Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法,所述抗菌防皱面料包括面料基层、防皱层、抗菌层;所述面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构连接有防皱层;所述防皱层与抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接;所述面料基层由保暖透气复合纱织造而成;所述防皱层采用弹性防皱包芯纱;所述抗菌层由抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按1.8~2.3:2~2.5的比例混纺织成纱线后制备而成。本发明制得的抗菌防皱针织面料,具有显著的抗菌性和防皱性,耐水洗、耐久性好,且具有优异的吸湿透气性,能够保持皮肤干燥,避免人体出汗时,汗液停留在面料上,滋生细菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
针织面料是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编和经编,纬编是将一根或数根纱线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线顺序地弯曲成圈,且加以串套而形成纬编针织物。经编是由一组或几组平行排列的纱线分别排列在织针上,同时沿纵向编织而成。经编针织物结构和外形的稳定性较好。针织面料具有质地柔软、吸湿透气、优良的弹性与延展性及其可生产性等特点,广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对针织面料的要求越来越高,纯棉类的针织面料穿着时,人体在大量出汗的情况下,会使纯棉针织面料吸收大量的汗液后变湿变重,导湿和放湿速度变慢,汗液残留在服装和皮肤上,极易出现异味,甚至滋生细菌,进而影响身体健康。另外针织面料在防皱性能方面也存在不足和缺陷,长时间穿着后,面料无法恢复平整。一般针对针织面料的防皱性,多通过浸扎抗皱防缩树脂进行整理,处理后,针织面料的抗皱性能有所提高,但采用抗菌防皱树脂处理易引起针织面料强度降低和黄变。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗菌防皱针织面料,所述抗菌防皱面料包括面料基层、防皱层、抗菌层;所述面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构连接有防皱层;所述防皱层与抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接;所述面料基层由保暖透气复合纱织造而成;所述保暖透气复合纱由保暖透气单纱以47捻/10cm~63捻/10cm的捻度并捻而成;所述保暖透气单纱由棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1~2:2:1~3的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备而成。
优选地,所述防皱层采用弹性防皱包芯纱;所述弹性防皱包芯纱包括中心纱线和包裹在中心纱线外的弹性纱线;所述中心纱线为棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2~3:1的比例混纺而成;所述弹性纱线为聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1~2:3~4的比例混纺而成。
优选地,所述抗菌层由抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按1.8~2.3:2~2.5的比例混纺织成纱线后制备而成。
更优选地,所述抗菌功能纤维选自铜氨纤维、竹原纤维、苎麻纤维、大麻纤维、亚麻纤维、罗布麻纤维、壳聚糖纤维、纳米银抗菌纤维中的任意一种或两种以上的组合。
更优选地,所述抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将硝酸银溶液预热至35℃,备用;将碳纳米管与预热后的硝酸银溶液按质量体积比1:1.5~2的比例进行混合,恒温下超声震荡10h~12h后,过滤洗涤干燥,得到载银碳纳米管;
S2,将聚乙烯醇加入100℃的热水中溶解后,然后加入步骤S1制得的载银碳纳米管,混合搅拌均匀后通过溶液纺丝法制备得到抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维。
更优选地,所述硝酸银溶液的浓度为0.2mol/L~0.3mol/L;所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度范围为1700~1800。
更优选地,所述聚乙烯醇与载银碳纳米管的质量比为1:0.1~0.15。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种上述抗菌防皱针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1~2:2:1~3的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备得到保暖透气单纱;将得到的保暖透气单纱以47捻/10cm~63捻/10cm的捻度并捻,得到保暖透气复合纱;将得到的保暖透气复合纱进行编织;制得面料基层;
步骤2,将棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2~3:1的比例混纺,得到中心纱线;将聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1~2:3~4的比例混纺,得到弹性纱线;将得到的中心纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,上浆后卷绕至经轴上;将卷绕至经轴上的中心纱线经包芯纱装置进行卷绕包覆处理,得到弹性防皱包芯纱;利用双面针织大圆机将得到的弹性防皱包芯纱进行编织,制得防皱层;
步骤3,将抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按1.8~2.3:2~2.5的比例混纺织成纱线后,进行编织,制得抗菌层;
步骤4,步骤1制得的面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构与步骤2制得的防皱层连接;步骤2制得的防皱层与步骤3制得的抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接,制得抗菌防皱针织面料胚布;
步骤5,将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布进行清洗加工、脱水烘干、定型处理后,制得抗菌防皱针织面料。
优选地,步骤5中,所述清洗加工处理包括以下步骤:将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布置于含2.2g/L~3.5g/L净洗剂、5.1g/L~7g/L液碱、2g/L~3g/L双氧水、1.5g/L~2.8g/L精炼酶、1g/L~2g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在60℃~85℃的温度下进行清洗15min~25min,再将针织面料坯布置于含2g/L~3g/L防皱剂和2.5g/L~3.5g/L冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃的温度下中和处理10min~12min。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的抗菌防皱针织面料采用三层复合面料结构,面料基层采用面料基层由保暖透气复合纱织造而成,其中保暖透气单纱由棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维混纺而成,使得面料基层具有吸湿性、导湿性、保暖性。
(2)本发明的抗菌防皱针织面料三层复合面料结构中的防皱层采用弹性防皱包芯纱编织而成,弹性纱线采用聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维混纺而成,作为包芯纱的芯层材料,能够使得防皱层具有舒适的伸缩性、防皱性,柔和,不紧绷的弹性和回复性,同时具有优异的悬垂感和手感。
(3)本发明的抗菌防皱针织面料三层复合面料结构中的抗菌层由抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维混纺织成纱线后制备而成,混饭复合纱线能够使得抗菌层具有优异的抗菌性,且本发明采用载银碳纳米管与聚乙烯醇纤维制备抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维,吸附银离子后的碳纳米管能够使碳纳米管的抗菌性能显著增强,碳纳米管又可进一步提高聚乙烯醇纤维的强度。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施方式,对本发明做进一步详细说明。在此,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明用于解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法
抗菌防皱针织面料,所述抗菌防皱面料包括面料基层、防皱层、抗菌层;所述面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构连接有防皱层;所述防皱层与抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接。
上述面料基层由保暖透气复合纱织造而成;上述保暖透气复合纱由保暖透气单纱以47捻/10cm的捻度并捻而成;上述保暖透气单纱由棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1:2:1的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备而成。上述防皱层采用弹性防皱包芯纱;上述弹性防皱包芯纱包括中心纱线和包裹在中心纱线外的弹性纱线;上述中心纱线为棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2:1的比例混纺而成;上述弹性纱线为聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1:3的比例混纺而成。上述抗菌层由抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按1.8:2的比例混纺织成纱线后制备而成。
上述抗菌功能纤维选自铜氨纤维。

步骤1,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1:2:1的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备得到保暖透气单纱;将得到的保暖透气单纱以47捻/10cm的捻度并捻,得到保暖透气复合纱;将得到的保暖透气复合纱进行编织;制得面料基层;
步骤2,将棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2:1的比例混纺,得到中心纱线;将聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1:3的比例混纺,得到弹性纱线;将得到的中心纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,上浆后卷绕至经轴上;将卷绕至经轴上的中心纱线经包芯纱装置进行卷绕包覆处理,得到弹性防皱包芯纱;利用双面针织大圆机将得到的弹性防皱包芯纱进行编织,制得防皱层;

步骤5,将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布置于含2.2g/L净洗剂、5.1g/L液碱、2g/L双氧水、1.5g/L精炼酶、1g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在60℃的温度下进行清洗15min,再将针织面料坯布置于含2g/L防皱剂和2.5g/L冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃的温度下中和处理10min后,再进行脱水烘干、定型处理后,制得抗菌防皱针织面料。
实施例2
一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法
与实施例1的区别在于:
上述抗菌功能纤维选自罗布麻纤维、壳聚糖纤维、的组合。
上述抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将浓度为0.25mol/L硝酸银溶液预热至35℃,备用;将碳纳米管与预热后的硝酸银溶液按质量体积比1:1.6的比例进行混合,恒温下超声震荡10h后,过滤洗涤干燥,得到载银碳纳米管;
S2,将聚合度范围为1700的聚乙烯醇加入100℃的热水中溶解后,然后加入步骤S1制得的载银碳纳米管,混合搅拌均匀后通过溶液纺丝法制备得到抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维。上述聚乙烯醇与载银碳纳米管的质量比为1:0.12。
上述抗菌防皱针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1.5:2:1.4的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备得到保暖透气单纱;将得到的保暖透气单纱以50捻/10cm的捻度并捻,得到保暖透气复合纱;将得到的保暖透气复合纱进行编织;制得面料基层;
步骤2,将棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2.5:1的比例混纺,得到中心纱线;将聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1.5:3.5的比例混纺,得到弹性纱线;将得到的中心纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,上浆后卷绕至经轴上;将卷绕至经轴上的中心纱线经包芯纱装置进行卷绕包覆处理,得到弹性防皱包芯纱;利用双面针织大圆机将得到的弹性防皱包芯纱进行编织,制得防皱层;
步骤3,将抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按2:2.2的比例混纺织成纱线后,进行编织,制得抗菌层;
步骤4,步骤1制得的面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构与步骤2制得的防皱层连接;步骤2制得的防皱层与步骤3制得的抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接,制得抗菌防皱针织面料胚布;
步骤5,将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布置于含2.5g/L净洗剂、5.6g/L液碱、2.3g/L双氧水、1.8g/L精炼酶、1.2g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在65℃的温度下进行清洗18min,再将针织面料坯布置于含2.2g/L防皱剂和2.8g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃的温度下中和处理10min后,再进行脱水烘干、定型处理后,制得抗菌防皱针织面料。
实施例3
一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法
与实施例1的区别在于:
上述抗菌功能纤维选自竹原纤维、壳聚糖纤维的组合。
上述抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将浓度为0.26mol/L硝酸银溶液预热至35℃,备用;将碳纳米管与预热后的硝酸银溶液按质量体积比1:1.8的比例进行混合,恒温下超声震荡11h后,过滤洗涤干燥,得到载银碳纳米管;
S2,将聚合度范围为1800的聚乙烯醇加入100℃的热水中溶解后,然后加入步骤S1制得的载银碳纳米管,混合搅拌均匀后通过溶液纺丝法制备得到抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维。上述聚乙烯醇与载银碳纳米管的质量比为1:0.12。
上述抗菌防皱针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1.6:2:2.5的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备得到保暖透气单纱;将得到的保暖透气单纱以60捻/10cm的捻度并捻,得到保暖透气复合纱;将得到的保暖透气复合纱进行编织;制得面料基层;
步骤2,将棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2.7:1的比例混纺,得到中心纱线;将聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1.8:3.8的比例混纺,得到弹性纱线;将得到的中心纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,上浆后卷绕至经轴上;将卷绕至经轴上的中心纱线经包芯纱装置进行卷绕包覆处理,得到弹性防皱包芯纱;利用双面针织大圆机将得到的弹性防皱包芯纱进行编织,制得防皱层;

一种抗菌防皱针织面料及其制备方法
与实施例1的区别在于:
上述抗菌功能纤维选自大麻纤维、纳米银抗菌纤维的组合。
上述抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将浓度为0.3mol/L硝酸银溶液预热至35℃,备用;将碳纳米管与预热后的硝酸银溶液按质量体积比1:2的比例进行混合,恒温下超声震荡12h后,过滤洗涤干燥,得到载银碳纳米管;
S2,将聚合度范围为1800的聚乙烯醇加入100℃的热水中溶解后,然后加入步骤S1制得的载银碳纳米管,混合搅拌均匀后通过溶液纺丝法制备得到抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维。上述聚乙烯醇与载银碳纳米管的质量比为1:0.15。
上述抗菌防皱针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按2:2:3的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备得到保暖透气单纱;将得到的保暖透气单纱以63捻/10cm的捻度并捻,得到保暖透气复合纱;将得到的保暖透气复合纱进行编织;制得面料基层;
步骤2,将棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比3:1的比例混纺,得到中心纱线;将聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按2:4的比例混纺,得到弹性纱线;将得到的中心纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,上浆后卷绕至经轴上;将卷绕至经轴上的中心纱线经包芯纱装置进行卷绕包覆处理,得到弹性防皱包芯纱;利用双面针织大圆机将得到的弹性防皱包芯纱进行编织,制得防皱层;
步骤3,将抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按2.3:2.5的比例混纺织成纱线后,进行编织,制得抗菌层;
步骤4,步骤1制得的面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构与步骤2制得的防皱层连接;步骤2制得的防皱层与步骤3制得的抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接,制得抗菌防皱针织面料胚布;
步骤5,将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布置于含3.5g/L净洗剂、7g/L液碱、3g/L双氧水、2.8g/L精炼酶、2g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在85℃的温度下进行清洗25min,再将针织面料坯布置于含3g/L防皱剂和3.5g/L冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃的温度下中和处理12min后,再进行脱水烘干、定型处理后,制得抗菌防皱针织面料。
试验例
为了确定本发明制备的抗菌防皱针织面料的性能,现对实施例1~4制备的抗菌防皱针织面料分别进行性能测试:
1.抗菌性能按照GB/T 20944.3-2008标准进行测试。
测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明的抗菌防皱针织面料在金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的环境中,抑菌率大于99%。

1.一种抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌防皱面料包括面料基层、防皱层、抗菌层;所述面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构连接有防皱层;所述防皱层与抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接;所述面料基层由保暖透气复合纱织造而成;所述保暖透气复合纱由保暖透气单纱以47捻/10cm~63捻/10cm的捻度并捻而成;所述保暖透气单纱由棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1~2:2:1~3的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述防皱层采用弹性防皱包芯纱;所述弹性防皱包芯纱包括中心纱线和包裹在中心纱线外的弹性纱线;所述中心纱线为棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2~3:1的比例混纺而成;所述弹性纱线为聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1~2:3~4的比例混纺而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层由抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按1.8~2.3:2~2.5的比例混纺织成纱线后制备而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌功能纤维选自铜氨纤维、竹原纤维、苎麻纤维、大麻纤维、亚麻纤维、罗布麻纤维、壳聚糖纤维、纳米银抗菌纤维中的任意一种或两种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
S1,将硝酸银溶液预热至35℃,备用;将碳纳米管与预热后的硝酸银溶液按质量体积比1:1.5~2的比例进行混合,恒温下超声震荡10h~12h后,过滤洗涤干燥,得到载银碳纳米管;
S2,将聚乙烯醇加入100℃的热水中溶解后,然后加入步骤S1制得的载银碳纳米管,混合搅拌均匀后通过溶液纺丝法制备得到抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述硝酸银溶液的浓度为0.2mol/L~0.3mol/L;所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度范围为1700~1800。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌防皱针织面料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇与载银碳纳米管的质量比为1:0.1~0.15。
8.一种根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的抗菌防皱针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维按1~2:2:1~3的顺序交替排列,经纺纱工艺制备得到保暖透气单纱;将得到的保暖透气单纱以47捻/10cm~63捻/10cm的捻度并捻,得到保暖透气复合纱;将得到的保暖透气复合纱进行编织;制得面料基层;
步骤2,将棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比2~3:1的比例混纺,得到中心纱线;将聚氨酯纤维与DOWXLA纤维按1~2:3~4的比例混纺,得到弹性纱线;将得到的中心纱线置于整经架上,经浆纱机和烘干机对芯层纱线进行上浆,上浆后卷绕至经轴上;将卷绕至经轴上的中心纱线经包芯纱装置进行卷绕包覆处理,得到弹性防皱包芯纱;利用双面针织大圆机将得到的弹性防皱包芯纱进行编织,制得防皱层;
步骤3,将抗菌功能纤维与抗菌聚乙烯醇纤维按1.8~2.3:2~2.5的比例混纺织成纱线后,进行编织,制得抗菌层;
步骤4,步骤1制得的面料基层一侧通过针织线圈结构与步骤2制得的防皱层连接;步骤2制得的防皱层与步骤3制得的抗菌层之间通过针织线圈连接,制得抗菌防皱针织面料胚布;
步骤5,将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布进行清洗加工、脱水烘干、定型处理后,制得抗菌防皱针织面料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗菌防皱针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中,所述清洗加工处理包括以下步骤:将步骤4制得的抗菌防皱针织面料胚布置于含2.2g/L~3.5g/L净洗剂、5.1g/L~7g/L液碱、2g/L~3g/L双氧水、1.5g/L~2.8g/L精炼酶、1g/L~2g/L渗透剂的处理液中,在60℃~85℃的温度下进行清洗15min~25min,再将针织面料坯布置于含2g/L~3g/L防皱剂和2.5g/L~3.5g/L冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃的温度下中和处理10min~12min。
