本发明公开了一种纳米防污抑菌纺织面料及其制备方法,所述纳米防污抑菌纺织面料由外至内依次包括防污层、抗菌基层和亲肤层;所述防污层由涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维混纺纱织造而成;所述抗菌基层由棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;所述亲肤层以竹纤维、海藻纤维的混纺纱为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造而成。本发明制备的纳米防污抑菌纺织面料的抗污性好,表面污渍易清洗,抗菌性能优异,并且抗菌效果持久,耐洗性强,制备方法简单,加工工艺易操作,适合工业化生产加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织用品技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米防污抑菌纺织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,纺织面料在一定程度上需要防污抗菌功能。目前抗菌面料主要采用两种方式,一种是利用天然纤维自身具有的抗菌、吸湿、保健功能,另一种是采用处理技术,将具有抗菌功能的微粒或离子添加或浸渍到面料中。第一种方法虽然具有更高的环保健康性,但其往往抗菌性能不够,满足不了抗抗菌要求的面料,而第二种方法在进行防污和抗菌处理时,由于外界引入的方法不同,其抗菌效果不佳,并且稳定性较差,经多次水洗后会出现抗菌效果大大减弱的现象。
中国专利CN112144281A公开了一种防污防水的面料,包括基体布料和防污防水处理剂,其中,防污防水处理剂由以下原料按重量份组成:水溶性丙烯酸树脂10~25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~17份、纳米二氧化硅6~12份、蓖麻油3~8份、硬脂酸2~8份、乳化剂3~5份、偶联剂1~3份、交联剂1~3份、去离子水50~80份。但该专利制备的防污防水面料的亲肤性较差。
中国专利CN106003899A公开了一种抑菌防紫外线面料,包括表层、防晒层、抑菌层以及内层,所述表层由棉纤维构成;所述防晒层由涤纶纤维、尼龙纤维以及牛津纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,尼龙纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,牛津纤维所占的质量比为40-50%;所述抑菌层由银离子、玻璃纤维以及涤纶纤维构成,其中银离子所占的质量比为5-10%;所述内层由棉纤维构成。但该专利制备的抗菌防紫外线面料的抗菌效果不持久,不耐水洗。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种纳米防污抑菌纺织面料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纳米防污抑菌纺织面料,所述纳米防污抑菌纺织面料由外至内依次包括防污层、抗菌基层和亲肤层;所述防污层由涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维混纺纱织造而成;所述抗菌基层由棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;所述亲肤层以竹纤维、海藻纤维的混纺纱为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造而成;所述防污层中涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维的质量比为10:(4~8):(2~4);所述抗菌层中棉纤维和氨纶纤维的质量比为(3~4):(6~7)。
其中,在抗菌基层的表面设置防污层,不仅可以减少复合纳米抗菌剂在日常使用和洗涤时的损失,还可以提高面料的疏水性,使细菌杂质难于附着在织物表面,或者即使附着后也容易被流水等外力冲洗脱落,提高织物的防污抗菌性能;在抗菌基层内侧设置亲肤层,可以提高面料与肌肤接触时的舒适感,改善穿着体验。
进一步地,所述亲肤层的经线中竹纤维和海藻纤维的质量比为(6~8):(2~4)。
进一步地,所述防污层、抗菌基层和亲肤层的质量比为(2~4):10:(1~2.5)。
本发明的另一发明目的在于提供一种纳米防污抑菌纺织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S10,将防污层中所述质量比的涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维混纺成纱,得到涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱浸入防污剂溶液中,经烘干得到防污涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱;所述防污剂为市售防污剂,苯二甲酸乙二酯防污剂,在防污剂溶液中的浓度为13g/L;
步骤S30,将所述质量比的棉纤维和氨纶纤维放到抗菌整理液中,抗菌整理液的浓度为5~60g/L,35~50℃下浸泡3~6小时,在105℃的温度下热风烘干,再进行混纺,得到棉纤维/氨纶混纺纱;
步骤S40,以竹纤维、海藻纤维的混纺纱为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造而成,得到亲肤层;
步骤S50,将步骤S20得到的防污涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱和步骤S30得到的棉纤维/氨纶混纺纱同时喂入纬编针织机中,进行弯纱成圈,使防污涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱在外层,棉纤维/氨纶混纺纱在里层,得到防污抗菌复合层;
步骤S60,将步骤S40得到的亲肤层和步骤S50得到的防污抗菌复合层以粘合或缝合的方式连接,得到纳米防污抑菌纺织面料。
进一步地,所述抗菌整理液为含有复合纳米抗菌剂的溶液。

1.本发明纳米防污抑菌纺织面料在抗菌基层的表面设置防污层,不仅可以减少复合纳米抗菌剂在日常使用和洗涤时的损失,还可以提高面料的疏水性,使细菌杂质难于附着在织物表面,或者即使附着后也容易被流水等外力冲洗脱落,提高织物的防污抗菌性能,在抗菌基层内侧设置亲肤层,可以提高面料与肌肤接触时的舒适感,改善穿着体验;
2.本发明纳米防污抑菌纺织面料通过预制复合纳米抗菌剂,采用酪素对纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂和氧化锌进行包裹,提高其在溶液中的分散性以及在面料中的分布均匀性,并且将有效抗菌组分进行处理,提高其在日常穿着和洗涤时的稳定性,延长抗菌抑菌时效;
3.本发明制备的纳米防污抑菌纺织面料的抗污性好,表面污渍易清洗,抗菌性能优异,并且抗菌效果持久,耐洗性强,制备方法简单,加工工艺易操作,适合工业化生产加工。

纳米防污抑菌纺织面料由外至内依次包括防污层、抗菌基层和亲肤层;上述防污层由涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维混纺纱织造而成;上述抗菌基层由棉纤维和氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;上述亲肤层以竹纤维、海藻纤维的混纺纱为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造而成;上述防污层、抗菌基层和亲肤层的质量比为3:10:1.8。
纳米防污抑菌纺织面料,通过以下方法制备:
步骤S10,将防污层中的涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维以质量比10:6:3混纺成纱,得到涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱浸入防污剂溶液中,经烘干得到防污涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱;上述防污剂为市售防污剂:苯二甲酸乙二酯防污剂,在防污剂溶液中的浓度为13g/L;

经检测,本发明实施例1~4制备的纳米防污抑菌纺织面料的拒油性能达到5级,易去污效果达到4级以上,洗涤20次后易去污效果仍不低于3级,并且无甲醛及芳香胺残留,无异味,对皮肤无刺激。

步骤S10,将防污层中所述质量比的涤纶纤维、再生涤棉短纤维和亚麻纤维混纺成纱,得到涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱浸入防污剂溶液中,经烘干得到防污涤纶/涤棉/亚麻混纺纱;
步骤S30,将所述质量比的棉纤维和氨纶纤维放到抗菌整理液中,抗菌整理液的浓度为5g/L~60g/L,35℃~50℃下浸泡3小时~6小时,在105℃的温度下热风烘干,再进行混纺,得到棉纤维/氨纶混纺纱;
步骤S40,以竹纤维、海藻纤维的混纺纱为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造而成,得到亲肤层;
