本发明公开了一种涤纶织物抗静电整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率70‑80%,最后水洗2‑3次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺20‑24份、硅藻土6‑8份、硼砂2‑7份、胶态二氧化硅5‑8份、草酸钾2‑6份、松节油3‑6份、淀粉醚2‑6份、壳聚糖3‑6份、肉桂醛4‑8份、亚麻酸11‑14份、高氯酸铵2‑7份、三乙醇胺分散剂6‑8份、乙酸戊酯4‑9份、皂粉5‑8份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5‑12份、去离子水20‑30份。本发明所述的整理方法操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的涤纶织物具有优异的抗静电和抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶织物抗静电整理方法。
技术背景
涤纶织物是以涤纶纤维为原料织造的织物。涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。它是以精邻苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(EG)为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物——聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。中国俗称“的确凉”涤纶的用途很广,大量用于制造衣着面料和工业制品。涤纶具有极优良的定形性能。涤纶纱线或织物经过定形后生成的平挺、蓬松形态或褶裥等,在使用中经多次洗涤,仍能经久不变。涤纶是三大合成纤维中工艺最简单的一种,价格也比较便宜。再加上它有结实耐用、弹性好、不易变形、耐腐蚀、绝缘、挺括、易洗快干等特点,为人们所喜爱。涤纶的用途很广,大量用于制造衣着和工业中制品。
涤纶织物具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,因此,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫。适合做外套服装、各类箱包和帐篷等户外用品。其中涤纶面料是日常生活中用的非常多的一种化纤服装面料,其最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,
涤纶是合纤织物中耐热性最好的面料,具有热塑性,可制做百褶裙,褶裥持久。涤纶织物的耐光性较好,除比腈纶差外,其耐晒能力胜过天然纤维织物。尤其是在玻璃后面的耐晒能力很好,几乎与腈纶不相上下。涤纶织物耐各种化学品性能良好。酸、碱对其破坏程度都不大,同时不怕霉菌,不怕虫蛀。
但是涤纶纤维容易产生静电现象,在纺织加工和消费者应用时,带来了各种各样的问题。例如,在纺织纤维制造加工中,将给纤维的开松、梳理,纱线的卷装成形及抗起毛起球和防污带来许多困难。还有在人体活动时,皮肤与织物之间或织物与织物之间相互摩擦而产生大量的电荷。在空气干燥的情况下,这些电荷无法藉由水气释放至空气中,而会聚积于织物的表面。带静电的织物会贴附人体并带来不适感,更甚者会对心血管疾病患者带来危害。纺织品的静电现象也会干扰计算机及其他灵敏的电子仪器的正常工作。
另外,在一些特殊行业,如易燃、易爆场所及电子行业等,由于纤维织物的静电可能引起火灾、爆炸等灾害。因此,对织物进行抗静电整理是很有必要的。要达到织物抗静电的目的,现有技术中最通常的做法是对织物进行抗静电整理。但是,目前使用最多的抗静电整理剂,存在生物降解性差、耐洗性差等问题。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种涤纶织物抗静电整理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种涤纶织物抗静电整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率70-80%,最后水洗2-3次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺20-24份、硅藻土6-8份、硼砂2-7份、胶态二氧化硅5-8份、草酸钾2-6份、松节油3-6份、淀粉醚2-6份、壳聚糖3-6份、肉桂醛4-8份、亚麻酸11-14份、高氯酸铵2-7份、三乙醇胺分散剂6-8份、乙酸戊酯4-9份、皂粉5-8份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-12份、去离子水20-30份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员熟练掌握。
所述织物常温浸渍35-40分钟。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为600-1200ppm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所述的整理方法操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的涤纶织物具有优异的抗静电和抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为600-1200ppm。

所述织物常温浸渍35-40分钟。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为600-1200ppm。

1.一种涤纶织物抗静电整理方法,其特征在于所述方法的步骤如下:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率70-80%,最后水洗2-3次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺20-24份、硅藻土6-8份、硼砂2-7份、胶态二氧化硅5-8份、草酸钾2-6份、松节油3-6份、淀粉醚2-6份、壳聚糖3-6份、肉桂醛4-8份、亚麻酸11-14份、高氯酸铵2-7份、三乙醇胺分散剂6-8份、乙酸戊酯4-9份、皂粉5-8份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-12份、去离子水20-30份。
