技术领域
本发明涉及一种化纤领域,尤其是一种抗菌防螨内衣面料及其整理工艺。
背景技术
螨虫是一种对人体健康十分有害的生物,能传播病毒、细菌,可引起支气管哮喘、鼻炎、皮炎、毛囊炎、疥癣等多种疾病。据资料显示,有60%的哮喘病人对尘螨会产生过敏反应,约80%的儿童哮喘起因于尘螨过敏。我国的哮喘病发病率很高,是第二大呼吸道疾病。国外的大量临床研究也发现,儿童早期时家庭中尘螨过敏原的暴露程度与后来发展成哮喘的儿童之间是密切相关的。有关部门监测,在上海、北京等生活水平较高的城市,居家中螨虫分布以地毯最多,其次为棉被,再其次为床垫、枕头、地板、沙发等,在这种环境下,可在居室内存活的螨类共有16种之多。而作为我们贴身穿着的内衣,螨虫存在数量也十分惊人,因此,为保证穿着舒适性及健康性,研究出一种抗菌及除螨性能优异的内衣面料是目前纺织领域需要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供抗菌防螨内衣慢聊及其整理工艺。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明提供的一种抗菌防螨内衣面料,包括20%银系抗菌涤纶、35%苎麻纤维、45%竹纤维混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线1;35%棉纤维、20%珍珠纤维、35%蚕丝纤维、10%天丝混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线2;用针织罗纹圆机织造出以纱线1为表层,纱线2为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构织物。
其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将所述织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂1.3-3g/L,漂白剂1.3-2.5g/L,非离子表面活性剂1-3g/L,浸在30-45℃水浴中处理25-40min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为120-135℃,车速为5-8m/min,超喂25-30%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为125-135℃,机车速为20-30m/min,超喂10-15%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为6-6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8-15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:

(5)防螨整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30-35℃,PH值为6-6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-15m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:

(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
步骤1所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述无机盐为柠檬酸钠,抗菌剂为BIO-M抗菌除臭剂,柔顺剂A为改性有机硅油。
步骤4、步骤5所述的非离子表面活性剂为失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚。
有益效果:本发明提供的抗菌防螨内衣面料及其整理工艺与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1.抗菌防螨效果好:本发明通过采用20%银系抗菌涤纶、35%苎麻纤维、45%竹纤维混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线1;35%棉纤维、20%珍珠纤维、35%蚕丝纤维、10%天丝混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线2;,所述纱线1、纱线2可有效保证织物的抗菌防螨效果;
2.穿着舒适:本发明通过用针织罗纹圆机织造出以纱线1为表层,纱线2为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构织物,使织物结构更为蓬松,透气性更好,可实现优良的手感,使作为贴身衣物的织物穿着更为舒适。
2.抗菌效果好:本发明在制备的织物本身已具备抗菌效果的情况下,通过将织物浸入抗菌整理液中,进一步提高织物的抗菌效果,使织物抗菌功能更为稳定;
3.防螨效果好:本发明在制备的织物本身具备防螨效果的情况下,再一次进行防螨整理,在防螨整理工序中还加入了丹宁酸,丹宁酸虽然本身不具备杀螨效果,但其可有效灭火尘螨过敏原蛋白,有效抑制尘螨过敏;
壳聚糖,壳聚糖是一种具有天然抗菌防臭性能的高分子物质,安全环保,同时也常用作抗静电剂,加入后使得织物的抗静电及抗菌防臭性能都大大的提高;
4.本发明通过在烘干工艺后再增加烘焙、定型工序,工艺温度跳跃性小,可进一步织物蓬松的同时也能够使得织物最终性能较为稳定;
5、本发明工艺简单,操作便捷,可推广使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但同时说明本发明的保护范围并不局限于本实施例的具体范围,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种抗菌防螨内衣面料,其特征在于:包括20%银系抗菌涤纶、35%苎麻纤维、45%竹纤维混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线1;35%棉纤维、20%珍珠纤维、35%蚕丝纤维、10%天丝混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线2;用针织罗纹大圆机织造出以纱线1为表层,纱线2为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构织物。
其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将所述织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂1.5g/L,漂白剂1.3g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1g/L,浸在30℃水浴中处理25min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为120℃,车速为5m/min,超喂25%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为125℃,机车速为20m/min,超喂10%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25℃,pH为6,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸钠2.5g/L;
BI0-M抗菌除臭剂1g/L;
改性有机硅油1.2g/L;
草珊瑚提取物3g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1g/L;
壳聚糖0.6g/L;
柠檬酸0.6g/L;
除臭剂2.3g/L;
失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚0.8g/L;
(5)防螨整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30℃,PH值为6,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
聚丙烯腈树脂2g/L;
聚氨酯树脂1.5g/L;
甲基-β-萘基甲酮2g/L;
羟甲基纤维素2g/L;
PVA 0.8g/L;
丹宁酸1g/L;
壳聚糖0.6g/L;
柠檬酸0.6g/L;
纳米氧化银0.8g/L;
失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚0.8g/L;
(6)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为115℃,机车速为15m/min;
(7)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度1i0℃,机车速为40m/min;
(8)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为55m/min;
(9)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度115℃,机车速为20m/min;
(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例2
一种抗菌防螨内衣面料,其特征在于:包括20%银系抗菌涤纶、35%苎麻纤维、45%竹纤维混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线1;35%棉纤维、20%珍珠纤维、35%蚕丝纤维、10%天丝混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线2;用针织罗纹大圆机织造出以纱线1为表层,纱线2为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构织物。
其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将所述织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂2.2g/L,漂白剂2.3g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2g/L,浸在38℃水浴中处理33min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为128℃,车速为7m/min,超喂28%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为130℃,机车速为28m/min,超喂13%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度28℃,pH为6.3,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸钠3g/L;
BIO-M抗菌除臭剂2g/L;
改性有机硅油1.3g/L;
草珊瑚提取物4g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.4g/L;
壳聚糖0.7g/L;
柠檬酸0.7g/L;
除臭剂2.4g/L;
失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚0.8g/L;
(5)防螨整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度33℃,PH值为6.3,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为13m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
聚丙烯腈树脂2.5g/L;
聚氨酯树脂2.5g/L;
甲基-β-萘基甲酮3.3g/L;
羟甲基纤维素2.6g/L;
PVA 1.6g/L;
丹宁酸1.7g/L;
壳聚糖0.7g/L;
柠檬酸0.8g/L;
纳米氧化银1.3g/L;
失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚0.9g/L;
(5)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为118℃,机车速为20m/min;
(6)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度118℃,机车速为45m/min;
(7)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为60m/min;
(8)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度120℃,机车速为23m/min;
(9)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
实施例3
一种抗菌防螨内衣面料,其特征在于:包括20%银系抗菌涤纶、35%苎麻纤维、45%竹纤维混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线1;35%棉纤维、20%珍珠纤维、35%蚕丝纤维、10%天丝混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线2;用针织罗纹大圆机织造出以纱线1为表层,纱线2为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构织物。
其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将所述织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂3g/L,漂白剂2.5g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3g/L,浸在45℃水浴中处理40min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为135℃,车速为8m/min,超喂30%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为135℃,机车速为30m/min,超喂15%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30℃,pH为6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸钠4g/L;
抗菌剂为BIO-M抗菌除臭剂3g/L;
改性有机硅油1.6g/L;
草珊瑚提取物5g/L;
渗透剂JFC 2g/L;
壳聚糖0.8g/L;
柠檬酸0.8g/L;
除臭剂2.6g/L;
失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚1.0g/L;
(5)防螨整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度35℃,PH值为6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
聚丙烯腈树脂3g/L;
聚氨酯树脂4g/L;
甲基-β-萘基甲酮5g/L;
羟甲基纤维素3g/L;
PVA 2.4g/L;
丹宁酸2g/L;
壳聚糖0.9g/L;
柠檬酸1g/L;
纳米氧化银1.5g/L;
失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚1.0g/L;
(5)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为120℃,机车速为25m/min;
(6)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度120℃,机车速为50m/min;
(7)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为65m/min;
(8)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度125℃,机车速为25m/min;
(9)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌防螨内衣面料,其特征在于:包括20%银系抗菌涤纶、35%苎麻纤维、45%竹纤维混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线1;35%棉纤维、20%珍珠纤维、35%蚕丝纤维、10%天丝混合后使用赛络纺工艺,制成纱线2;用针织罗纹大圆机织造出以纱线1为表层,纱线2为里层的半空气层罗纹组织结构织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨内衣面料,其特征在于:其整理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:将所述织物先进行精练处理然后再进行碱减量处理,具体如下:精练处理具体是用精炼剂1.3-3g/L,漂白剂1.3-2.5g/L,非离子表面活性剂1-3g/L,浸在30-45℃水浴中处理25-40min,浴比为20∶1;
(2)预定型:将前处理后的织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为120-135℃,车速为5-8m/min,超喂25-30%;
(3)干燥:将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为125-135℃,机车速为20-30m/min,超喂10-15%;
(4)抗菌整理:将干燥后的织物放入抗菌工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为6-6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8-15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
无机盐 2-4g/L;
抗菌剂 1-3g/L;
柔顺剂A 1.2-1.6g/L;
草珊瑚提取物 3-5g/L;
渗透剂JFC: 1-2g/L;
壳聚糖 0.6-0.8g/L;
柠檬酸 0.6-0.8g/L;
除臭剂 2.3-2.6g/L;
非离子表面活性剂 0.8-1.0g/L;
(5)防螨整理:将抗菌整理后的织物放入防螨工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30-35℃,PH值为6-6.5,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-15m/min,轧余率90%,所述的浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
聚丙烯腈树脂 2-3g/L;
聚氨酯树脂 1.5-4g/L;
甲基-β-萘基甲酮 2-5g/L;
羟甲基纤维素 2-3g/L;
PVA 0.8-2.4g/L;
丹宁酸 1-2g/L;
壳聚糖 0.6-0.9g/L;
柠檬酸 0.6-1g/L;
纳米氧化银 0.8-1.5g/L;
非离子表面活性剂 0.8-1.0g/L;
(6)烘干:将经过防螨整理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为115-120℃,机车速为15-25m/min;
(7)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度110-120℃,机车速为40-50m/min;
(8)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为55-65m/min;
(9)轧光:将定型后的织物放入轧光机进行轧光处理,轧光温度115-125℃,机车速为20-25m/min;
(10)收卷:轧光结束后将织物进行收卷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌防螨内衣面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤1所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌防螨内衣面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述无机盐为柠檬酸钠,抗菌剂为BIO-M抗菌除臭剂,柔顺剂A为改性有机硅油。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌防螨内衣面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤4、步骤5所述的非离子表面活性剂为失水山梨醇酯聚氧乙烯醚。
