背景技术
浆料是一种具有一般胶体性质的有机物质,在水中能溶解或膨胀,成为黏稠而富有可塑性的糨糊,可作为将染料及其他化学药品带上织物的传递剂,待印花固色完毕,最后即被洗除。浆料本身并不参与印花中一连串的化学反应,而仅起媒介介质作用。浆料应完全均匀一致,不能有粗大颗粒的未溶物质或纱头、绒毛等,更不能有硬性砂粒或金属碎屑留在浆中,所以,上印前应先预过滤和加速搅拌。
申请号为 CN201310227094.1的中国专利申请公开了一种玉米纤维环保面料的生产工艺,采用质量百分含量100%的玉米纤维为原料,经纺纱工艺、织布工艺、印染工艺制成,所述纺纱工艺包括清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒;织布工艺包括整经、浆纱、穿筘和织造;印染工艺包括翻布、缝头、起毛、预热定型、常温溢流煮练、染色、清洗、烘干、定型、烫光、剪毛和成品。该工艺提高面料可织性,生产出来的玉米纤维面料,其产品质量档次高,质地柔软滑爽、布面纹路清晰、并有仿毛感,垂悬性好,吸湿透气,可完全能够适用于高档次产品的后续加工中。但是耐磨性能一般。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术上浆率低的问题,提供了一种大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法及其应用,通过采用大豆分离蛋白和α-红没药醇制备浆料,实现了上浆率高,使上浆后的面料更加耐磨。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白30~60份、α-红没药醇10~20份、氢氧化钠1~10份、甘油30~60份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚2~8份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在80~90℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌10~30min,即得。
作为优选,所述的大豆分离蛋白50份、α-红没药醇12份、氢氧化钠8份、甘油40份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚5份。
作为优选,第二步搅拌速度800~1000转/min,搅拌时间20~25min。
