Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,先将面料浸渍在整理剂中,取出后水洗,烘干,备用,再将烘干好的面料采用电晕放电进行低温等离子体处理10‑20s后用80‑100℃热水洗,然后用20‑30℃清水洗涤3‑5次,最后进行干燥。本发明提供了一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,该方法与现有技术相比,经本发明处理后的织物,可以明显改善织物的撕破强力、手感和缝纫性能,具有良好且较耐洗的拒水性能,工艺流程简单,节约成本,拒水效果好,适合工业化生产,经济效益好,具有良好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。
拒水整理是运用化学拒水剂处理,使纤维的表面张力降低,致使水滴不能润湿表面的工艺过程,又称透气性防水整理。适用于雨衣、旅游袋等材料。按拒水效果的耐久性,可分为半耐久性和耐久性两种。通过采用化学整理,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。但是目前常用的整理主要是在有机溶液中处理和制备超拒水纺织品的方法,生产效率极低,且成本 高,非环境友好。缺少节能减排环保型产品是当前染整行业存在的突出问题之一,从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高面料拒水整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对面料物拒水整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料浸渍在整理剂中,取出后水洗,烘干,备用,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:七水亚硫酸钠5-6份、环氧氯丙烷3-6份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯5-10份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮3-6份、吗啉二乙基醚5-8份、乙二醇16-22份、亚麻酸10-14份、甘油1-8份、茶皂素4-8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷8-10份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6-12份;
(2)将烘干好的面料采用电晕放电进行低温等离子体处理10-20s后用80-100℃热水洗,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤3-5次,最后进行干燥。
所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:七水亚硫酸钠5.5份、环氧氯丙烷4.5份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯7.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4.5份、吗啉二乙基醚6.5份、乙二醇19份、亚麻酸12份、甘油4.5份、茶皂素6份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷9份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷9份。
所述步骤(2)中处理介质为空气,处理功率为100-300w,热水温度为90℃,热水洗时间为3-5min,冷水温度为25℃,冷水洗时间为5-10min。
所述步骤(1)中浸渍时间为30-45min。
所述步骤(2)中干燥温度为60-100℃,时间为5-10min。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,该方法与现有技术相比,经本发明处理后的织物,可以明显改善织物的撕破强力、手感和缝纫性能,具有良好且较耐洗的拒水性能,工艺流程简单,节约成本,拒水效果好,适合工业化生产,经济效益好,具有良好的应用前景。

实施例1
一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料浸渍在整理剂中,取出后水洗,烘干,备用,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:七水亚硫酸钠5份、环氧氯丙烷3份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮3份、吗啉二乙基醚5份、乙二醇16份、亚麻酸10份、甘油1份、茶皂素4份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷8份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6份;
(2)将烘干好的面料采用电晕放电进行低温等离子体处理10-20s后用80-100℃热水洗,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤3-5次,最后进行干燥。
所述步骤(2)中处理介质为空气,处理功率为100-300w,热水温度为90℃,热水洗时间为3-5min,冷水温度为25℃,冷水洗时间为5-10min。所述步骤(1)中浸渍时间为30-45min。所述步骤(2)中干燥温度为60-100℃,时间为5-10min。
实施例2

(2)将烘干好的面料采用电晕放电进行低温等离子体处理10-20s后用80-100℃热水洗,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤3-5次,最后进行干燥。
所述步骤(2)中处理介质为空气,处理功率为100-300w,热水温度为90℃,热水洗时间为3-5min,冷水温度为25℃,冷水洗时间为5-10min。所述步骤(1)中浸渍时间为30-45min。所述步骤(2)中干燥温度为60-100℃,时间为5-10min。

(2)将烘干好的面料采用电晕放电进行低温等离子体处理10-20s后用80-100℃热水洗,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤3-5次,最后进行干燥。
所述步骤(2)中处理介质为空气,处理功率为100-300w,热水温度为90℃,热水洗时间为3-5min,冷水温度为25℃,冷水洗时间为5-10min。所述步骤(1)中浸渍时间为30-45min。所述步骤(2)中干燥温度为60-100℃,时间为5-10min。。
通过本实施提供的方法分别对棉织物、涤纶织物、锦纶织物进行整理,测试整理织物对水的接触角,棉织物、涤纶织物、锦纶织物的接触角分别为 145.5°、143.9°、145.1°;皂洗50次后,接触角分别为139.2°、137.7°、139.0°;皂洗前后手感柔软。

1.一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料浸渍在整理剂中,取出后水洗,烘干,备用,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:七水亚硫酸钠5-6份、环氧氯丙烷3-6份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯5-10份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮3-6份、吗啉二乙基醚5-8份、乙二醇16-22份、亚麻酸10-14份、甘油1-8份、茶皂素4-8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷8-10份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6-12份;
(2)将烘干好的面料采用电晕放电进行低温等离子体处理10-20s后用80-100℃热水洗,然后用20-30℃清水洗涤3-5次,最后进行干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:七水亚硫酸钠5.5份、环氧氯丙烷4.5份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯7.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4.5份、吗啉二乙基醚6.5份、乙二醇19份、亚麻酸12份、甘油4.5份、茶皂素6份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷9份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中处理介质为空气,处理功率为100-300w,热水温度为90℃,热水洗时间为3-5min,冷水温度为25℃,冷水洗时间为5-10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久拒水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中浸渍时间为30-45min。
