Abstract

本发明提供一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括阻燃层、隔热层以及亲肤层,所述隔热层缝制在阻燃层与亲肤层之间,所述阻燃层包括15‑30重量份棉纤维和70‑85重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,所述隔热层包括50‑65重量份海泡石纤维、25‑45重量份陶瓷纤维以及10‑15重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,所述亲肤层包括56‑75重量份大豆纤维、25‑45重量份棉纤维以及1‑2重量份导电纤维,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:通过将具有隔热效果的隔热层缝制在具有阻燃效果的阻燃层与具有亲肤效果的亲肤层之间,并在亲肤层内加入导电纤维,达到使阻燃面料兼具隔热、亲肤和抗静电的效果。

本发明是一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,属于面料技术领域。
背景技术
面料是用于制造成衣、床上用品等产品的重要原材料。随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物用品的舒适度及功能的要求也越来越高,随着人们对面料使用性能的要求越来越高。阻燃面料作为人们生活中最熟悉的纺织品之一,目前,阻燃面料的亲肤性不足,且隔热效果差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括阻燃层、隔热层以及亲肤层,所述隔热层缝制在阻燃层与亲肤层之间,所述阻燃层包括15-30重量份棉纤维和70-85重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,所述隔热层包括50-65重量份海泡石纤维、25-45重量份陶瓷纤维以及10-15重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,所述亲肤层包括56-75重量份大豆纤维、25-45重量份棉纤维以及1-2重量份导电纤维。
一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括如下制备步骤:
步骤1:将15-30重量份棉纤维和70-85重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第一纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将50-65重量份海泡石纤维、25-45重量份陶瓷纤维以及10-15重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第二纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将56-75重量份大豆纤维、25-45重量份棉纤维以及1-2重量份导电纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第三纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转;
步骤2:将步骤1中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线分别置于第一容器内,并向第一容器内加入阻燃剂,浸泡12小时,温度维持在70摄氏度;
步骤3:将步骤2中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线烘干;
步骤4:利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第一纱线纺织成第一坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第二纱线纺织成第二坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第三纱线纺织成第三坯布;
步骤5:将步骤4中的第三坯布置于第二容器内,并向第二容器内加入抗静电剂,浸泡12小时,温度55摄氏度;
步骤6:将步骤5中的第三坯布烘干;
步骤7:将步骤6中的第三坯布与步骤4中的第一坯布与第二坯布相互缝合,并使第二坯布置于第一坯布与第三坯布之间,从而形成半成品面料;
步骤8:将步骤7中得到的半成品面料移入染缸,加染料,加热至50-55摄氏度后,以5℃/min的升温速度加热至100摄氏度,保温30分钟,洗涤、烘干,制得成品面料。
进一步地,所述阻燃剂包括1-3重量份氯化铵、3-8重量份聚乙烯醇、2-6重量份硬脂酸钠、10-20重量份甘油、2-4重量份三乙醇胺、2-4重量份聚丙烯酰胺、1-3重量份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和60-80重量份水。
进一步地,所述抗静电剂包括12-20重量份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、15-20重量份混醚化的聚乙二醇、3-5重量份硬质酸钠、8-12重量份甘油、8-10重量份醋酸锌、1-3重量份乳化剂和1-3重量份消泡剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将具有隔热效果的隔热层缝制在具有阻燃效果的阻燃层与具有亲肤效果的亲肤层之间,并在亲肤层内加入导电纤维,达到使阻燃面料兼具隔热、亲肤和抗静电的效果。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括阻燃层、隔热层以及亲肤层,隔热层缝制在阻燃层与亲肤层之间,阻燃层包括15-30重量份棉纤维和70-85重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,隔热层包括50-65重量份海泡石纤维、25-45重量份陶瓷纤维以及10-15重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,亲肤层包括56-75重量份大豆纤维、25-45重量份棉纤维以及1-2重量份导电纤维。
制备步骤:
步骤1:将15-30重量份棉纤维和70-85重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第一纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将50-65重量份海泡石纤维、25-45重量份陶瓷纤维以及10-15重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第二纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将56-75重量份大豆纤维、25-45重量份棉纤维以及1-2重量份导电纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第三纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转;

步骤3:将步骤2中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线烘干;
步骤4:利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第一纱线纺织成第一坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第二纱线纺织成第二坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第三纱线纺织成第三坯布;
步骤5:将步骤4中的第三坯布置于第二容器内,并向第二容器内加入抗静电剂,浸泡12小时,温度55摄氏度;
步骤6:将步骤5中的第三坯布烘干;
步骤7:将步骤6中的第三坯布与步骤4中的第一坯布与第二坯布相互缝合,并使第二坯布置于第一坯布与第三坯布之间,从而形成半成品面料;
步骤8:将步骤7中得到的半成品面料移入染缸,加染料,加热至50-55摄氏度后,以5℃/min的升温速度加热至100摄氏度,保温30分钟,洗涤、烘干,制得成品面料。
阻燃剂包括1-3重量份氯化铵、3-8重量份聚乙烯醇、2-6重量份硬脂酸钠、10-20重量份甘油、2-4重量份三乙醇胺、2-4重量份聚丙烯酰胺、1-3重量份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和60-80重量份水。
抗静电剂包括12-20重量份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、15-20重量份混醚化的聚乙二醇、3-5重量份硬质酸钠、8-12重量份甘油、8-10重量份醋酸锌、1-3重量份乳化剂和1-3重量份消泡剂。
实施例1:阻燃层包括18重量份棉纤维和82重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,隔热层包括52重量份海泡石纤维、37重量份陶瓷纤维以及11重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,亲肤层包括58重量份大豆纤维、41重量份棉纤维以及1重量份导电纤维。
制备步骤:
步骤1:将18重量份棉纤维和82重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第一纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将52重量份海泡石纤维、37重量份陶瓷纤维以及11重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第二纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将58重量份大豆纤维、41重量份棉纤维以及1重量份导电纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第三纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转;
步骤2:将步骤1中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线分别置于第一容器内,并向第一容器内加入阻燃剂,浸泡12小时,温度维持在70摄氏度;
步骤3:将步骤2中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线烘干;
步骤4:利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第一纱线纺织成第一坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第二纱线纺织成第二坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第三纱线纺织成第三坯布;
步骤5:将步骤4中的第三坯布置于第二容器内,并向第二容器内加入抗静电剂,浸泡12小时,温度55摄氏度;
步骤6:将步骤5中的第三坯布烘干;
步骤7:将步骤6中的第三坯布与步骤4中的第一坯布与第二坯布相互缝合,并使第二坯布置于第一坯布与第三坯布之间,从而形成半成品面料;
步骤8:将步骤7中得到的半成品面料移入染缸,加染料,加热至50-55摄氏度后,以5℃/min的升温速度加热至100摄氏度,保温30分钟,洗涤、烘干,制得成品面料;
依照GB/T 23316-2009测得成品布料抗静电性能参数:水洗前:<5.9uc/m2;30次水洗后:<7.8uc/m2
实施例2:阻燃层包括25重量份棉纤维和75重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,隔热层包括60重量份海泡石纤维、28重量份陶瓷纤维以及12重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,亲肤层包括70重量份大豆纤维、29重量份棉纤维以及1重量份导电纤维。
制备步骤:
步骤1:将25重量份棉纤维和75重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第一纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将60重量份海泡石纤维、28重量份陶瓷纤维以及12重量份阻燃涤纶纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第二纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转,将70重量份大豆纤维、29重量份棉纤维以及1重量份导电纤维原料用纺纱机混合纺织成第三纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3000转、细纱机转数设定为6000转;
步骤2:将步骤1中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线分别置于第一容器内,并向第一容器内加入阻燃剂,浸泡12小时,温度维持在70摄氏度;
步骤3:将步骤2中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线烘干;
步骤4:利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第一纱线纺织成第一坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第二纱线纺织成第二坯布,利用喷气织机将步骤3中的第三纱线纺织成第三坯布;
步骤5:将步骤4中的第三坯布置于第二容器内,并向第二容器内加入抗静电剂,浸泡12小时,温度55摄氏度;
步骤6:将步骤5中的第三坯布烘干;
步骤7:将步骤6中的第三坯布与步骤4中的第一坯布与第二坯布相互缝合,并使第二坯布置于第一坯布与第三坯布之间,从而形成半成品面料;
步骤8:将步骤7中得到的半成品面料移入染缸,加染料,加热至50-55摄氏度后,以5℃/min的升温速度加热至100摄氏度,保温30分钟,洗涤、烘干,制得成品面料;
依照GB/T17591-2006标准,成品面料的损毁长度<50mm,续燃时间<2s,阴燃时间<2s,无熔融、滴落。

1.一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括阻燃层、隔热层以及亲肤层,其特征在于:所述隔热层缝制在阻燃层与亲肤层之间,所述阻燃层包括15-30重量份棉纤维和70-85重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,所述隔热层包括50-65重量份海泡石纤维、25-45重量份陶瓷纤维以及10-15重量份阻燃涤纶纤维,所述亲肤层包括56-75重量份大豆纤维、25-45重量份棉纤维以及1-2重量份导电纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,其特征在于:包括如下制备步骤:

步骤3:将步骤2中的第一纱线、第二纱线以及第三纱线烘干;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂包括1-3重量份氯化铵、3-8重量份聚乙烯醇、2-6重量份硬脂酸钠、10-20重量份甘油、2-4重量份三乙醇胺、2-4重量份聚丙烯酰胺、1-3重量份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和60-80重量份水。
