本发明属于功能面料的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防螨防霉面料。
背景技术
随着时代发展,消费者审美意识与知识结构的改变,消费者对服装的各种需求也不断发生着变化。设计是一种艺术,应把当代艺术思想渗透于服装面料设计中去。由于消费者环保意识的不断增强,其对服装面料的品质提出了更高要求,服装面料不仅要展现视觉、触觉的美,而且还应内涵各种实用功能,如抗紫外线、抗菌防臭、防霉、防辐射性能等。
在服装行业快速发展的今天,人们对服装的要求不仅仅是对服装的做工、款式上的要求,更多是对服装品质的要求,这就要求在服装面料上要跟得上服装形势的发展,功能性、舒适、环保、健康等面料的特征成为人们越来越关注的话题,为此,我们提出一种抗菌防螨防霉面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提出的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料,制备工艺成熟,爆珠稳定性好,耐热性好,安全无污染。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌防螨防霉面料,所述抗菌防螨防霉面料助剂组成的配比为:
PBA-21KG-7KG/100升水,防螨剂1KG-7KG/100升水,RA树脂1KG-5KG/100升水,亲水爽滑硅油57241KG-5KG/100升水。
优选的:其整备的方法具体如下:
S1、制布:使用50%精棉和50%长绒棉制成双面布,使其成为长丝棉线,且长丝棉线具有很好的韧性,将制成的纱线通过使用纺织机纺织成成品布,并对布匹进行坏点检测;
S2、加入助剂:入助剂的流程总共分为两次,第一次定型整理加的助剂总共有三种,分别是PBA-2 3KG/100升水,防螨剂KS 3KG/100升水,RA树脂1KG/100升水,第二次定型整理手感加的助剂就只有一种,亲水爽滑硅油57241.5KG/100升水。
优选的:在进行织布的时候需要先使其成为长丝棉线,且长丝棉线具有很好的韧性。
优选的:在织布完成后需要对布匹进行坏点检测。
优选的:在加入助剂的时候将只好的布料放入其中进行浸泡。
优选的:两次助剂加入浸泡完成后,将布料取出进行烘干。
优选的:先制备壳聚糖稀酸液并加入芯材乳化,再加入海藻酸钠溶液,控制加入速度,保持加入时间15min。
优选的:所述乳化搅拌速度3000r/min,乳化时间30min,所述壁材比例1:1,壁材浓度1.0%,所述固化剂(戊二醛)用量10ml,固化时间60min。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、本发明生产的面料具有很好的柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽等特点,并且具有干的快、湿强力,干湿强比高,具有良好的可纺性。
2、本发明制备条件宽松、简易,整个过程以水为介质,没有高压高温过程,对人体环境无危害。
与现有技术相比,本发明存在以下有益效果:与其它制备方法相比,制备技术成熟、技术价格低廉、工艺成熟、方便使用、安全无污染,大大提高面料的的抗菌防螨防霉质量。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例:
PBA-21KG-7KG/100升水,防螨剂1KG-7KG/100升水,RA树脂1KG-5KG/100升水,亲水爽滑硅油57241KG-5KG/100升水。

PBA-21KG-7KG/100升水,防螨剂1KG-7KG/100升水,RA树脂1KG-5KG/100升水,亲水爽滑硅油57241KG-5KG/100升水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料制备方法,其特征在于:其整备的方法具体如下:

4.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料制备方法,其特征在于:在织布完成后需要对布匹进行坏点检测。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料制备方法,其特征在于:在加入助剂的时候将只好的布料放入其中进行浸泡。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料制备方法,其特征在于:两次助剂加入浸泡完成后,将布料取出进行烘干。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料制备方法,其特征在于:定型温度为150°,定型机速为22码。
8.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防螨防霉面料制备方法,其特征在于:在制备印花布时,还需在印花布浆槽中多加助剂PBA-2 1KG,防螨剂KS 1KG,RA树脂0.1KG。
