本发明创造涉及一种液体环保浆料助剂及其制备方法,属于高分子新材料制备技术领域。
背景技术
在纺织生产中,为了能使纱线强力、抗磨力能够达到织机高速运转的要求,经纱必须进行上浆处理,而传统上浆工艺大体都是以PVA及聚酯浆料加变性淀粉,特别是PVA,不易降解,对环境危害大,印染处理成本高,在欧美等发达国家以明确禁止在纺织上浆上使用。目前的丙烯浆料及PVA浆料贮存、运输与使用不够安全、经济,最重要的是不够环保,不易退浆。
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的技术问题是:提供一种贮存、运输与使用更安全更经济、环保、易退浆的液体环保浆料助剂及其制备方法。
本发明创造的技术方案是:
一种液体环保浆料助剂,其特征在于,按重量比由以下组分组成:异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-12;十二醇25-35;甘油40-60。
上述液体环保浆料助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:预聚合:将异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加到放置有加热加压器与搅拌器的反应器中,在60--85℃预聚合2--8小时制得预聚物;再加入十二醇、甘油和预聚物,在高速搅拌器中搅拌2小时烘房聚合时间为8--17小时。完成聚合取出,按用途要求装袋。
本发明创造的优点:在调浆过程中只要用食用原淀粉加水再加2%的助剂就能达到织造要求,调浆简单,该助剂上浆渗透好,披敷小分纱轻,毛羽少,表面光滑且有一层润滑膜,既达到增加纱线强力又达到了耐磨的织造要求,并且减少了对环境的污染,印染处理成本也大大降低。

制备方法包括以下步骤:预聚合:将异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加到有加热加压器与搅拌器的反应器中,在60--85℃预聚合2--8小时制得预聚物;再加入十二醇、甘油和预聚物,在高速搅拌器中搅拌2小时烘房聚合时间为8--17小时。完成聚合取出,按用途要求装袋。
本发明创造的优点:在调浆过程中只要用食用原淀粉加水再加2%的助剂就能达到织造要求,调浆简单,该助剂上浆渗透好,披敷小分纱轻,毛羽少,表面光滑且有一层润滑膜,既达到增加纱线强力又达到了耐磨的织造要求,并且减少了对环境的污染,印染处理成本也大大降低。
