面料是制成衣物或饰物的基础材料,面料的性能将直接影响着衣物或饰物的性能。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对衣物或饰物的性能要求也越来越高,除了要求衣物或饰物具备美观、舒适的性能外,还对衣物或饰物提出了更高的要求,单一的面料已经无法满足人们对衣物或饰物的要求。丝绸是以蚕丝为原料纺织而成的各种丝织物的统称。它可被用来制作各种服装、被套等面料,它的特征是轻薄、合身、柔软、滑爽、透气、色彩绚丽,富有光泽,高贵典雅,穿著舒适,但保暖性不佳、弹性不够,容易起皱,且还容易受到有害菌体的污染,使面料变质,不易保存。因此,现有技术中的丝绸面料,存在保暖性不佳、弹性不够、容易起皱、抗菌效果较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种复合丝绸布料及其制备方法。本发明具有保暖性好、弹性佳、不易起皱、抗菌效果好的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种复合丝绸布料,包括基体层,基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为蚕丝、粘胶混纺后包覆在氨纶表面的包芯纱,所述经纱包括下述重量配比的材料制成:蚕丝50-60份、氨纶20-30份、粘胶20-30份,所述纬纱为蚕丝、棉混纺后加捻卷绕在氨纶表面的包覆丝,所述纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料制成:蚕丝30-40份、棉40-50份、羊毛30-40份;所述基体层的上下两侧均设有由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网格层,网格层的网孔内设有抗菌颗粒;所述网格层和基体层通过导电纤维缝合。
前述的复合丝绸布料中,所述导电纤维采用碳素复合纤维。
前述的复合丝绸布料中,所述基体层与网格层的厚度之比为3:1。

B、将A品置于水浴容器内,加入纯碱0.5-1g、精炼剂3-5g、35%硅酸钠0.1-0.3g、浴比为1:30-35,温度为90-100℃,时间为60-90min,得B品;
C、将蚕丝与精梳棉混纺,混纺的络纱速度为450-550m/min,形成丝/棉混纺纤维,然后将丝/棉混纺纤维呈螺旋状加捻卷绕在氨纶的表面,得C品;
D、将C品置于PH为6-8的水浴容器内,加入生物酶0.3-1.2g/l和双氧水,按照浴比为1:15-20进行煮漂,煮漂温度35-40℃,煮漂时间30-45min,然后加入0.5-0.7g/l的纯碱,调节ph为8.5-10,升高温度为80-90℃,得D品;
E、将B品作为经纱,将D品作为纬纱进行织造,得E品;
F、选择聚氨酯纤维作为原料,先在50-60℃温度的抗菌剂中浸渍0.5-6h,并用超声波进行震荡,然后取出烘干,再采用大圆机交织织造成网格状,得F品;
G、通过磁控溅射技术将纳米银抗菌颗粒填充在F品的网格孔内,得G品;
H、采用导电纤维将H品缝制在E品的上下两侧面,得成品。

与现有技术相比,本发明将蚕丝、粘胶、氨纶制成丝/粘胶/氨纶复合丝,作为经纱,将蚕丝、棉、羊毛制成丝/棉/羊毛复合丝,作为纬纱,梭织制成基体层,既不失蚕丝的光泽、舒适性和悬垂性,又可以增加织物的弹性、透气性、吸湿保暖性和抗皱性能,耐穿性能好;通过在基体层的两侧设置了由聚氨酯纤维编织成的网格层,使得织物具有良好的抗皱性能,且网格层内设置了抗菌颗粒,提高织物的抗菌能力,延长织物的保存时间;通过导线纤维将网格层和基体层连接,使得织物具有良好的抗静电性能,且结构稳定,不易分离,提高穿着的安全性和耐穿、耐洗性能。
上述织物的制备工艺,减少毛羽和棉结,清洁纤维表面,提高织造性能;去除棉纤维中的杂质,脱去丝胶的同时,保证蚕丝的强度,还减少对羊毛纤维的损伤,减少毛羽,改善丝胶颣节,使得布面光洁,手感柔软,提高织物的服用性能;并用含有抗菌剂的聚氨酯纤维制成网格层,并在网格层上填充纳米银抗菌颗,操作方便,易于实现工业化,与纤维的结合性好,使得网格层上形成致密的抗菌层,抗菌效果好,增强了织物的使用寿命,因此,本发明具有保暖性好、弹性佳、不易起皱、抗菌效果好的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。
一种复合丝绸布料,包括基体层,基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为蚕丝、粘胶混纺后包覆在氨纶表面的包芯纱,所述经纱包括下述重量配比的材料制成:蚕丝50-60份、氨纶20-30份、粘胶20-30份,所述纬纱为蚕丝、棉混纺后加捻卷绕在羊毛表面的包覆丝,所述纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料制成:蚕丝30-40份、棉40-50份、羊毛30-40份;所述基体层的上下两侧均设有由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网格层,网格层的网孔内设有抗菌颗粒;所述网格层和基体层通过导电纤维缝合。
所述导电纤维采用碳素复合纤维。
所述基体层与网格层的厚度之比为3:1。
所述氨纶的截面为五角星形,相邻边角之间圆弧过渡,五个角为圆角。
一种复合丝绸布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蚕丝与粘胶先混纺,混纺的络纱速度为450-550m/min,形成丝/粘胶混纺纤维,然后将丝/粘胶混纺纤维在细纱机上包覆在氨纶的表面,得A品;
B、将A品置于水浴容器内,加入纯碱0.5-1g、精炼剂3-5g、35%硅酸钠0.1-0.3g、浴比为1:30-35,温度为90-100℃,时间为60-90min,得B品;
C、将蚕丝与精梳棉混纺,混纺的络纱速度为450-550m/min,形成丝/棉混纺纤维,然后将丝/棉混纺纤维在倍捻机上呈螺旋状加捻卷绕在羊毛的表面,捻度为650T/S,得C品;
D、将C品置于PH为6-8的水浴容器内,加入生物酶0.3-1.2g/l和双氧水,按照浴比为1:15-20进行煮漂,煮漂温度35-40℃,煮漂时间30-45min,然后加入0.5-0.7g/l的纯碱,调节ph为8.5-10,升高温度为80-90℃,得D品;
E、将B品作为经纱,将D品作为纬纱进行织造,得E品;
F、选择聚氨酯纤维作为原料,先在50-60℃温度的抗菌剂中浸渍0.5-6h,抗菌剂包括银离子抗菌剂、铜离子抗菌剂和锌离子抗菌剂,并用超声波进行震荡,然后取出烘干,再采用大圆机交织织造成网格状,得F品;
G、通过磁控溅射技术将纳米银抗菌颗粒填充在F品的网格孔内,得G品;
H、采用导电纤维将H品缝制在E品的上下两侧面,得成品。
实施例2。
一种复合丝绸布料,包括基体层,基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为蚕丝、粘胶混纺后包覆在氨纶表面的包芯纱,所述经纱包括下述重量配比的材料制成:蚕丝55份、氨纶23份、粘胶25份,所述纬纱为蚕丝、棉混纺后加捻卷绕在羊毛表面的包覆丝,所述纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料制成:蚕丝35份、棉45份、羊毛35份;所述基体层的上下两侧均设有由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网格层,网格层的网孔内设有抗菌颗粒;所述网格层和基体层通过导电纤维缝合。
所述导电纤维采用碳素复合纤维。
所述基体层与网格层的厚度之比为3:1。
所述氨纶的截面为五角星形,相邻边角之间圆弧过渡,五个角为圆角。
一种复合丝绸布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蚕丝与粘胶先混纺,混纺的络纱速度为500m/min,形成丝/粘胶混纺纤维,然后将丝/粘胶混纺纤维在细纱机上包覆在氨纶的表面,得A品;
B、将A品置于水浴容器内,加入纯碱0.5-1g、精炼剂3-5g、35%硅酸钠0.1-0.3g、浴比为1:30-35,温度为90-100℃,时间为60-90min,得B品;
C、将蚕丝与精梳棉混纺,混纺的络纱速度为450-550m/min,形成丝/棉混纺纤维,然后将丝/棉混纺纤维在倍捻机上呈螺旋状加捻卷绕在羊毛的表面,捻度为650T/S,得C品;
D、将C品置于PH为6-8的水浴容器内,加入生物酶0.3-1.2g/l和双氧水0.3-1ml/l,按照浴比为1:15-20进行煮漂,煮漂温度35-40℃,煮漂时间30-45min,然后加入0.5-0.7g/l的纯碱,调节ph为8.5-10,升高温度为80-90℃,得D品;
E、将B品作为经纱,将D品作为纬纱进行织造,得E品;
F、选择聚氨酯纤维作为原料,先在50-60℃温度的抗菌剂中浸渍0.5-6h,抗菌剂包括银离子抗菌剂、铜离子抗菌剂和锌离子抗菌剂,并用超声波进行震荡,然后取出烘干,再采用大圆机交织织造成网格状,得F品;
G、通过磁控溅射技术将纳米银抗菌颗粒填充在F品的网格孔内,得G品;
H、采用导电纤维将H品缝制在E品的上下两侧面,得成品。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:包括基体层,基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为蚕丝、粘胶混纺后包覆在氨纶表面的包芯纱,所述经纱包括下述重量配比的材料:蚕丝50-60份、氨纶20-30份、粘胶20-30份,所述纬纱为蚕丝、棉混纺后加捻卷绕在羊毛表面的包覆丝,所述纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料:蚕丝30-40份、棉40-50份、羊毛30-40份;所述基体层的上下两侧均设有由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网格层,网格层的网孔内设有抗菌颗粒;所述网格层和基体层通过导电纤维缝合;
该布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蚕丝与粘胶先混纺,混纺的络纱速度为450-550m/min,形成丝/粘胶混纺纤维,然后将丝/粘胶混纺纤维包覆在氨纶的表面,得A品;
B、将A品置于水浴容器内,加入纯碱0.5-1g、精炼剂3-5g、35%硅酸钠0.1-0.3g、浴比为1:30-35,温度为90-100℃,时间为60-90min,得B品;
C、将蚕丝与精梳棉混纺,混纺的络纱速度为450-550m/min,形成丝/棉混纺纤维,然后将丝/棉混纺纤维呈螺旋状加捻卷绕在羊毛的表面,得C品;
D、将C品置于pH为6-8的水浴容器内,加入生物酶0.3-1.2g/l和双氧水,按照浴比为1:15-20进行煮漂,煮漂温度35-40℃,煮漂时间30-45min,然后加入0.5-0.7g/l的纯碱,调节pH为8.5-10,升高温度为80-90℃,得D品;
E、将B品作为经纱,将D品作为纬纱进行织造,得E品;
F、选择聚氨酯纤维作为原料,先在50-60℃的抗菌剂中浸渍0.5-6h,并用超声波进行震荡,然后取出烘干,再采用大圆机交织织造成网格状,得F品;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述导电纤维采用碳素复合纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述基体层与网格层的厚度之比为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述氨纶的截面为五角星形,相邻边角之间圆弧过渡,五个角为圆角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述C品的捻度为650T/S。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述步骤F中的抗菌剂包括银离子抗菌剂、铜离子抗菌剂和锌离子抗菌剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述步骤B为,将A品置于水浴容器内,加入纯碱0.8g、精炼剂4g、35%硅酸钠0.2g、浴比为1:33,温度为95℃,时间为80min,得B品。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合丝绸布料,其特征在于:所述步骤D为将C品置于pH为7的水浴容器内,加入生物酶0.3g/l和双氧水,按照浴比为1:18进行煮漂,煮漂温度36℃,煮漂时间35min,然后加入0.6g/l的纯碱,调节pH为9,升高温度为88℃,得D品。
