本发明提出了一种纯棉经纱泡沫印织方法,不仅经纱上印制了不同颜色,且具有上浆的效果,烘干后直接进行织造,可获得特殊风格的印花产品。这种纯棉经纱泡沫印织方法属于新型的机织加工工艺,不仅可以丰富印花产品的外观风格,且经纱泡沫印花后无需进行浆纱,省去了浆料的使用,且后续减少了退浆工艺,织造后无需水洗,节约了水资源,生产流程短,大大降低了生产成本。
