技术领域
本发明属于布料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种蜂窝状面料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
纬编是针织之一,以一根或若干根纱线同时沿着织物的横向,循序地由织针形成线圈,并在纵向相互串套成为纬编针织物。纬编可分为单面和双面两类。纬编中,纱线是从机器的一边到另一边做横向往复运动(或圆周运动), 配合织针运动就可以形成新的针织线圈,目前用于制作各类针织服装所采用的布料由于结构的不足而导致面料表面较不紧密、表面多为平滑构造,抗皱性能和保形性能都比较差,尺寸稳定性较差,手感也较差,并且吸水吸油效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蜂窝状面料及其制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前用于制作各类针织服装所采用的布料由于结构的不足而导致面料表面较不 紧密、表面多为平滑构造,抗皱性能和保形性能都比较差,尺寸稳定性较差,手感也较差,并且吸水吸油效果不明显的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蜂窝状面料,包括以下重量份材料制成:
尼龙高弹丝纤维13.5-19.48重量份、全棉纤维15.9-18.98重量份、聚丙烯纤维15.6-17.5重量份、除臭剂0.3-0.5重量份、抗菌剂0.7-0.95重量份、水40-42.5重量份。

1、将聚丙烯加工成纤维,吸油性好,专业适用于吸收石油烃类和碳氢化合物(如石油、汽油、润滑油和油漆等)。
2、通过全棉纤维其含水率高达8%-10%,具有吸湿速率快的特性,并且具有耐热、耐碱的作用。
3、通过尼龙高弹丝纤维制成的布料具有弹性好,透气性优良,能将全棉纤维吸收的汗水快速蒸发散失出气,提高排汗、排热速率。
4、通过该生产工艺制成的蜂窝布料,耗能小,人力物力成本较低,继而生产效率较高。
5、通过将纺纱线投入到步骤三制备的溶液中,有效的提高了蜂窝布料的除臭抗菌能力,并且经久耐用,实用性强,适合广泛推广。

5.根据权利要求2所述的一种蜂窝状面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中针筒针完全钩取纱线成圈后针盘针钩砂在对吃的1、4、7、10路,针盘针集圈。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种蜂窝状面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中将制备的溶液通过电加热器加热到70-80℃后进行浸渍。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种蜂窝状面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中抗菌剂采用水溶性壳聚糖,除臭剂是由沸石粉、防腐剂、乙醇、香料和水混合而成。
