本发明公开了一种多功能面料复合工艺,所述的复合工艺为:制作表层;制作里层;在两个面料层之间均匀涂敷胶水层,初步定型后进入定型机进行二次定型,在定型时胶水层的温度控制在80‑90℃,定型车速控制在60‑100m/min,使胶水层与两个面料层黏合在一起,最后冷却定型;抗菌防螨处理;后处理;在表层上涂上抗紫外线涂料,使制作出的面料具有抗紫外线的优点。复合面料由表层和内层通过胶水粘合合成,无中间层的添加,复合面料的厚度也不会增加。采用本配方制得的面料,具备阻燃性能,透气性好、强力高、弹性好,对皮肤无刺激。穿着舒适、色牢度性能优越。手感柔软、并能耐洗耐磨,价格低廉,具有较大的市场前景。

本发明涉及一种多功能面料复合工艺,具体为面料复合技术领域。
背景技术
复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料。适合做沙发,服装等纺织品,是人们居家生活不可缺少的面料之一。 现有的合面料,包括表层和内层,虽然复合面料虽然具有较好的防水性能,但是,该复合面料没有相应的生产方法,无法快速批量生产,生产速度慢,因此,设计出一种抗菌复合面料的生产工艺是很有必要的。复合面料通常作为衣服、家纺等布料,而传统的复合面料较为普通,其不具有抗菌抗螨的效果。目前,很多复合面料要添加中间层的功能,除了添加膜或者发泡,基本没有好的从工艺方向解决的方案,而膜或者发泡,存在手感变硬,变厚,从而使原来面料外观性能产生变化,不能用于服装和对便携性有比较高要求的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保面料复合工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保面料复合工艺:步骤一、制作表层:按重量百分比,将38-48%的牛奶纤维、35-45%的天丝纤维和12- 18%长绒棉纤维编织成表层面料;在表层面料上涂一层抗紫外线涂料;
步骤二、制作里层:按重量百分比,将55-60%的醋酯纤维、3-8%的桑蚕丝和30-55%的涤纶纤维混纺编织成里层面料;
步骤三、在两个面料层之间均匀涂敷胶水层,初步定型后进入定型机进行二次定型,在定型时胶水层的温度控制在80-90℃,定型车速控制在60-100m/min,使胶水层与两个面料层黏合在一起,最后冷却定型;
步骤四、抗菌防螨处理,将复合好的面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为5-8%,清水温度为78-98℃,搅拌时间为30-60min;
步骤五、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的复合面料取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为30-60min,烘干温度为120-180℃,烘干完成后冷却;
其中,所述步骤三中的胶水包含 :50-75 份聚氨酯、偶氮交联剂 5-15 份、高效阻燃剂30-60 份。
作为优选,所述的步骤一中抗紫外线涂料由防紫外线整理剂HTUV100和 增稠剂PTF组成,其质量比为8:2。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本工艺在表层上涂上抗紫外线涂料,使制作出的面料具有抗紫外线的优点。复合面料由表层和内层通过胶水粘合合成,无中间层的添加,复合面料的厚度也不会增加。采用本配方制得的面料,具备高效的阻燃性能,透气性好、强力高、弹性好,对皮肤无刺激。穿着舒适、色牢度性能优越、环保性强。手感柔软、并能耐洗耐磨 , 价格低廉 , 具有较大的市场前景。

实施例1
一种环保面料复合工艺:步骤一、制作表层:按重量百分比,将48%的牛奶纤维、37%的天丝纤维和15%长绒棉纤维编织成表层面料;在表层面料上涂一层抗紫外线涂料;抗紫外线涂料由防紫外线整理剂HTUV100和 增稠剂PTF组成,其质量比为8:2。
步骤二、制作里层:按重量百分比,将60%的醋酯纤维、5%的桑蚕丝和35%的涤纶纤维混纺编织成里层面料;
步骤三、在两个面料层之间均匀涂敷胶水层,初步定型后进入定型机进行二次定型,在定型时胶水层的温度控制在80-90℃,定型车速控制在80m/min,使胶水层与两个面料层黏合在一起,最后冷却定型;胶水包含 :65份聚氨酯、偶氮交联剂 0 份、高效阻燃剂 35份;
步骤四、抗菌防螨处理,将复合好的面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为5%,清水温度为80℃,搅拌时间为40min;
步骤五、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的复合面料取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为40min,烘干温度为160℃,烘干完成后冷却.
实施例2

步骤四、抗菌防螨处理,将复合好的面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为7%,清水温度为88℃,搅拌时间为55min;
步骤五、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的复合面料取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为55min,烘干温度为145℃,烘干完成后冷却;
实施例3
一种环保面料复合工艺:步骤一、制作表层:按重量百分比,将45%的牛奶纤维、37%的天丝纤维和18%长绒棉纤维编织成表层面料;在表层面料上涂一层抗紫外线涂料;抗紫外线涂料由防紫外线整理剂HTUV100和 增稠剂PTF组成,其质量比为8:2。
步骤二、制作里层:按重量百分比,将60%的醋酯纤维、5%的桑蚕丝和35%的涤纶纤维混纺编织成里层面料;
步骤三、在两个面料层之间均匀涂敷胶水层,初步定型后进入定型机进行二次定型,在定型时胶水层的温度控制在90℃,定型车速控制在100m/min,使胶水层与两个面料层黏合在一起,最后冷却定型;胶水包含 :75 份聚氨酯、偶氮交联剂15份、高效阻燃剂60份;
步骤四、抗菌防螨处理,将复合好的面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为8%,清水温度为98℃,搅拌时间为60min;
步骤五、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的复合面料取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为60min,烘干温度为180℃,烘干完成后冷却;
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种多功能面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述的复合工艺为:步骤一、制作表层:按重量百分比,将38-48%的牛奶纤维、35-45%的天丝纤维和12- 18%长绒棉纤维编织成表层面料;在表层面料上涂一层抗紫外线涂料;
步骤二、制作里层:按重量百分比,将55-60%的醋酯纤维、3-8%的桑蚕丝和30-55%的涤纶纤维混纺编织成里层面料;
步骤三、在两个面料层之间均匀涂敷胶水层,初步定型后进入定型机进行二次定型,在定型时胶水层的温度控制在80-90℃,定型车速控制在60-100m/min,使胶水层与两个面料层黏合在一起,最后冷却定型;
步骤四、抗菌防螨处理,将复合好的面料投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌防螨剂,抗菌防螨剂占清水的比重为5-8%,清水温度为78-98℃,搅拌时间为30-60min;
步骤五、后处理,将经过抗菌防螨处理后的复合面料取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为30-60min,烘干温度为120-180℃,烘干完成后冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的胶水包含 :50-75 份聚氨酯、偶氮交联剂 5-15 份、高效阻燃剂 30-60 份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的胶水包含 :65 份聚氨酯、偶氮交联剂10 份、高效阻燃剂 50份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤一中抗紫外线涂料由防紫外线整理剂HTUV100和增稠剂PTF组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能面料复合工艺,其特征在于:所述的防紫外线整理剂HTUV100和增稠剂PTF质量比为8:2。
