背景技术
羊毛纤维柔软而富有弹性,可用于制作呢绒、绒线、毛毯、毡呢等纺织品。羊毛制品有手感丰满、保暖性好、穿着舒适等优点,但同时羊毛纯度的上升也会导致易皱、易变形的问题,因此现在市面上大多采用的都是羊毛纤维的混纺面料,达到多种纯羊毛没有的使用效果。其中,抗菌性就是现有羊毛混纺布料的一个研究方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料及一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料,其原料按照质量百分比包括竹浆纤维30-60份、羊毛纤维30-60份、涤纶纤维3-5份、棉5-7份;所述羊毛纤维为丝光羊毛纤维。
优选的,其原料按照质量百分比包括竹浆纤维45份、羊毛纤维45份、涤纶纤维4份、棉6份;所述羊毛纤维为丝光羊毛纤维。
一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1原料准备;制备出竹浆纤维和丝光羊毛纤维,并准备好涤纶纤维和棉,准备好粘胶和银离子溶液;其中制备好的丝光羊毛纤维为浆液状,竹浆纤维为丝状;S2抗菌前处理;在制备好的丝光羊毛纤维中加入银离子溶液,再加入粘胶,搅拌均匀,在15~20℃环境下,对搅拌后的纤维溶浆进行拉丝成型;S3里层织造;将S2中处理过的羊毛纤维与竹浆纤维按照经线和纬线交织织成里层布料;其中羊毛纤维15-45份,竹浆纤维27~55份;S4表层制造;将3-5份涤纶纤维、5-7份棉与竹浆纤维3-5份联合混纺成丝,再将混纺丝的和S2中处理过的15-45份羊毛纤维按照经线和纬线交织织成表层布料;S5布料混纺;将S3和S4中的布料贴合,再经过熟成、定型、轧光得到产品。
优选的,在S2抗菌前处理的过程中,加入的银离子溶液的浓度为12%~16%,并且银离子溶液、粘胶、丝光羊毛纤维浆液的质量比为1:1:8~1:1:10。
优选的,在S2抗菌前处理得到的丝光羊毛纤维和S1原料准备中的竹浆纤维的线密度相同,均为6~8tex。
优选的,在S3里层织造和S4表层制造之前,要对成丝的纤维进行多步梳毛,依次包括针梳、精梳、混条,再对混条的布料进行拉扯纺丝,且纺丝过程依次包括粗纺、精纺。
优选的,在S4表层制造中,混纺成丝的过程具体为络筒、并线、倍捻,且络筒的转速为750m/min;在牵伸和倍捻过程中,控制温度为30℃,相对湿度为60%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中,一是采用竹浆纤维与丝光羊毛混纺形成混纺布料,竹浆纤维的网状孔隙结构,使得纤维具有良好的吸湿、放湿的能力,且竹浆纤维强度高、弹性好,产品有较好的透水性、瞬间吸水性,较强的耐磨性,良好的染色性和悬垂性,用竹浆纤维制成的面料天然具有防螨、防臭的功能,其抑菌性能较好,能提升混纺布料的整体抑菌性能;二是本发明将丝光羊毛纤维与银离子浸泡,将银离子织入羊毛纤维中,使其具备良好的杀菌性和抑菌性,从而拥有良好且稳定的抗菌性;本发明将这两种纤维混纺,以竹浆纤维为丝光羊毛纤维提供良好的抑菌环境,使银离子效果最大化,能起到极好的抗菌效果,尤其是对于金色葡萄球菌类和大肠杆菌类。

一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1原料准备;制备出竹浆纤维和丝光羊毛纤维,并准备好涤纶纤维和棉,准备好粘胶和银离子溶液;其中制备好的丝光羊毛纤维为浆液状,竹浆纤维为丝状;S2抗菌前处理;在制备好的丝光羊毛纤维中加入银离子溶液,再加入粘胶,搅拌均匀,在18℃环境下,对搅拌后的纤维溶浆进行拉丝成型;S3里层织造;将S2中处理过的羊毛纤维与竹浆纤维按照经线和纬线交织织成里层布料;其中羊毛纤维30份,竹浆纤维41份;S4表层制造;将4份涤纶纤维、6份棉与竹浆纤维4份联合混纺成丝,再将混纺丝的和S2中处理过的30份羊毛纤维按照经线和纬线交织织成表层布料;S5布料混纺;将S3和S4中的布料贴合,再经过熟成、定型、轧光得到产品。
在S2抗菌前处理的过程中,加入的银离子溶液的浓度为14%,并且银离子溶液、粘胶、丝光羊毛纤维浆液的质量比为1:1:9。
在S2抗菌前处理得到的丝光羊毛纤维和S1原料准备中的竹浆纤维的线密度相同,均为7tex。
在S3里层织造和S4表层制造之前,要对成丝的纤维进行多步梳毛,依次包括针梳、精梳、混条,再对混条的布料进行拉扯纺丝,且纺丝过程依次包括粗纺、精纺。
在S4表层制造中,混纺成丝的过程具体为络筒、并线、倍捻,且络筒的转速为750m/min;在牵伸和倍捻过程中,控制温度为30℃,相对湿度为60%。
由此得到的羊毛混纺布料设为样品三。
取纯羊毛织品作为对照布料,设为样品四。
对上述样品一~样品四进行抗菌实验,具体为金色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗性实验,得到的实验数据表为图1。由图1能看出,竹浆纤维与羊毛混纺有较好的抗菌效果,且竹浆成分越高效果越好,并且耐磨性也会得到提高,但是相应的织物的舒适度和柔软度会下降,抗静电能力下降,综合而言,样品三最佳。

Claims (7)

1.一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量百分比包括竹浆纤维30-60份、羊毛纤维30-60份、涤纶纤维3-5份、棉5-7份;所述羊毛纤维为丝光羊毛纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料,其特征在于,其原料按照质量百分比包括竹浆纤维45份、羊毛纤维45份、涤纶纤维4份、棉6份;所述羊毛纤维为丝光羊毛纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1原料准备;制备出竹浆纤维和丝光羊毛纤维,并准备好涤纶纤维和棉,准备好粘胶和银离子溶液;其中制备好的丝光羊毛纤维为浆液状,竹浆纤维为丝状;
S2抗菌前处理;在制备好的丝光羊毛纤维中加入银离子溶液,再加入粘胶,搅拌均匀,在15~20℃环境下,对搅拌后的纤维溶浆进行拉丝成型;
S3里层织造;将S2中处理过的羊毛纤维与竹浆纤维按照经线和纬线交织织成里层布料;其中羊毛纤维15-45份,竹浆纤维27~55份;
S4表层制造;将3-5份涤纶纤维、5-7份棉与竹浆纤维3-5份联合混纺成丝,再将混纺丝的和S2中处理过的15-45份羊毛纤维按照经线和纬线交织织成表层布料;
S5布料混纺;将S3和S4中的布料贴合,再经过熟成、定型、轧光得到产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在S2抗菌前处理的过程中,加入的银离子溶液的浓度为12%~16%,并且银离子溶液、粘胶、丝光羊毛纤维浆液的质量比为1:1:8~1:1:10。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,在S2抗菌前处理得到的丝光羊毛纤维和S1原料准备中的竹浆纤维的线密度相同,均为6~8tex。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在S3里层织造和S4表层制造之前,要对成丝的纤维进行多步梳毛,依次包括针梳、精梳、混条,再对混条的布料进行拉扯纺丝,且纺丝过程依次包括粗纺、精纺。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种羊毛纤维抗菌混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,在S4表层制造中,混纺成丝的过程具体为络筒、并线、倍捻,且络筒的转速为750m/min;在牵伸和倍捻过程中,控制温度为30℃,相对湿度为60%。
