织造时,经纬密度比控制在1.3-1.5,采用花式透孔平纹变化面料组织结构减小面料缩水率;
防缩整理时,防缩整理液配方为:
Arkofix NZF 75g/L、MgCl2·6H2O 7g/L、非离子柔软剂V-12 20g/L、余量的水;并用柠檬酸将pH调至4.0-4.5;工艺为:平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率70%,120℃松式烘燥,超喂3%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第1-2格温度150℃,第3-8格温度160℃,两个锡林冷却落布,车速为40m/min;
机械预缩时,织物均匀给湿,含湿率8-12%,橡胶毯承压辊蒸汽压力0.1-0.2Mpa,控制预缩率3-5%,布速40-45m/min。

关键技术及创新点:
1、通过优选高强低伸型雅赛尔纤维(即雅赛尔TMⅡ型纤维)、降低纱线收缩率、合理设计织物结构、减小织造张力、采用松式无张力染整工艺、进行防缩整理、机械预缩等技术措施,使面料保证高吸湿性的同时具有良好的尺寸稳定性,破解传统高吸湿粘胶面料无法应用于家纺件套的难题。
一是采用高强低伸型雅赛尔Ⅱ型纤维作为基础材料。该纤维表面具有特殊沟槽结构,具有很好的吸湿透气性和柔软舒适性。但是一般情况下,吸水能力越强的纤维材料,其面料的尺寸稳定性也越差,这就是粘胶面料虽然具有良好的吸湿性、透气性和柔软舒适性,但一直没能高比例应用于家纺面料中,只在无需洗涤的被芯面料上应用的原因。高强低伸型雅赛尔纤维采用特殊工艺生产,纤维同时具有干湿高强和高湿模量,其干断裂伸长率为13-16%,为面料的尺寸稳定性提供了较好的基础。本发明采用的大豆蛋白纤维的断裂伸长率为±3%,同样有利于尺寸稳定性的提高。
二是还可以采用自主开发的大扭矩(专利号:专利号ZL201310568506.8、ZL201320721305.2)和低扭矩集成纺纱技术进行集成,较好地控制了纱线收缩率,为提高面料尺寸稳定性打下基础。当然也可采用普通纺纱技术。
三是合理设计织物结构,通过减小经纬密度差异、采用花式透孔平纹变化面料组织结构等方法减小面料缩水率。
四是通过减小织造张力,减小织物意外伸长,降低织物缩水率,提高面料尺寸稳定性。织造张力比常规减小18%。
五是采用松式无张力染整工艺,减小面料缩水率。
六是进行防缩整理,提高面料尺寸稳定性。防缩整理液配方独特、性能优异。工艺独特,效果好。
七是进行机械预缩特殊工艺提高了产品性能。
通过以上七项技术措施,使面料尺寸稳定性达到较好水平,经向缩水率≤3.8%,纬向缩水率≤3.2%。

3、皮肤静电干扰可以改变人体体表的正常电位差,影响心肌正常的电生理过程。过高的静电还常常使人焦躁不安、头痛、胸闷、呼吸困难、咳嗽等。该面料采用高吸湿材料有效避免了家纺产品使用时产生静电。
4、采用花式透孔平纹变化面料组织结构,充分发挥两种原料的优势,在减小面料缩水率的同时,增加面料的柔软舒适度和透气性。
5、采用无PVA上浆技术和生物酶退浆技术,保证生产过程的绿色环保,降低生产成本。该面料两种原料都是生物基纤维,雅赛尔Ⅱ型纤维是再生纤维素纤维,第三代大豆蛋白纤维对维纶基体进行了改性,将分子链中的部分羟基打开,按“相似相容”原理,采用无PVA上浆技术,成本低,效果好,对环境污染小。
6、采用活性染料一步法染色,减少环境污染,降低加工成本。耐水渍色牢度、耐酸汗渍色牢度、耐碱汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度均达4-5级。

机械预缩时,织物均匀给湿,含湿率8-12%,橡胶毯承压辊蒸汽压力0.1-0.2Mpa,控制预缩率3-5%,布速40-45m/min;
织造张力比常规织造张力小18%;
浆纱时的浆料由下列重量份成分组成:
变性淀粉K-2000 37.5-50份
变性淀粉A-620A 50-62.5份
聚丙烯酸类浆料NP-350 10-12份
蜡片CD-52 3-5份;
染机酶退浆处理时,退浆液由下列重量份的成分组成:
BF-7658淀粉酶 1-2g/L
食盐 2-6 g/L
JFC渗透剂 0.5-2 g/L
余量为水。
