本发明公开了一种大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法及其应用,属于面料浆料领域。该方法包括以下步骤:第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白、α‑红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚;第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;第三步,加入α‑红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在80~90℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌10~30min。本发明的大豆分离蛋白不会产生不易降解的物质,且原料易得,α‑红没药醇的加入使得制成的环保浆液对纱线毛羽具有极佳的贴服效果,可有效减少纤维末端突出纱线主体的现象,提高耐磨性能和上浆率。

技术领域
本发明公开一种属于面料浆料领域,尤其涉及一种大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
浆料是一种具有一般胶体性质的有机物质,在水中能溶解或膨胀,成为黏稠而富有可塑性的糨糊,可作为将染料及其他化学药品带上织物的传递剂,待印花固色完毕,最后即被洗除。浆料本身并不参与印花中一连串的化学反应,而仅起媒介介质作用。浆料应完全均匀一致,不能有粗大颗粒的未溶物质或纱头、绒毛等,更不能有硬性砂粒或金属碎屑留在浆中,所以,上印前应先预过滤和加速搅拌。
申请号为 CN201310227094.1的中国专利申请公开了一种玉米纤维环保面料的生产工艺,采用质量百分含量100%的玉米纤维为原料,经纺纱工艺、织布工艺、印染工艺制成,所述纺纱工艺包括清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒;织布工艺包括整经、浆纱、穿筘和织造;印染工艺包括翻布、缝头、起毛、预热定型、常温溢流煮练、染色、清洗、烘干、定型、烫光、剪毛和成品。该工艺提高面料可织性,生产出来的玉米纤维面料,其产品质量档次高,质地柔软滑爽、布面纹路清晰、并有仿毛感,垂悬性好,吸湿透气,可完全能够适用于高档次产品的后续加工中。但是耐磨性能一般。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术上浆率低的问题,提供了一种大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法及其应用,通过采用大豆分离蛋白和α-红没药醇制备浆料,实现了上浆率高,使上浆后的面料更加耐磨。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白30~60份、α-红没药醇10~20份、氢氧化钠1~10份、甘油30~60份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚2~8份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在80~90℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌10~30min,即得。
作为优选,所述的大豆分离蛋白50份、α-红没药醇12份、氢氧化钠8份、甘油40份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚5份。
作为优选,第二步搅拌速度800~1000转/min,搅拌时间20~25min。
作为优选,第三步磁力搅拌机搅拌14min。
所述大豆分离蛋白环保浆料在面料上浆过程中的应用。
作为优选,利用所述的大豆分离蛋白环保浆料进行纱线上浆,浆槽温度为80~90℃,浆纱速率为10~20m/min,烘干温度为60~62℃。
作为优选,采用单纱浆纱机进行纱线上浆。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的大豆分离蛋白不会产生不易降解的物质,且原料易得,α-红没药醇的加入使得制成的环保浆液对纱线毛羽具有极佳的贴服效果,可有效减少纤维末端突出纱线主体的现象,提高耐磨性能和上浆率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细介绍。
实施例1
大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白50份、α-红没药醇12份、氢氧化钠8份、甘油40份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚5份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,搅拌速度900转/min,搅拌时间22.5min;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在85℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌14min,即得。
将所述大豆分离蛋白环保浆料应用于纱线上浆,浆槽温度为85℃,浆纱速率为15m/min,烘干温度为61℃,采用单纱浆纱机进行纱线上浆。
实施例2
大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白30份、α-红没药醇10份、氢氧化钠1份、甘油30份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚2份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,搅拌速度800转/min,搅拌时间20min;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在80℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌10min,即得。

第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,搅拌速度1000转/min,搅拌时间25min;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在90℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌30min,即得。
将所述大豆分离蛋白环保浆料应用于纱线上浆,浆槽温度为90℃,浆纱速率为20m/min,烘干温度为62℃。
实施例4
大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白40份、α-红没药醇18份、氢氧化钠9份、甘油35份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚4份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,搅拌速度880转/min,搅拌时间23min;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在84℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌25min,即得。
将所述大豆分离蛋白环保浆料应用于纱线上浆,浆槽温度为86℃,浆纱速率为17m/min,烘干温度为60℃。
对照例1
与实施例2的区别在于:磁力搅拌机中不加α-红没药醇。
大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白30份、氢氧化钠1份、甘油30份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚2份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,搅拌速度800转/min,搅拌时间20min;
第三步,加入氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在80℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌10min,即得。
将所述大豆分离蛋白环保浆料应用于纱线上浆,浆槽温度为80℃,浆纱速率为10m/min,烘干温度为60℃。

从表中可以看出,本发明的大豆分离蛋白不会产生不易降解的物质,且原料易得,α-红没药醇的加入使得制成的环保浆液对纱线毛羽具有极佳的贴服效果,可有效减少纤维末端突出纱线主体的现象,提高耐磨性能和上浆率,上浆率能够达到11.2%,断裂强力1413N,耐磨次数高达1400次。

第一步,按重量份计称取原料:大豆分离蛋白30~60份、α-红没药醇10~20份、氢氧化钠1~10份、甘油30~60份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚2~8份;
第二步,将大豆分离蛋白加入500mL水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
第三步,加入α-红没药醇、氢氧化钠、甘油和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚,在80~90℃条件下用磁力搅拌机搅拌10~30min,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的大豆分离蛋白50份、α-红没药醇12份、氢氧化钠8份、甘油40份和聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,第二步搅拌速度800~1000转/min,搅拌时间20~25min。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,第三步磁力搅拌机搅拌14min。
5.基于权利要求1所述的大豆分离蛋白环保浆料的制备方法制得的浆料在面料上浆过程中的应用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的大豆分离蛋白环保浆料在面料上浆过程中的应用,其特征在于,浆槽温度为80~90℃,浆纱速率为10~20m/min,烘干温度为60~62℃。
