技术领域
本发明涉及纺织企业浆纱工艺研究,尤其是一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂。
背景技术
目前国内纺织企业浆纱生产使用的浆料助剂,含有PVA、丙烯、聚脂、蜡片、抗静电剂等,存在着退浆难、生物降解性差、退浆废水COD严重超标、成本高、操作复杂等问题。在目前绿色发展的理念下,如何使浆料助剂既能保持增强纱线耐磨、毛羽减少、开口清晰、织造效率高等性能,又具有生物降解效果好、成本低、操作方便、适用范围广等优点是浆料助剂研究开发的重点方向。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种高浸透、高回潮率、低上浆率的纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂,包括金帛浆料助剂,所述金帛浆料助剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇、丙三醇以及含有多种官能团的有机硅复配物组成。
作为优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚卫非离子表面活性剂。
作为优选,所述乙二醇、丙三醇为低醇类小分子物。
有益效果:
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。
1、通过添加专用助剂的方法,提高全淀粉浆的浆膜韧性、合纤粘附力、浸透性和粘度稳定性,消除全淀粉浆液放冷后的凝胶化问题。
2、创新研发出适用于纯棉和涤棉纱线的高浸透、高回潮率、低上浆率、无PVA(两高一低一无)浆纱新工艺,在解决现有含PVA浆纱不环保的同时,极大简化混合浆料配方复杂性问题,为自动化调浆上浆提供了可实施性基础。
3、显著降低烘燥蒸汽压力,减少能源消耗,大幅降低浆纱成本。
4、在保证高织造效率前提下,可降低车间相对湿度,提高工作舒适度,减少空调能耗,减慢机器锈蚀速度等。
具体实施方式
一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂,包括金帛浆料助剂,所述金帛浆料助剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇、丙三醇以及含有多种官能团的有机硅复配物组成,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚卫非离子表面活性剂,所述乙二醇、丙三醇为低醇类小分子物。
实际工作时,本发明引入两种非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚和低醇类小分子物乙二醇、丙三醇以及含有多种官能团的有机硅复配物进行加工复配成纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂——金帛浆料助剂,该助剂与传统浆料助剂相比,具有无甲醛、重金属等有害物质存在,具有良好的生化可降解性。同时能有效解决纯淀粉浆料的弊病,有效提高纱线的强力、毛羽贴服、耐磨等性能。并与传统上浆纱线相比,上浆后的纱线回潮率更高,可降低浆纱烘燥和织造的能耗,节约成本。

1.一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂,包括金帛浆料助剂,其特征在于:所述金帛浆料助剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇、丙三醇以及含有多种官能团的有机硅复配物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚卫非离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯淀粉上浆专用环保助剂,其特征在于:所述乙二醇、丙三醇为低醇类小分子物。
