本发明公开了一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:氢氧化钠1‑5%,硫酸镍1‑5%,硫氰镍铵2‑4%,碳酸钠5‑13%,盐酸15‑20%,甲酚8‑10%,明胶5‑7%,改性淀粉25‑35份,复合变性淀粉20‑30份,聚丙烯酸酯6‑8份,纳米氮化硅4‑6份,蒙脱土3‑5份。本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,改性淀粉、复合变性淀粉和纳米氮化硅相互协同促进,提高了纺织布料的性能,通过本方法制备的产品,可以较好的提高防水效果,并且通过在涂料层上设有的薄膜层能够防止涂料在长期使用后磨损较多。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织布料领域,具体为一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料。
背景技术
现有国内外纺织浆料主要有三大类:淀粉、聚乙烯醇和丙烯醇浆料。聚乙烯醇浆料的退浆废水对环境污染大,国际上已有国家禁止使用聚乙烯醇浆料。丙烯醇浆料浆膜软,吸湿性、再粘性较高,流动性差,应用受到限制。现有的服装服饰通常具备一定的防水和效果,但是其材质较为轻薄,导致其结构强度较低,在长期的户外活动中会造成衣物表面出现破损的问题,而且采用多层面料的户外衣物着色单一,为了满足功能性需求从而导致其表面无法附着较为立体的涂料层结构。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,可以较好的提高防水效果,并且通过在涂料层上设有的薄膜层能够防止涂料在长期使用后磨损较多。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:氢氧化钠1-5%,硫酸镍1-5%,硫氰镍铵2-4%,碳酸钠5-13%,盐酸15-20%,甲酚8-10%,明胶5-7%,改性淀粉25-35份,复合变性淀粉20-30份,聚丙烯酸酯6-8份,纳米氮化硅4-6份,蒙脱土3-5份。
进一步的,所述的变性淀粉为糖化酶改性淀粉。
进一步的,所述的糖化酶改性淀粉为淀粉加入4-6%的糖化酶后再加入100重量份的去离子水在50℃,pH值4.0条件下水解2-3h后干燥提纯后获得。
进一步的,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%氢氧化钠,1%硫酸镍,2%硫氰镍铵,5%碳酸钠,15%盐酸,8%甲酚,5%明胶,改性淀粉30份、复合变性淀粉25份、聚丙烯酸酯7份、纳米氮化硅5份、蒙脱土4份。
进一步的,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%氢氧化钠,5%硫酸镍,4%硫氰镍铵,13%碳酸钠,20%盐酸,10%甲酚,7%明胶,改性淀粉25份、复合变性淀粉30份、聚丙烯酸酯6份、纳米氮化硅6份、蒙脱土3份。

一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%氢氧化钠,1%硫酸镍,2%硫氰镍铵,5%碳酸钠,15%盐酸,8%甲酚,5%明胶,改性淀粉30份、复合变性淀粉25份、聚丙烯酸酯7份、纳米氮化硅5份、蒙脱土4份。此时抗拉抗老化的服饰布料提高了防水效果,但是降低磨损的效果较差。
实施例2
一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%氢氧化钠,5%硫酸镍,4%硫氰镍铵,13%碳酸钠,20%盐酸,10%甲酚,7%明胶,改性淀粉25份、复合变性淀粉30份、聚丙烯酸酯6份、纳米氮化硅6份、蒙脱土3份。此时抗拉抗老化的服饰布料提高了抗磨损效果,但是防水性不足。
实施例3
一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%氢氧化钠,3%硫酸镍,3%硫氰镍铵,9%碳酸钠,17%盐酸,9%甲酚,6%明胶,改性淀粉35份、复合变性淀粉20份、聚丙烯酸酯8份、纳米氮化硅4份、蒙脱土5份此时抗拉抗老化的服饰布料可以较好的提高防水效果且防止涂料在长期使用后磨损较多。

1.一种环保型抗拉抗老化的纺织布料,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:氢氧化钠1-5%,硫酸镍1-5%,硫氰镍铵2-4%,碳酸钠5-13%,盐酸15-20%,甲酚8-10%,明胶5-7%,改性淀粉25-35份,复合变性淀粉20-30份,聚丙烯酸酯6-8份,纳米氮化硅4-6份,蒙脱土3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,其特征在于:所述的变性淀粉为糖化酶改性淀粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,其特征在于:所述的糖化酶改性淀粉为淀粉加入4-6%的糖化酶后再加入100重量份的去离子水在50℃,pH值4.0条件下水解2-3h后干燥提纯后获得。
