技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电织物的制备方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。
合成纤维织物由于含湿量低,结晶度高等特性容易产生和积累静电。抗静电整理是用化学药剂施于纤维表面,增加其表面亲水性,以消除或减轻纤维上的静电的工艺过程。其主要方法是在疏水性纤维表面形成导电层,使纤维表面亲水化,也可使纤维表面离子化。通过采用化学整理,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。但是目前织物的抗静电整理,大多采用的是水溶性很好的表面活性剂,包 括阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面 活性剂,这些表面活性剂具有极强的吸水性、溶水性。所以特别不耐水洗,仅仅是暂时附着在化纤织物上。未洗之前,它们具有很好的抗静电性能, 但一经洗涤抗静电性能几乎为零。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高织物抗静电整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对织物抗静电整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗静电织物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种抗静电织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为105-115℃,车速为5-8m/min,超喂25-30%;
(2)将预定型后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为125-135℃,机车速为20-30m/min,超喂10-15%;
(3)将干燥后的织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8-15r/min,轧余率60-85%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:柠檬酸钠8-11份、异噻唑啉酮3-10份、二酚基丙烷3-6份、吗啉二乙基醚5-8份、环氧氯丙烷2-6份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4-7份、丹宁酸2-6份、丙二醇13-20份、亚麻酸10-15份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2-6份、槐糖脂3-7份、水20-30份;
(4)将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为90-98℃;
(5)将汽蒸好的织物先用0℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
(6)将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
所述预定型过程中定型温度为110℃,车速为6m/min。
根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为130℃,机车速为25m/min。
所述二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10r/min,轧余率75%。
所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:柠檬酸钠9.5份、异噻唑啉酮6.5份、二酚基丙烷4.5份、吗啉二乙基醚6.5份、环氧氯丙烷4份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5.5份、丹宁酸4份、丙二醇16.5份、亚麻酸12.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4份、槐糖脂5份、水25份。

(3)将干燥后的织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8-15r/min,轧余率60-85%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:柠檬酸钠8-11份、异噻唑啉酮3-10份、二酚基丙烷3-6份、吗啉二乙基醚5-8份、环氧氯丙烷2-6份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4-7份、丹宁酸2-6份、丙二醇13-20份、亚麻酸10-15份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2-6份、槐糖脂3-7份、水20-30份;
(4)将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为90-98℃;
(5)将汽蒸好的织物先用0℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
(6)将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述预定型过程中定型温度为110℃,车速为6m/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为130℃,机车速为25m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10r/min,轧余率75%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:柠檬酸钠9.5份、异噻唑啉酮6.5份、二酚基丙烷4.5份、吗啉二乙基醚6.5份、环氧氯丙烷4份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5.5份、丹宁酸4份、丙二醇16.5份、亚麻酸12.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4份、槐糖脂5份、水25份。
