Abstract
本发明提供一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,包括以下起绒步骤:S1、将待起绒面料浸渍在抗静电起绒涂剂中,之后取出烘干,烘干温度在100‑120℃;S2、将浸渍有抗静电起绒涂剂的待起绒面料通过针刺起绒剂进行针刺起绒;S3、在S2起绒后的面料中添加光亮剂,之后对布料进行烫光,使布料绒毛蓬松。本发明在起绒之前在面料中添加了抗静电起绒涂剂,起到乳化润滑的作用,使得织物表面的动摩擦系数小,使得起绒钢针能够进入织物之间,同时内部添加的砭石粉和电气石粉具有粉末润滑的效果,且在钢针起毛的作用下使粉末导入面料的纤维之间,使得形成的该绒布具有保健的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及绒布加工技术领域,具体为一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法及由该方法制得的绒布。
背景技术
绒布指经过拉绒后表面呈现丰润绒毛状的棉织物,通过在布的表面做的针孔扎绒工艺,产生较多绒毛,立体感强,光泽度高,摸起来柔软厚实。现有的绒布在起绒时,起绒不够顺滑起绒效果不够好,仍有待改进,且现有的绒布面料及功能较为单一,不足以满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法及由该方法制得的绒布,解决了现有的绒布在起绒时,起绒不够顺滑起绒效果不够好,仍有待改进,且现有的绒布面料及功能较为单一,不足以满足人们的使用需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,其特征在于:包括以下起绒步骤:
S1、将待起绒面料浸渍在抗静电起绒涂剂中,之后取出烘干,烘干温度在100-120℃;
S2、将浸渍有抗静电起绒涂剂的待起绒面料通过针刺起绒剂进行针刺起绒;
S3、在S2起绒后的面料中添加光亮剂,之后对布料进行烫光,使布料绒毛蓬松;
S4、将S3中起绒蓬松后的面料放入阻燃香型剂中浸渍、烘干后,进行梳理和剪毛形成均匀整齐的绒面层。
优选的,所述抗静电起绒涂剂包括以下原料组分:二甲硅油20-30%、乳化聚乙烯醇8-10%、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂5-8%、砭石粉3-5%,电气石粉2-5%、水加至100%混合制备而成。
优选的,所述阻燃香型剂包括以下原料组分:氯化铵3-5%、聚乙烯醇5-9%、硬脂酸钠2-6%、甘油10-20%、香味微胶囊水溶液3-7%、润肤素2-6%、负离子液1-3%、水加至100%混合制备而成。
一种用该起绒方法制得的绒布,所述绒布包括抗菌牛仔基层,所述绒面层粘合在抗菌牛仔基层两面。
优选的,所述抗菌牛仔基层的原材料包括阻燃纤维、木棉纤维、禾素纤维、壳聚糖纤维,采用牛仔面料织造工艺编织而成。
木棉纤维:是天然生态纤维中最细、最轻、中空度最高、最保暖的纤维材质。它的细度仅有棉纤维的1/2,中空率却达到86%以上,是一般棉纤维的2-3倍。具有光洁、抗菌、防蛀、防霉、轻柔、不易缠结、不透水、不导热,生态、保暖、吸湿性强等特点。
禾素纤维:禾素纤维能够破坏微生物的细胞壁,从而抑制并杀死细菌。经权威机构多次检测论证,禾素纤维经50次洗涤后并不能破坏禾素纤维抗菌性,只会把灰尘和被杀死的细菌洗掉,抗菌效果不仅没有降低反而会更明显。
壳聚糖纤维:壳聚糖的多聚阳离子,易于真菌细胞表面带负电荷的基团作用,从而改变病原菌细胞膜的流动性和通透性。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法及由该方法制得的绒布。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明在起绒之前在面料中添加了抗静电起绒涂剂,二甲硅油、乳化聚乙烯醇起到乳化润滑的作用,使得织物表面的动摩擦系数小,使得起绒钢针能够进入织物之间,同时内部添加的砭石粉和电气石粉液具有粉末润滑的效果,且在钢针起毛的作用下使粉末导入面料的纤维之间,使得形成的该绒布具有保健的功效,而季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂具有优异的抗静电效果,使得起绒更为顺畅。
2、本发明在起绒后通过烫光处理,使布料表面变得膨松,并在蓬松后通过阻燃香型剂进行浸渍,使得绒毛具有阻燃的效果,同时蓬松的绒毛能够增大阻燃香型剂与面料纤维的接触面积,使香味微胶囊水、润肤素、负离子更易渗入纤维中,使得起毛绒布具有柔软、亲肤、芳香和保健的效果,且不容易洗掉。
3、本发明通过双绒面层配合内部抗菌牛仔基层形成的绒布,既有牛仔面料的耐磨挺括性,其表面粘合的绒面层有具有绒软、芳香、保健的效果,同时抗菌牛仔基层内部添加的多种抗菌纤维,使得整体绒布面料还具有抗菌效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
本发明实施例提供一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,包括以下起绒步骤:
S1、将待起绒面料浸渍在抗静电起绒涂剂中,之后取出烘干,烘干温度在100-120℃;
S2、将浸渍有抗静电起绒涂剂的待起绒面料通过针刺起绒剂进行针刺起绒;
S3、在S2起绒后的面料中添加光亮剂,之后对布料进行烫光,使布料绒毛蓬松;
S4、将S3中起绒蓬松后的面料放入阻燃香型剂中浸渍、烘干后,进行梳理和剪毛形成均匀整齐的绒面层。
抗静电起绒涂剂包括以下原料组分:二甲硅油20%、乳化聚乙烯醇8%、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂5%、砭石粉3%,电气石粉2%、水加至100%混合制备而成。
阻燃香型剂包括以下原料组分:氯化铵3%、聚乙烯醇5%、硬脂酸钠2%、甘油10%、香味微胶囊水溶液3%、润肤素2%、负离子液1%混合制备而成。
一种用该起绒方法制得的绒布,所述绒布包括抗菌牛仔基层,所述绒面层粘合在抗菌牛仔基层两面。
所述抗菌牛仔基层的原材料包括阻燃纤维、木棉纤维、禾素纤维、壳聚糖纤维,采用牛仔面料织造工艺编织而成。
实施例二:
一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,包括以下起绒步骤:
S1、将待起绒面料浸渍在抗静电起绒涂剂中,之后取出烘干,烘干温度在100-120℃;
S2、将浸渍有抗静电起绒涂剂的待起绒面料通过针刺起绒剂进行针刺起绒;
S3、在S2起绒后的面料中添加光亮剂,之后对布料进行烫光,使布料绒毛蓬松;
S4、将S3中起绒蓬松后的面料放入阻燃香型剂中浸渍、烘干后,进行梳理和剪毛形成均匀整齐的绒面层。
抗静电起绒涂剂包括以下原料组分:二甲硅油25%、乳化聚乙烯醇10%、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂7%、砭石粉4%,电气石粉5%、水加至100%混合制备而成。
阻燃香型剂包括以下原料组分:氯化铵5%、聚乙烯醇6%、硬脂酸钠3%、甘油18%、香味微胶囊水溶液6%、润肤素3%、负离子液2%混合制备而成。
一种用该起绒方法制得的绒布,所述绒布包括抗菌牛仔基层,所述绒面层粘合在抗菌牛仔基层两面。
所述抗菌牛仔基层的原材料包括阻燃纤维、木棉纤维、禾素纤维、壳聚糖纤维,采用牛仔面料织造工艺编织而成。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,其特征在于:包括以下起绒步骤:
S1、将待起绒面料浸渍在抗静电起绒涂剂中,之后取出烘干,烘干温度在100-120℃;
S2、将浸渍有抗静电起绒涂剂的待起绒面料通过针刺起绒剂进行针刺起绒;
S3、在S2起绒后的面料中添加光亮剂,之后对布料进行烫光,使布料绒毛蓬松;
S4、将S3中起绒蓬松后的面料放入阻燃香型剂中浸渍、烘干后,进行梳理和剪毛形成均匀整齐的绒面层。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,其特征在于:所述抗静电起绒涂剂包括以下原料组分:二甲硅油20-30%、乳化聚乙烯醇8-10%、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂5-8%、砭石粉3-5%,电气石粉2-5%、水加至100%混合制备而成。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造绒布的起绒方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃香型剂包括以下原料组分:氯化铵3-5%、聚乙烯醇5-9%、硬脂酸钠2-6%、甘油10-20%、香味微胶囊水溶液3-7%、润肤素2-6%、负离子液1-3%、水加至100%混合制备而成。
4.一种采用如权利要求1-3中任一项起绒方法制得的绒布,其特征在于:所述绒布还包括抗菌牛仔基层,所述绒面层粘合在抗菌牛仔基层两面。
5.据权利要求4所述的绒布,其特征在于:所述抗菌牛仔基层的原材料包括阻燃纤维、木棉纤维、禾素纤维和壳聚糖纤维,采用牛仔面料织造工艺编织而成。
