本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,特别涉及一种舒棉绒和单面绒复合面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
沙发面料是在沙发制造过程中所用到的各种主体覆盖物的统称或者简称。英文称为sofafabric。沙发面料按照成分可以分为全涤,全棉,亚麻等,就全涤布类为例,还可以分为:麂皮绒,超柔绒,灯芯绒,雪尼尔等。沙发面料按照原材料成分分类,有全棉的,亚麻的,化纤的。而化纤又有很多种,包括涤纶、腈纶,粘胶,人造丝等。在沙发面料中常常要用到复合面料,复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料。适合做沙发,服装等纺织品,是人们居家生活不可缺少的面料之一。国际上流行的6种复合工艺,即热溶胶粉点涂层复合工艺、热溶胶浆点复合工艺、热溶胶撒粉复合工艺、热溶胶双点复合工艺、聚胺脂喷涂复合工艺、聚胺脂滚涂复合工艺。舒棉绒是近两年兴起、流行的针织面料。其广泛适用于服装、玩具、床上用品的产品的生产加工,它绒毛较长,手感柔软,不掉毛、不起球,风格多样化。因为加工难度大,目前市场上几乎不对舒棉绒进行印花和烫金,导致舒棉绒面料花纹花色单一,而且用这些常见的生产工艺对舒棉绒和单面绒的复合效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种舒棉绒和单面绒复合面料的生产工艺,面料的花纹花色多样化,手感柔软,大大提高了面料的舒适性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种舒棉绒和单面绒复合面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取基布,选取表面平整的舒棉绒和单面绒,舒棉绒的平方米克重为160g/㎡,单面绒的平方米克重为190g/㎡,舒棉绒和单面绒的克重比例合适,不但保证了面料的强度,而且舒适性良好;
(2)舒棉绒转移印花,印花温度控制在120℃~130℃之间,印花速度在20~25米/分钟,印花色牢度达到4级以上,印花温度和速度合理,有利于舒棉绒印花;
(3)舒棉绒烫金,选取烫金的花型印在PVC膜上,通过压辊把膜的表面与舒棉绒表面贴合,放入保温室,夏季保温时间为12小时左右,冬季保温时间为24小时左右,有利于提高舒棉绒的烫金质量;
(4)涂胶,在印花烫金后的舒棉绒底面均匀涂上胶水,涂胶量为20g/㎡,有利于单面绒的贴合;
(5)贴合,将单面绒与舒棉绒底面贴合;
(6)水洗,将面料进行水洗处理,水洗用水量为800m/吨,加柔软剂,经过15分钟的洗涤后脱水,使面料更柔软舒服;
(7)烘干,将水洗后的面料进行烘干处理,烘干定型温度为70℃,时间为30分钟,定型效果好,大大提高了面料的手感。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中,转移印花采用的染料包括颜料56~58%,着色剂11~12%,耐高温树脂2~3%,匀染剂3~4%,分散剂1~2%,所述颜料包括3~3.8%的色酚AS,3~4%质量浓度30%的氢氧化钠,1~2%的尿素,90.2~93%的水,所述着色剂包括0.5~0.8%的邻硝基对甲苯胺,1.8~2.2%的质量浓度30%的盐酸,2.3~3.5%的醋酸钠,10~14%的淀粉-龙胶糊,3~3.5%的黏合剂,76~82.4%的水,这个配方的染料大大提高了织物的印花效果,而且成本较低。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中,所述保温室内的保温温度为55~60℃,大大提高了舒棉绒烫金的稳定性。

本发明和现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:舒棉绒和单面绒的克重比例合适,不但保证了面料的强度,而且舒适性良好。舒棉绒印花温度和速度合理,有利于舒棉绒印花。保温室内的保温温度为55~60℃,大大提高了舒棉绒烫金的稳定性。舒棉绒烫金后进行保温有利于提高舒棉绒的烫金质量。涂胶量为20g/㎡,有利于单面绒的贴合。水洗使面料更柔软舒服,烘干定型效果好,大大提高了面料的手感。转移印花采用的染料大大提高了织物的印花效果,而且成本较低。贴合使用的胶水提高了舒棉绒和单面绒的贴合效果。通过本发明所生产的面料的花纹花色多样化,手感柔软,大大提高了面料的舒适性。

(2)舒棉绒转移印花,印花温度控制在120℃之间,印花速度在20米/分钟,转移印花采用的染料包括颜料56%,着色剂11%,耐高温树脂2%,匀染剂3%,分散剂1%,所述颜料包括3%的色酚AS,3%质量浓度30%的氢氧化钠,1%的尿素,93%的水,所述着色剂包括0.5%的邻硝基对甲苯胺,1.8%的质量浓度30%的盐酸,2.3%的醋酸钠,10%的淀粉-龙胶糊,3%的黏合剂,82.4%的水,印花色牢度达到4级以上;
(3)舒棉绒烫金,选取烫金的花型印在PVC膜上,通过压辊把膜的表面与舒棉绒表面贴合,放入保温室,所述保温室内的保温温度为55~60℃。夏季保温时间为12小时左右,冬季保温时间为24小时左右;
(4)涂胶,在印花烫金后的舒棉绒底面均匀涂上胶水,涂胶量为20g/㎡;
(5)贴合,将单面绒与舒棉绒底面贴合,贴合使用的胶水成分包括粘合剂3份,丁酮34份,固化剂2份,油脂1份;
(6)水洗,将面料进行水洗处理,水洗用水量为800m/吨,加柔软剂,经过15分钟的洗涤后脱水;
(7)烘干,将水洗后的面料进行烘干处理,烘干定型温度为70℃,时间为30分钟。
实施例二
一种舒棉绒和单面绒复合面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取基布,选取表面平整的舒棉绒和单面绒,舒棉绒的平方米克重为160g/㎡,单面绒的平方米克重为190g/㎡;
(2)舒棉绒转移印花,印花温度控制在123℃之间,印花速度在22米/分钟,转移印花采用的染料包括颜料27%,着色剂12%,耐高温树脂2.53%,匀染剂3.5%,分散剂1.5%,所述颜料包括3.2%的色酚AS,3.5%质量浓度30%的氢氧化钠,1.2%的尿素,92.1%的水,所述着色剂包括0.6%的邻硝基对甲苯胺,2%的质量浓度30%的盐酸,2.8%的醋酸钠,12%的淀粉-龙胶糊,3.2%的黏合剂,79.4%的水,印花色牢度达到4级以上;

(5)贴合,将单面绒与舒棉绒底面贴合,贴合使用的胶水成分包括粘合剂3.7份,丁酮3.6份,固化剂2.9份,油脂1.8份;
(6)水洗,将面料进行水洗处理,水洗用水量为800m/吨,加柔软剂,经过15分钟的洗涤后脱水;
(7)烘干,将水洗后的面料进行烘干处理,烘干定型温度为70℃,时间为30分钟。
实施例四
一种舒棉绒和单面绒复合面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取基布,选取表面平整的舒棉绒和单面绒,舒棉绒的平方米克重为160g/㎡,单面绒的平方米克重为190g/㎡;
