Abstract

本发明提供了一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料及其制备方法,所述面料包括弹性高强高耐磨层和抗菌层,所述弹性高强高耐磨层包覆于所述抗菌层的外表面;所述弹性高强高耐磨层包括以下重量份的原料:耐磨锦纶纤维40‑60份、高强涤纶纤维20‑45份,以及椰壳纤维10‑30份;所述抗菌层包括以下重量份的原料:棉纤维30‑50份、亚麻纤维20‑35份,以及竹粘纤维20‑40份。本发明的面料从原料和面料双向入手,赋予面料适宜的弹性和高强高耐磨及抗菌的功能;具有舒适的弹性,且手感柔软,穿着不绷紧的特点,然后又通过特殊工艺和化学整理,使面料保持了高色牢度和柔软舒适的手感,可满足市场对弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料制备技术领域,具体为一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
21世纪是高科技迅速发展的时代,国际纺织品市场竞争也进入了一个全新的时期。人们对服用面料需求也越来越高,已发展到不仅要求生理的舒适感,更需要一定的特殊功能性(抗菌、抗静电、耐磨、高弹、防电磁辐射),即要求综合具有舒适性、功能化、高品质、健美化的特点。抗菌面料是指具有良好的安全性,可以高效去除或抑制织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。抗菌袜子也是人们生活的必需品,其在起到保护和装饰作用的同时,还应具有吸湿、排汗、抗菌等多种功能。
目前具有抗菌作用的面料主要采用两种方式:一种是采用具有抗菌、吸湿、保健功能的天然纤维,该方法虽具有健康环保的特点,但其抗菌性往往不够;一种是采用处理技术,将抗菌剂添加到化纤纺丝或浸渍到面料中,该方法的抗菌效果有了很大提升,但仍存在不够环保健康、抗菌时效短的缺点。
中国专利CN103255538A公开了的一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造成混纺面料:30-50份Lyocell纤维、10-30份涤纶长丝纤维、10-30份莫代尔纤维、10-30份亚麻纤维,混纺面料后在抗菌整理剂中浸渍得到抗菌面料。该制备的抗菌面料虽然具有抗菌效果,但是其耐磨性不佳,弹性较差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不同,提供一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
本发明第一方面提供了一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料,所述面料包括弹性高强高耐磨层和抗菌层,所述弹性高强高耐磨层包覆于所述抗菌层的外表面;所述弹性高强高耐磨层包括以下重量份的原料:耐磨锦纶纤维40-60份、高强涤纶纤维20-45份,以及椰壳纤维10-30份;所述抗菌层包括以下重量份的原料:棉纤维30-50份、亚麻纤维20-35份,以及竹粘纤维20-40份。
本发明第二方面提供了一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将重量份的耐磨锦纶纤维、高强涤纶纤维、椰壳纤维,纺纱制备得弹性高强耐磨层用的混纺纱线,再经纬编大圆机织造成针织面料层,得到弹性高强耐磨层坯布;
步骤二、将重量份的棉纤维、亚麻纤维,以及竹粘纤维进行混纺,得到抗菌层纤维混纺纱线,经织造得到抗菌层坯布;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二得到的坯布,分别进行煮漂、染色、水洗、脱水、烘干,得到弹性耐磨层色基布和抗菌层色基布;
步骤四、将步骤三中的弹性耐磨层色基布,置于含有织物整理液的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率65-80%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度155-185℃,车速15-25m/min,得到弹性高强高耐磨层色基布;
步骤五、将抗菌层色基布,置于含有织物抗菌剂的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率65-75%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度160-180℃,车速15-20m/min,得到高抗菌层色基布;
步骤六、将步骤四中的弹性高强高耐磨层色基布与步骤五中的高抗菌层色基布,以复合或缝合的方式连接,即得弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料。
进一步地,所述步骤三中,所述染色所用的染料包括染涤纶的分散染料、染锦纶的阳离子染料或酸性染料,染纤维素纤维的棉、麻、竹粘纤维的活性染料。
进一步地,所述步骤四中,所述织物整理液按重量份数计包括乙二醛1-3份、乙二醇0.5-1份、氯化钙1-2份、渗透剂1-3份、增强剂1-2份、苦丁茶提取物0.5-1份和水85-100份。
进一步地,所述渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述步骤五中,抗菌整理液的制备方法包括:将纳米银、纳米氧化锌、金银花提取物、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和去离子水混合,加热后在恒温条件下进行超声乳化,再加入壳聚糖,分散,得到所述抗菌整理液。
进一步地,所述抗菌整理液按重量份数计包括纳米银2-5份、纳米氧化锌1-5份、金银花提取物3-15份、硅烷偶联剂2-8份、分散剂1-1.5份、壳聚糖20-25份和去离子水75-90份。
进一步地,所述硅烷偶联剂包括氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、缩水甘油迷氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述分散剂包括聚丙烯酰胺、甲基戊醇或脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述步骤六中,复合或缝合的方式连接包括高强粘合剂热压复合,转移法复合,以及绗缝方式连接。

本发明提供的高弹耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,工艺简单,成本低廉,具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将60重量份的耐磨锦纶纤维、30重量份的高强涤纶纤维、10重量份的椰壳纤维,纺纱制备得弹性高强耐磨层用的混纺纱线,再经纬编大圆机织造成针织面料层,得到弹性高强耐磨层坯布;
步骤二、将50重量份的棉纤维、20重量份的亚麻纤维,以及30重量份的竹粘纤维进行混纺,得到抗菌层纤维混纺纱线,经织造得到抗菌层坯布;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二得到的坯布,分别进行煮漂、染色、水洗、脱水、烘干,得到弹性耐磨层色基布和抗菌层色基布;其中,染色所用的染料包括染涤纶的分散染料、染锦纶的阳离子染料或酸性染料,染纤维素纤维的棉、麻、竹粘纤维的活性染料;
步骤四、将步骤三中的弹性耐磨层色基布,置于含有织物整理液的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率65%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度155℃,车速15m/min,得到弹性高强高耐磨层色基布;
上述织物整理液按重量份数计包括乙二醛1份、乙二醇0.5份、氯化钙1份、渗透剂1份、增强剂1份、苦丁茶提取物0.5份和水85份;
步骤五、将抗菌层色基布,置于含有织物抗菌剂的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率65%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度160℃,车速15m/min,得到高抗菌层色基布;
上述抗菌整理液按重量份数计包括纳米银2份、纳米氧化锌1份、金银花提取物3份、硅烷偶联剂2份、分散剂1份、壳聚糖20份和去离子水75份。
步骤六、将步骤四中的弹性高强高耐磨层色基布与步骤五中的高抗菌层色基布,以复合或缝合的方式连接,即得弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料。
优选地,渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的一种或多种。
优选地,抗菌整理液的制备方法包括:将纳米银、纳米氧化锌、金银花提取物、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和去离子水混合,加热后在恒温条件下进行超声乳化,再加入壳聚糖,分散,得到所述抗菌整理液。
优选地,上述硅烷偶联剂包括氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、缩水甘油迷氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。

实施例2
本实施例提供一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将45重量份的耐磨锦纶纤维、45重量份的高强涤纶纤维、10重量份的椰壳纤维,纺纱制备得弹性高强耐磨层用的混纺纱线,再经纬编大圆机织造成针织面料层,得到弹性高强耐磨层坯布;
步骤二、将45重量份的棉纤维、25重量份的亚麻纤维,以及30重量份的竹粘纤维进行混纺,得到抗菌层纤维混纺纱线,经织造得到抗菌层坯布;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二得到的坯布,分别进行煮漂、染色、水洗、脱水、烘干,得到弹性耐磨层色基布和抗菌层色基布;其中,染色所用的染料包括染涤纶的分散染料、染锦纶的阳离子染料或酸性染料,染纤维素纤维的棉、麻、竹粘纤维的活性染料;
步骤四、将步骤三中的弹性耐磨层色基布,置于含有织物整理液的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率80%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度185℃,车速25m/min,得到弹性高强高耐磨层色基布;
上述织物整理液按重量份数计包括乙二醛3份、乙二醇1份、氯化钙2份、渗透剂3份、增强剂2份、苦丁茶提取物1份和水100份;
步骤五、将抗菌层色基布,置于含有织物抗菌剂的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率75%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度180℃,车速20m/min,得到高抗菌层色基布;
上述抗菌整理液按重量份数计包括纳米银5份、纳米氧化锌5份、金银花提取物15份、硅烷偶联剂8份、分散剂1.5份、壳聚糖25份和去离子水90份。
步骤六、将步骤四中的弹性高强高耐磨层色基布与步骤五中的高抗菌层色基布,以复合或缝合的方式连接,即得弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料。
优选地,渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的一种或多种。
优选地,抗菌整理液的制备方法包括:将纳米银、纳米氧化锌、金银花提取物、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和去离子水混合,加热后在恒温条件下进行超声乳化,再加入壳聚糖,分散,得到所述抗菌整理液。
优选地,上述硅烷偶联剂包括氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、缩水甘油迷氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。

实施例3
本实施例提供一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将50重量份的耐磨锦纶纤维、30重量份的高强涤纶纤维、20重量份的椰壳纤维,纺纱制备得弹性高强耐磨层用的混纺纱线,再经纬编大圆机织造成针织面料层,得到弹性高强耐磨层坯布;
步骤二、将35重量份的棉纤维、35重量份的亚麻纤维,以及30重量份的竹粘纤维进行混纺,得到抗菌层纤维混纺纱线,经织造得到抗菌层坯布;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二得到的坯布,分别进行煮漂、染色、水洗、脱水、烘干,得到弹性耐磨层色基布和抗菌层色基布;其中,染色所用的染料包括染涤纶的分散染料、染锦纶的阳离子染料或酸性染料,染纤维素纤维的棉、麻、竹粘纤维的活性染料;
步骤四、将步骤三中的弹性耐磨层色基布,置于含有织物整理液的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率75%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度175℃,车速20m/min,得到弹性高强高耐磨层色基布;
上述织物整理液按重量份数计包括乙二醛2份、乙二醇0.8份、氯化钙1.5份、渗透剂2份、增强剂1.5份、苦丁茶提取物0.7份和水90份;
步骤五、将抗菌层色基布,置于含有织物抗菌剂的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率70%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度170℃,车速18m/min,得到高抗菌层色基布;
上述抗菌整理液按重量份数计包括纳米银3份、纳米氧化锌3份、金银花提取物10份、硅烷偶联剂5份、分散剂1.2份、壳聚糖22份和去离子水80份。
步骤六、将步骤四中的弹性高强高耐磨层色基布与步骤五中的高抗菌层色基布,以复合或缝合的方式连接,即得弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料。
优选地,渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的一种或多种。
优选地,抗菌整理液的制备方法包括:将纳米银、纳米氧化锌、金银花提取物、硅烷偶联剂、分散剂和去离子水混合,加热后在恒温条件下进行超声乳化,再加入壳聚糖,分散,得到所述抗菌整理液。

测试例1
对上述实施例1-3制得的高弹耐磨抗菌面料进行抑菌性能以及耐磨性能测试,具体各实施例测试结果如下表所述:

从上述表1的测试数据可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的高弹耐磨抗菌面料相较于市售的尼龙56,其耐磨性、抑菌性具有显著的提升。
测试例2
对上述实施例1-3制得的高弹耐磨抗菌面料各项常规指标进行测试,具体各实施例测试结果如下:
1)耐洗涤色牢度4级,耐汗渍牢度4级,耐水色牢度4级,干摩擦牢度4级,湿摩擦牢度3级,耐光牢度3-4级,色泣牢度4-5级。
通过上述数据可以得出,通过本发明制备方法制备得到的高弹耐磨抗菌面料,具有优良的色牢度,面料的色牢度要求达到服用面料。

1.一种弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述面料包括弹性高强高耐磨层和抗菌层,所述弹性高强高耐磨层包覆于所述抗菌层的外表面;所述弹性高强高耐磨层包括以下重量份的原料:耐磨锦纶纤维40-60份、高强涤纶纤维20-45份,以及椰壳纤维10-30份;所述抗菌层包括以下重量份的原料:棉纤维30-50份、亚麻纤维20-35份,以及竹粘纤维20-40份。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将重量份的耐磨锦纶纤维、高强涤纶纤维、椰壳纤维,纺纱制备得弹性高强耐磨层用的混纺纱线,再经纬编大圆机织造成针织面料层,得到弹性高强耐磨层坯布;
步骤二、将重量份的棉纤维、亚麻纤维,以及竹粘纤维进行混纺,得到抗菌层纤维混纺纱线,经织造得到抗菌层坯布;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二得到的坯布,分别进行煮漂、染色、水洗、脱水、烘干,得到弹性耐磨层色基布和抗菌层色基布;
步骤四、将步骤三中的弹性耐磨层色基布,置于含有织物整理液的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率65-80%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度155-185℃,车速15-25m/min,得到弹性高强高耐磨层色基布;
步骤五、将抗菌层色基布,置于含有织物抗菌剂的溶液中,一浸一轧,轧余率65-75%,进入定型机拉幅定形,温度160-180℃,车速15-20m/min,得到高抗菌层色基布;
步骤六、将步骤四中的弹性高强高耐磨层色基布与步骤五中的高抗菌层色基布,以复合或缝合的方式连接,即得弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料。

7.根据权利要求6所述的弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理液按重量份数计包括纳米银2-5份、纳米氧化锌1-5份、金银花提取物3-15份、硅烷偶联剂2-8份、分散剂1-1.5份、壳聚糖20-25份和去离子水75-90份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂包括氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、缩水甘油迷氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂包括聚丙烯酰胺、甲基戊醇或脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求2所述的弹性高强高耐磨抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤六中,复合或缝合的方式连接包括高强粘合剂热压复合,转移法复合,以及绗缝方式链接。
