本发明公开了一种抛光染色同浴工艺,具体步骤包括:(1)煮布:先对坯布进行煮漂处理;(2)排水入水:排出煮漂后的水,放入浴液;(3)抛光染色同浴:浴液保持45-52℃,调整浴液pH值范围在6至8之间;接着在液中加入抛光酶;再加入元明粉,化料8-12min后,保持5min;再加入染料,并化料25~30min后,保持10min,利用在加燃料、元明粉的时间段,同时完成抛光过程;然后加入纯碱,调整浴液pH值范围在11±0.5,起到灭活作用,完成抛光染色同浴;后处理将浴液升温到60℃并保温20~30分钟。本发明抛光染色同浴工艺不影响染色品质,大大缩短了工艺时间,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本;本发明工艺技术稳定可靠,织物光洁度好,生产效率高。

一种抛光染色同浴工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及织物处理领域,特别是涉及一种抛光染色同浴工艺。
背景技术:
织物在染色之前,为提高织物的表面质量通常会进行抛光处理,使织物表面光洁度提高,从而增高织物的品质档次。现有的抛光染色工艺主要是在煮布后加入冰醋酸将浴液PH值调节到4至5之间,再加入抛光酶,对织物进行抛光处理,而染色工序中比如棉纤维染色时需在PH值6至8之间进行,因而抛光和染色工序不能在一道水中完成,需两道水分别进行。同时因织物抛光后,纤维毛头成条状脱落,为避免条状毛头反粘织物表层,因而需在抛光工序后进行后处理。
现有的抛光染色工艺主要包括卷布→抛光→染色→后处理完成,工序复杂,用水量巨大,不符合现代工艺的节能降本的要求。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术存在的传统的抛光染色工艺主要包括卷布→抛光→染色→后处理完成,工序复杂,用水量巨大,不符合现代工艺的节能降本的要求等不足,提供一种抛光染色同浴工艺,该工艺能够实现抛光和染色同浴,整道工序只需两道水即可完成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抛光染色同浴工艺,具体步骤包括:(1)煮布:先对坯布进行煮漂处理;(2)排水入水:排出煮漂后的水,放入浴液;(3)抛光染色同浴:浴液保持45-52℃,调整浴液pH值范围在6至8之间;接着在液中加入抛光酶;再加入元明粉,化料8-12min后,保持5min;再加入染料,并化料25~30min后,保持10min,利用在加燃料、元明粉的时间段,同时完成抛光过程;然后加入纯碱,调整浴液pH值范围在11±0.5,起到灭活作用,完成抛光染色同浴;后处理将浴液升温到60℃并保温20~30分钟。
作为优选,所述抛光酶包括纤维素酶。纤维素酶抛光处理,是利用纤维素酶纤维素织物及纱线表面的毛羽(茸毛)水解,再借以水流、织物及设备剪切摩擦,剪切作用使其断裂,使织物或纱线表面光洁、纹路清晰、不易起毛起球、且手感柔软。由于纤维素酶988的pH值适应范围较宽为5-7,因此在生物抛光过程中,不必担心因漂白后纤维渗出的残留碱成分而引起pH的波动,稳定性良好。活性染色时加入纤维素酶进行抛光处理,在加入碱剂固色时同时灭活,以免因处理时间过长引起纤维损伤。
作为优选,所述后处理升温速度为0.5-1℃/min。
本发明抛光染色同浴工艺不影响染色品质,大大缩短了工艺时间,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本;本发明工艺技术稳定可靠,织物光洁度好,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种抛光染色同浴工艺,具体步骤包括:(1)煮布:先对坯布进行煮漂处理;(2)排水入水:排出煮漂后的水,放入浴液;(3)抛光染色同浴:浴液保持45-52℃,调整浴液pH值范围在6至8之间;接着在液中加入抛光酶;再加入元明粉,化料8-12min后,保持5min;再加入染料,并化料25~30min后,保持10min,利用在加燃料、元明粉的时间段,同时完成抛光过程;然后加入纯碱,调整浴液pH值范围在11±0.5,起到灭活作用,完成抛光染色同浴;后处理将浴液升温到60℃并保温20~30分钟。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例为一种抛光染色同浴工艺,具体步骤包括:(1)煮布:先对坯布进行煮漂处理;(2)排水入水:排出煮漂后的水,放入浴液;(3)抛光染色同浴:浴液保持50℃,调整浴液pH值为7;接着在液中加入纤维素酶;再加入元明粉,化料10min后,保持5min;再加入染料,并化料30min后,保持10min,利用在加燃料、元明粉的时间段,同时完成抛光过程;然后加入纯碱,调整浴液pH值至11,起到灭活作用,完成抛光染色同浴;后处理将浴液以速度为0.7℃/min升温到60℃并保温30min。
本发明抛光染色同浴工艺不影响染色品质,大大缩短了工艺时间,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本;本发明工艺技术稳定可靠,织物光洁度好,生产效率高。

1.一种抛光染色同浴工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
(1)煮布:先对坯布进行煮漂处理;
(2)排水入水:排出煮漂后的水,放入浴液;
(3)抛光染色同浴:浴液保持45-52℃,调整浴液pH值范围在6至8之间;接着在液中加入抛光酶;再加入元明粉,化料8-12min后,保持5min;再加入染料,并化料25~30min后,保持10min,利用在加燃料、元明粉的时间段,同时完成抛光过程;然后加入纯碱,调整浴液pH值范围在11±0.5,起到灭活作用,完成抛光染色同浴;后处理将浴液升温到60℃并保温20~30分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物抛光染色同浴法,其特征在于,所述抛光酶包括纤维素酶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物抛光染色同浴法,其特征在于,所述后处理升温速度为0.5-1℃/min。
