷酸15~25G/L
纤维交联剂20~40G/L。
第四步、将阻燃整理以及经过水洗处理的面料反面先复合PTFE阻燃膜:选择单组分PTFE膜,厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,通过夹板式涂层机刮涂一道阻燃透湿聚氨酯,涂层烘干后干胶重量3-5g/m2,烘干温度100/120/140/160℃,速度20m/min。阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层包括如下重量份数的组分:低澎润亲水性聚氨酯100份,磷氮系阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。
复合采用的胶水为油性阻燃PU胶,油性阻燃PU胶包括以下重量份数的组分:聚氨酯树脂100份,磷系无卤阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。
将上述实施例一至实施例四的面料进行测试,其结果如下:
(1)结构性功能防护一体,正面涤纶确保了颜色鲜艳度,纯正性,可以通过EN20471荧光标准,面料荧光亮度检测测试结果如表1。

根据ISO20471:2013高可视服装国际标准,测得表1中本申请面料的检测样的色度坐标如图13所示,面料在进行褪色处理及清洗后色度坐标在标准范围内,符合标准的规定。
(2)阻燃,耐久性阻燃,燃烧不会烧透整个面料结构,不会对皮肤产生二次伤害,阻燃可以达到ENISO14116之三级阻燃标准,防火性能测试结果如表2。

(3)可以防风挡雨,适合户外穿着环境,对风霜雨雪都可以防护。可以满足EN343之3级标准,3级水压大于1300mmH2O。
(4)可以舒适透气,PTFE微多孔结构,提升穿着舒适度。
(5)正面有导电纱,可以满足EN1149-1工装导电标准。
(6)三层防护结构,可以达到防电弧标准,防电弧EN61482 12CAL/CM2,class 1(4kA)。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (14)

1.一种阻燃工装面料,其特征在于:面料形成正反面的立体组织结构,其中正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布,
所述的防静电网格坯布由阻燃涤纶和导电纱混合织造而成,或者由涤纶并捻导电纱织造而成;所述的阻燃坯布由阻燃棉纱织造而成,或者由阻燃腈氯纶织造而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃工装面料,其特征在于:所述的涤纶并捻导电纱由导电丝与涤纶纱线并捻制得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃工装面料,其特征在于:所述的阻燃腈氯纶由含量60%-90%的阻燃腈纶和10%-40%的阻燃棉混纺而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃工装面料,其特征在于:所述的阻燃棉纱为规格16s的短纤阻燃棉纱,所述的阻燃腈纶为规格40s的阻燃腈纶。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃工装面料,其特征在于:面料的反面上复合有PTFE阻燃膜。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种阻燃工装面料,其特征在于:所述的PTFE阻燃膜上复合有阻燃腈棉底布。
7.一种阻燃工装面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、坯布织造:利用织布机织出双面组织的坯布,坯布正面为防静电网格坯布,反面为阻燃坯布,所述的防静电网格坯布由阻燃涤纶和导电纱混合织造而成,或者由涤纶并捻导电纱织造而成;所述的阻燃坯布由阻燃棉纱织造而成,或者由阻燃腈氯纶织造而成;
S2、浸轧:将坯布经过盛放有耐久阻燃剂的20~30℃常温液槽进行浸渍,带液率70%~80%,将浸渍后的坯布在120~135℃的条件下进行无接触式烘干,再经过烘焙定型机烘焙,烘焙温度150~160℃,烘焙时间4~6min,将烘焙完成的坯布在24h内进行水洗;
S3、在水洗后的坯布反面上复合一层PTFE阻燃膜,在PTFE阻燃膜的表面复合阻燃腈棉底布,得到阻燃工装面料成品。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种阻燃工装面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤S1和步骤S2中还包括步骤S11:将步骤S1中制得的坯布正面染上荧光色。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种阻燃工装面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤S2中浸轧采用的耐久阻燃剂为亨斯迈织物耐久阻燃剂。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种阻燃工装面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中浸轧采用的耐久阻燃剂包括以下含量的原料制成:
无氟防水剂 50~60G/L
质量份数为 80%~85%的磷酸 15~25G/L
纤维交联剂 20~40G/L。
11.如权利要求7所述的一种阻燃工装面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,PTFE阻燃膜的制备工艺包括如下步骤:选择0.2~0.4mm厚度的单组分PTFE膜,在PTFE膜的表面刮涂一道阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层,放入烘箱中烘干,聚氨酯涂层烘干后的干胶重量为3~5g/㎡,所述的阻燃透湿聚氨酯涂层包括如下重量份数的组分:低澎润亲水性聚氨酯100份,磷氮系阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~12份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~1份。
12.如权利要求11所述的一种阻燃工装面料制作工艺,其特征在于:所述烘箱为四节烘箱,第一节温度为95~105℃,第二节温度为115~125℃,第三节温度为135~145℃,第四节温度为155~165℃。
13.如权利要求7所述的一种阻燃工装面料制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,复合采用的胶水为添加磷系阻燃剂的无卤PUR阻燃胶。
14.如权利要求7所述的一种阻燃工装面料制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,复合采用的胶水为油性阻燃PU胶,所述油性阻燃PU胶包括以下重量份数的组分:聚氨酯树脂100份,磷系无卤阻燃剂5~10份,甲苯8~20份,三聚氰胺型交联剂0.5~2份。
