本发明公开了一种环保增重丝绸面料的制备方法,先将丝绸面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干,在将烘干好的丝绸面料先用冷水洗4‑6min后,再用55‑60℃的热水洗2‑3min;最后将水洗好的丝绸面料通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10‑16min,烘干温度为60‑70℃,即得到成品。本发明提供了一种环保增重丝绸面料的制备方法,该方法可进行工业化生产,接枝液可重复使用,节约资源,减少污染,提高效益,符合循环经济,清洁生产的要求,在不影响真丝织物原有风格的基础上控制接技程度恰到好处,可赋予较轻薄的真丝织物厚实、增弹的效果,达到改善真丝织物的服用性能的目的。

技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。
真丝织物一般都要经染色加工,真丝纤维一般通过精练脱去真丝纤维表面的丝胶后再进行染色加工,蚕丝纤维的重量减轻,纤维变细,使真丝织物存在着耐磨擦性差、折皱回复性差、洗可穿性差等缺陷,而对真丝纤维进行接枝增重处理可以提高其抗皱性、硬挺性和厚实感。但对真丝纤维进行接枝处理后,容易在真丝纤维表面形成共聚物或均聚物,很大程度上影响了真丝织物表面染色色泽的变化。目前常用增重真丝纤维的加工方法均存在着一定的缺点, 尤其是对环境的污染影响较大,目前难以实现工业化生产。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高丝绸面料增重效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对丝绸面料增重整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种环保增重丝绸面料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种环保增重丝绸面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将丝绸面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:水50-60份、七水亚硫酸钠8-10份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮15-20份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-9份、聚天冬氨酸钠12-14份、亚麻酸5-8份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、茶皂素2-4份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、甲基丙烯酸树脂12-16份、高氯酸铵4-7份;
2)将烘干好的丝绸面料先用冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
3)将水洗好的丝绸面料通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:水55份、七水亚硫酸钠9份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮17.5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚7.5份、聚天冬氨酸钠12-14份、亚麻酸6.5份、羧甲基淀粉钠4份、茶皂素3份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵5份、甲基丙烯酸树脂14份、高氯酸铵5.5份。
所述烘干时间为15min,烘干温度为65℃。
所述步骤1)中浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
所述浸轧方式为一浸一轧或二浸二轧。
