一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能的助剂,其组份的质量比为:乙二醇15‑‑‑30,丙三醇20‑‑‑30,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20‑‑‑30,硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚10‑‑‑20,有机硅复配物5‑‑‑10。所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的溶点是20℃。所述硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚的溶点是40℃。助剂制备方法:将上述材料分步加入容器中,用高速乳化机分步乳化,然后把乳化后各组份加入同一个容器中,再进一步乳化成乳液,即成品。本发明能提高普通淀粉机械性能(粘附力、耐磨度)。

能提高普通淀粉机械性能的助剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能的助剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有浆料配方中一般以PVA(即聚乙烯醇)、淀粉、丙烯类、蜡片为主体浆料,但是,这类浆液的混溶性差,成膜的一体性差,特别是对含涤经纱,保护性作用不理想。丙烯类浆料有吸湿再粘的缺点,PVA生化处理时间长,需要900天,被环保部定为不洁浆料。淀粉作为一种可再生的植物资源,来源广泛,价格低廉,且具有良好的生物相容性和环境友好型性,在纺织行业中一直作为一种重要浆料使用。但是淀粉浆膜硬脆,它的机械性能不尽人意。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对上述问题,提供一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能(粘附力、耐磨度)的助剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能(粘附力、耐磨度)的助剂的组份(质量比):
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是:乳化剂(非离子表面活性剂),它的溶点是20℃。所述硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚是乳化剂;它的溶点是40℃。所述乙二醇是一种溶剂。所述丙三醇是一种溶剂。所述有机硅复配物是一种柔软剂。
助剂制备方法
将上述材料分步加入容器中,用高速乳化机分步乳化,然后把乳化后各组份加入同一个容器中,再进一步乳化成乳液,即成品。
详细的助剂制备方法:按照组份比例要求,先硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚,倒入容器中,加水升温至50℃,开动乳化机乳化10分钟;然后加入乙二醇、丙三醇、有机硅复配物、乳化10分钟,最后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化10分钟,成为白色溶液,即成品。
本发明的优点是能提高普通淀粉机械性能(粘附力、耐磨度):本发明由乙二醇、丙三醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅复配物五种材料复配制成。该液体与淀粉配合使用,改善了淀粉浆膜的缺陷,体现了优异的上浆品质。该助剂的发明,弥补了淀粉浆膜缺陷,加入淀粉浆液中,能增加浆液的流动性,增强浆膜的粘附力,降低经纱的摩擦系数,增加经纱的断裂伸长率。
具体实施方式
本助剂是一种复配物:由乙二醇、丙三醇、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅复配物组成。

所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是:乳化剂(非离子表面活性剂),它的溶点是20℃。所述硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚是乳化剂;它的溶点是40℃。所述乙二醇是一种溶剂。所述丙三醇是一种溶剂。所述有机硅复配物是一种柔软剂。
助剂制备方法
将上述材料分步加入容器中,用高速乳化机分步乳化,然后把乳化后各组份加入同一个容器中,再进一步乳化成乳液,即成品。

1、上浆优点:本发明由5种溶剂及表面活性物质组成,由乳化剂乳化完成。普通的氧化淀粉、酸解淀粉、酶解淀粉都可以与该助剂配合上浆,该复合体浆液透明,呈现出优异浆料品质。浆液中加入该助剂,浆液张力降低,对经纱润湿快,而且流动性好,浆液对经纱渗透有了保证,被服浆膜与渗透膜连成一体,浆膜机械性能大大提高。由于是淀粉上浆,退浆容易,且易被微生物降解,对环保起到很好的作用。
2、车间环境:本发明是一种浆料助剂,它针对纯棉产品、人造纤维产品、涤棉产品及它们的混纺产品的上浆特点及要求,引进多种官能团单体及多种高分子材料进行复配而成,该助剂的加入,可增加淀粉浆液流动性,增加淀粉浆膜对经纱的粘附力,有效降低浆纱表面的摩擦系数,并且具有增塑功能,使纯棉产品、人造纤维、合成纤维及它们的混纺产品可以在低湿度环境下织造。车间环境可从传统的75%下降到65%左右,一年可节约电费160台机18.76万元(西安工程大学测算)工人的生产环境大大改善,清洁环境。
3、环保:传统的浆纱,由于PVA浆膜坚韧,粘附力高,耐磨度好,耐屈曲脆弱数超过10000次,是一只浆纱必备材料,无PVA上浆,织造效率降低,特别是纯淀粉上浆,由于浆膜硬脆,粘附力差,容易形成表面上浆。环保部在1995年就提出浆纱不用PVA,至今已整20年,但是、工厂为了保证坯布质量,还在大量使用PVA。在印染前处理中,PVA处理难度大。即使高温水洗10次,布面上还有含有PVA,且手感硬,PVA废液COD含量高,生化处理难,细菌降解需要900天,被环保部定为不洁浆料。为了环保,为了下游客户,玉帛公司研发了该助剂。
4、纯淀粉上浆的优势:
(1)、毛羽减少率:在目前浆料配方中,一般都以PVA和淀粉为主体,PVA浆膜以坚韧著称,淀粉浆膜的缺陷是“硬脆”,但由于PVA浆膜内聚力高,干分绞时,再生毛羽多,正由于淀粉浆膜“硬脆‘缺陷,纯淀粉上浆在助剂配合下,干分绞处,分绞轻快,经纱在撕裂时,粘附在浆膜中的毛羽被一起撕裂,经纱上二次毛羽少,分绞断头少,无浆斑,好轴率高。
(2)、断裂伸长率:由于PVA的断裂伸长高达200%,在织造时,当浆纱伸长超过5%时,浆纱已断裂,而PVA还没有受到多少力。所以PVA是不能有效帮助浆纱抵御拉伸载荷。在玉帛的的实际生产中,纯淀粉上浆经纱的机械性能全面优予PVA上浆的经纱,浆纱增强率和减伸率优予PVA上浆。
(3)、摩擦系数低:经纱上浆后,手感柔软,润滑,摩擦系数低,弹性大,断经次数少,12小时平均断经7次,常年月平均效率都大于91.5%。2015年全年每米浆料成本不足0.09元/米。
(4)、由于浆料配方中无PVA、丙烯类等化学浆料,使用单一淀粉浆料,在印染前处理上可用淀粉酶退浆。为印染厂节约用水,用碱,节约助剂,减少前处理时间,节约能源,综合效益可节约成本0.3—元/米—0.6元/米。
5、本发明解决二大问题
(1)、上浆不用丙烯、PVA等化学浆料,并且不用市场上的所谓高性能淀粉,只用单一的普通淀粉,真正做到清洁生产。在浆纱界用普通淀粉对纯棉产品、涤棉产品,天丝莫代尔等混纺产品上浆在全国是唯一的。
(2)、织造车间相对湿度控制在63%--65%左右,并可高效率生产,织造效率全年统计达到91%以上,低湿度环境控制在全国也是唯一的。

1.一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能的助剂,其特征在于,其组份的质量比为:乙二醇15---30,丙三醇20---30,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20---30,硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚10---20,有机硅复配物5---10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能的助剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的溶点是20℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能提高普通淀粉机械性能的助剂,其特征在于,所述硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚的溶点是40℃。
4.如权利要求1所述助剂的制备方法:将上述材料分步加入容器中,用高速乳化机分步乳化,然后把乳化后各组份加入同一个容器中,再进一步乳化成乳液,即成品。
5.如权利要求1所述助剂的制备方法:按照组份比例要求,先硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚,倒入容器中,加水升温至50℃,开动乳化机乳化10分钟;然后加入乙二醇、丙三醇、有机硅复配物、乳化10分钟,最后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化10分钟,成为白色溶液,即成品。
