Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火防水面料及其制造方法,包括织物层、防水层和防火层,其特征在于:所述织物层包括阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述防水层包括由丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂和丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述防火层包括由聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成。本发明的优点在于:即使在燃烧时也能保持完整,防止火焰继续传播,阻燃防火性好;在高温环境下出汗,面料也不会湿,防水性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防火防水面料及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于衣服的要求不仅仅满足于美观、舒适等,还要在某些特殊环境下作业时能保证自身安全,作为用来制造服装的面料便需要达到更高的要求。目前市面上的面料,还没有能够防水防火的面料,大多数只是采用PVC材料制作薄膜置于衣服外层来达到防水防火的目的,但是PVC材料具有毒性,对于人体有害,不适合长期使用,而且一般的防火面料在暴露在阳光下时,表面的芳纶纤维会发生光降解,立即失去强度,并发生变色。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种阻燃性好、耐热性强、无毒的防火防水面料及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种防火防水面料,包括织物层、防水层和防火层,所述织物层包括阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述防水层包括由丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂和丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述防火层包括由聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成。
进一步的,所述阻燃纤维是由阻燃腈纶、阻燃芳纶、阻燃棉、阻燃维纶中的一种或者多种组成。
进一步的,所述织物层中的聚醚酰亚胺纤维质量占比为70-96%、阻燃纤维质量占比为4-30%。
进一步的,所述织物层中优选为质量占比80%的聚醚酰亚胺纤维和质量占比20%的阻燃纤维。
进一步的,所述防水层中至少包括丙烯酸树脂。
进一步的,所述防火层中至少包括聚氨酯树脂。
一种防火防水面料的制造方法,还包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将纤维混合在粗纱中作为经纱和纬纱,制得胚布。
步骤二:将制得的胚布置于染缸内,浸泡40-60min。
步骤三:将浸泡后的胚布取出,放置在烤箱内进行烘干,烘烤温度为80-110℃,烘烤时间为40-70min。
步骤四:重复步骤一至三分别制得织物层、防水层和防火层面料,随后将制得的织物层、防水层、防火层面料依次叠合缝合在一起,最后制得成品面料。
进一步的,所述织物层、防水层、防火层依次设置,其中所述防火层为最外层,所述织物层为最内层。
本发明的有益效果是:采用阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维作为织物层,即使暴露在阳光下,表面纤维也不会发生光降解,从而失去强度、经历变色,其织物层阻燃性好、耐热性强;防水层中至少包括丙烯酸树脂,保证了面料不会变色,同时具有很好的耐水性;防火层中至少包括聚氨酯树脂,具有不燃防火特性,同时还不会污染环境。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种防火防水面料,包括织物层、防水层和防火层,所述织物层包括阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述防水层包括由丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂和丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述防火层包括由聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述阻燃纤维是由阻燃腈纶、阻燃芳纶、阻燃棉、阻燃维纶中的一种或者多种组成,所述织物层中的聚醚酰亚胺纤维质量占比为96%、阻燃纤维质量占比为4%,所述防水层中至少包括丙烯酸树脂,所述防火层中至少包括聚氨酯树脂,上述防火防水面料的制造方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将纤维混合在粗纱中作为经纱和纬纱,制得胚布。
步骤二:将制得的胚布置于染缸内,浸泡40min。
步骤三:将浸泡后的胚布取出,放置在烤箱内进行烘干,烘烤温度为110℃,烘烤时间为40min。
步骤四:重复步骤一至三分别制得织物层、防水层和防火层面料,随后将制得的织物层、防水层、防火层面料依次叠合缝合在一起,最后制得成品面料,所述织物层、防水层、防火层依次设置,其中所述防火层为最外层,所述织物层为最内层。
采用这方法制得的防火防水面料阻燃性、耐热性、防火性好,防水性一般。
实施例2:一种防火防水面料,包括织物层、防水层和防火层,所述织物层包括阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述防水层包括由丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂和丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述防火层包括由聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述阻燃纤维是由阻燃腈纶、阻燃芳纶、阻燃棉、阻燃维纶中的一种或者多种组成,所述织物层中的聚醚酰亚胺纤维质量占比为70%、阻燃纤维质量占比为30%,所述防水层中至少包括丙烯酸树脂,所述防火层中至少包括聚氨酯树脂,上述防火防水面料的制造方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将纤维混合在粗纱中作为经纱和纬纱,制得胚布。
步骤二:将制得的胚布置于染缸内,浸泡60min。
步骤三:将浸泡后的胚布取出,放置在烤箱内进行烘干,烘烤温度为80℃,烘烤时间为70min。
步骤四:重复步骤一至三分别制得织物层、防水层和防火层面料,随后将制得的织物层、防水层、防火层面料依次叠合缝合在一起,最后制得成品面料,所述织物层、防水层、防火层依次设置,其中所述防火层为最外层,所述织物层为最内层。
采用这方法制得的防火防水面料阻燃性、耐热性、防火性、防水性好。
实施例3:一种防火防水面料,包括织物层、防水层和防火层,所述织物层包括阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述防水层包括由丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂和丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述防火层包括由聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述阻燃纤维是由阻燃腈纶、阻燃芳纶、阻燃棉、阻燃维纶中的一种或者多种组成,所述织物层中的聚醚酰亚胺纤维质量占比为80%、阻燃纤维质量占比为20%,所述防水层中至少包括丙烯酸树脂,所述防火层中至少包括聚氨酯树脂,上述防火防水面料的制造方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将纤维混合在粗纱中作为经纱和纬纱,制得胚布。
步骤二:将制得的胚布置于染缸内,浸泡50min。
步骤三:将浸泡后的胚布取出,放置在烤箱内进行烘干,烘烤温度为100℃,烘烤时间为50min。
步骤四:重复步骤一至三分别制得织物层、防水层和防火层面料,随后将制得的织物层、防水层、防火层面料依次叠合缝合在一起,最后制得成品面料,所述织物层、防水层、防火层依次设置,其中所述防火层为最外层,所述织物层为最内层。
采用这方法制得的防火防水面料阻燃性、耐热性、防火性一般,防水性好。

Claims (8)
1.一种防火防水面料,包括织物层、防水层和防火层,其特征在于:所述织物层包括阻燃纤维和聚醚酰亚胺纤维,所述防水层包括由丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂和丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成,所述防火层包括由聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、丙烯腈树脂中的一种或者多种组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防水面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃纤维是由阻燃腈纶、阻燃芳纶、阻燃棉、阻燃维纶中的一种或者多种组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防水面料,其特征在于:所述织物层中的聚醚酰亚胺纤维质量占比为70-96%、阻燃纤维质量占比为4-30%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火防水面料,其特征在于:所述织物层中优选为质量占比80%的聚醚酰亚胺纤维和质量占比20%的阻燃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防水面料,其特征在于:所述防水层中至少包括丙烯酸树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防水面料,其特征在于:所述防火层中至少包括聚氨酯树脂。
7.一种防火防水面料的制造方法,其特征在于:还包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将纤维混合在粗纱中作为经纱和纬纱,制得胚布。
步骤二:将制得的胚布置于染缸内,浸泡40-60min。
步骤三:将浸泡后的胚布取出,放置在烤箱内进行烘干,烘烤温度为80-110℃,烘烤时间为40-70min。
步骤四:重复步骤一至三分别制得织物层、防水层和防火层面料,随后将制得的织物层、防水层、防火层面料依次叠合缝合在一起,最后制得成品面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防火防水面料,其特征在于:所述织物层、防水层、防火层依次设置,其中所述防火层为最外层,所述织物层为最内层。
