Abstract

本发明公开了一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,复合面料包括由内而外依次采用连接丝连接在一起的里层(1)、衬垫层(2)、面料层(3)和外层(4),然后经后处理后制得;其中,里层(1)由吸湿纱和棉纱纤维组成;衬垫层(2)由高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维、高收缩聚丙烯纤维和棉纱编织组成;面料层(3)由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成;外层(4)由吸湿纱和高收缩阳离子改性涤纶纤维组成。本发明的针织复合面料质地厚实、手感柔软、富有弹性、保暖效果好、不易褪色、起皱纹理和耐磨性好、立体感强、肌理浮雕效果明显;且其制备工艺简单,成本低,具有良好的应用前景。

一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料及其制备 方法
技术领域
本发明属于针织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
空气层保暖面料,在国内被称为健康布,国外的名称为TechnicalFleece,是一种特别的双面织物组织结构,是通过调高机台筒口距,采用特殊的针织织布工艺,使面料双面中间有较大空隙,从而达到保暖效果,同时面料轻盈、柔软、洁净,是一种很好的秋冬季保暖面料。但现有的空气层保暖面料纤维大多都是为了从舒适度考虑,将面料的材质做的比较柔软,但是虽然舒适度得到了很大的提升,而面料的质地却也因此而下降,使得面料的质地变得单薄,保温效果变差,抗皱耐磨性也大大降低,面料穿着几次后就容易发散、稀疏、褶皱和破损。另外,由于质地单薄,染色性也降低了,无法有效地保证面料的颜色深度,极容易发生消色褪色的现象。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提出一种表面纹理层次感强、皱花效果明显、保暖效果好的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,所述复合面料包括由内而外依次采用连接丝连接在一起的里层1、衬垫层2、面料层3和外层4,然后经后处理后制得;其中,所述里层1由吸湿纱和棉纱纤维组成,其采用一股吸湿纱和二股混纺的棉纱纤维间隔编织而成;所述衬垫层2由高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维、高收缩聚丙烯纤维和棉纱编织组成,形成V型结构混纺纱;所述面料层3由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成的纬编针织结构的织物;所述外层4由吸湿纱和高收缩阳离子改性涤纶纤维组成,其采用一股吸湿纱线与一股涤纶纤维纱线间隔编织。
进一步地,所述外层4接连接有肌理层5。
进一步地,所述肌理层5为聚酯中空纤维织成,其半径为0.5-2mm。
进一步地,所述里层1上设置有若干导湿微孔6,所述导湿微孔6与所述衬垫层2的V型结构混纺纱连接。
进一步地,所述连接丝为聚酯纤维长丝,其纤度为20D。
进一步地,所述银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线的纤度为75D,所述氨纶丝纱线100D。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:面料采用双面针织大圆机加工而成,里层采用一股吸湿纱和二股混纺的棉纱纤维间隔编织而成;衬垫层采用大圆机编织成间隔排列的形成V型结构混纺纱;面料层由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成的纬编针织结构的织物;外层采用一股吸湿纱线与一股涤纶纤维纱线间隔编织而成;
(2)后整理:将上述织造面料依次预定形—前处理—染色—酶处理—柔软处理—松式烘干—开幅—定形,即得高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料。
进一步地,所述前处理采用1~2%Cleantech370和10~12%H2O2进行前处理,含碱量为0.4~0.5%;温度为70~80℃,前处理时间为40min。
进一步地,所述酶处理工艺中所述采用的酶由30~40%纤维素酶、10~20甲基转移酶、10~20%酶活剂和30~40%乙醇配制而成。
进一步地,所述酶处理温度为45~50℃,酶处理时间为30-50min,酶的加入量为6~8%;所述酶活剂为乙二胺四乙胺。
进一步地,所述柔软处理工艺中所采用的柔软剂由10~15%聚氨酯弹性体、10~15%十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、3~8%聚乙烯蜡、10~15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、20~30%聚醚改性氨基硅酮、5~15%分散乳化剂、其余为水乳化配制而成;
进一步地,所述柔软处理采用烘干后浸轧,130~160℃烘干定形或者采用50~55℃、35min浸渍,脱水烘干定形;所述采用浸轧,柔软剂的加入量为15~20g/l;采用浸渍,柔软剂的加入量为10~15%。
作为本发明的一个更优选的技术方案,还包括对所述步骤二开幅定形时不加柔软整理剂,而是对织物料进行涂覆负离子层,然后再烘干定形,即得高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料。
进一步地,所述负离子层涂覆在里层1上,并经衬垫层2渗透到面料层3上。
进一步地,所述负离子层由负离子粉末配置成助剂组成,所述负离子粉末由粒径为30-50nm的硅藻土粉末、电气石和氧化钡组成,其质量配比为1:2-3:0.1-0.3。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其采用高收缩聚丙烯纤维、高收缩阳离子改性涤纶纤维、银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维以及高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维为主织造而成,编织成的面料质地厚实、手感柔软、富有弹性、保暖效果好、不易褪色、起皱纹理和耐磨性好;且采用特定的编织加工和独特的后处理工艺,使得针织复合面料具有发生负离子功能和良好的弹性,立体感强、肌理效果明显,其制备工艺简单,成本低,具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,复合面料包括由内而外依次采用连接丝连接在一起的里层1、衬垫层2、面料层3和外层4,然后经后处理后制得;其中,里层1由吸湿纱和棉纱纤维组成,其采用一股吸湿纱和二股混纺的棉纱纤维间隔编织而成;衬垫层2由高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维、高收缩聚丙烯纤维和棉纱编织组成,形成V型结构混纺纱;面料层3由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成的纬编针织结构的织物;外层4由吸湿纱和高收缩阳离子改性涤纶纤维组成,其采用一股吸湿纱线与一股涤纶纤维纱线间隔编织。
作为一个优选的实施例,外层4连接有肌理层5。肌理层5为聚酯中空纤维织成,其半径为0.5-2mm。
作为一个优选的实施例,里层1上设置有若干导湿微孔6,导湿微孔6与衬垫层2的V型结构混纺纱连接。
作为一个优选的实施例,连接丝为聚酯纤维长丝,其纤度为20D。银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线的纤度为75D,氨纶丝纱线100D。
本发明还提供了一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:面料采用双面针织大圆机加工而成,里层采用一股吸湿纱和二股混纺的棉纱纤维间隔编织而成;衬垫层采用大圆机编织成间隔排列的形成V型结构混纺纱;面料层由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成的纬编针织结构的织物;外层采用一股吸湿纱线与一股涤纶纤维纱线间隔编织而成;
(2)后整理:将上述织造的面料依次预定形——前处理——染色——酶处理——柔软处理——松式烘干——开幅定形,即得高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料。
作为一个优选的实施例,前处理采用1~2%Cleantech370和10~12%H2O2进行前处理,含碱量为0.4~0.5%;温度为70~80℃,前处理时间为40min。优选地,前处理采用1.5%Cleantech370和10%H2O2进行前处理,含碱量为0.5%;温度为75℃,前处理时间为40min。
作为一个优选的实施例,酶处理工艺中采用的酶由30~40%纤维素酶、10~20甲基转移酶、10~20%酶活剂和30~40%乙醇配制而成;其中,酶处理温度为30~50℃,酶处理时间为50min,酶的加入量为6~8%;酶活剂为乙二胺四乙胺。
优选地,酶处理工艺中采用的酶由35%纤维素酶、15甲基转移酶、15%酶活剂和35%乙醇配制而成;其中,酶处理温度为50℃,酶处理时间为50min,酶的加入量为8%;酶活剂为乙二胺四乙胺。
作为一个优选的实施例,柔软处理工艺中所采用的柔软剂由10~15%聚氨酯弹性体、10~15%十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、3~8%聚乙烯蜡、10~15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、20~30%聚醚改性氨基硅酮、5~15%分散乳化剂、其余为水乳化配制而成;其中,柔软处理采用烘干后浸轧,130~160℃烘干定形或者采用50~55℃、35min浸渍,脱水烘干定形;采用浸轧,柔软剂的加入量为15~20g/l;采用浸渍,柔软剂的加入量为10~15%。
优选地,柔软处理工艺中所采用的柔软剂由12%聚氨酯弹性体、15%十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、8%聚乙烯蜡、10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、30%聚醚改性氨基硅酮、10%分散乳化剂、其余为水乳化配制而成;其中,柔软处理采用烘干后浸轧,130℃烘干定形或者采用55℃、35min浸渍,脱水烘干定形;采用浸轧,柔软剂的加入量为15g/l;采用浸渍,柔软剂的加入量为12%。
作为本发明的一个更优选的实施例,还包括对步骤二开幅定形时不加柔软整理剂,而是对织物料进行涂覆负离子层,然后再烘干定形,即得高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料。
优选地,负离子层涂覆在里层1上,并经衬垫层2渗透到面料层3上。且负离子层由负离子粉末配置成助剂组成,负离子粉末由粒径为30-50nm的硅藻土粉末、电气石和氧化钡组成,优选为40-50nm;其质量配比为1:2-3:0.1-0.3,优选为1:2.8:0.2.5。本发明在后处理工艺后,再对织物涂覆特定的负离子层,经烘干后,使得针织复合面料具有发生负离子功能。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只是作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其特征在于,所述复合面料包括由内而外依次采用连接丝连接在一起的里层(1)、衬垫层(2)、面料层(3)和外层(4),然后经后处理后制得;其中,所述里层(1)由吸湿纱和棉纱纤维组成,其采用一股吸湿纱和二股混纺的棉纱纤维间隔编织而成;所述衬垫层(2)由高收缩聚丙烯腈纤维、高收缩聚丙烯纤维和棉纱编织组成,形成V型结构混纺纱;所述面料层(3)由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成的纬编针织结构的织物;所述外层(4)由吸湿纱和高收缩阳离子改性涤纶纤维组成,其采用一股吸湿纱线与一股涤纶纤维纱线间隔编织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其特征在于,所述外层(4)圈接连接有肌理层(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其特征在于,所述所述肌理层(5)为聚酯中空纤维织成,其半径为0.5-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其特征在于,所述里层(1)上设置有若干导湿微孔(6),所述导湿微孔(6)与所述基布层(2)的V型结构混纺纱连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其特征在于,所述连接丝为聚酯纤维长丝,其纤度为20D。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料,其特征在于,所述银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线的纤度为75D,所述氨纶丝纱线100D。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:面料采用双面针织大圆机加工而成,里层采用一股吸湿纱和二股混纺的棉纱纤维间隔编织而成;衬垫层采用大圆机编织成间隔排列的形成V型结构混纺纱;面料层由银系抗菌爽丽丝纤维纱线和氨纶丝纱线相互串套而成的纬编针织结构的织物;外层采用一股吸湿纱线与一股涤纶纤维纱线间隔编织而成;
(2)后整理:将上述织造的面料依次经预定形——前处理——染色——酶处理——柔软处理——松式烘干——开幅——定形,即得高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高收缩立体皱花肌理浮雕保暖针织复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述前处理采用1~2%Cleantech370和10~12%H2O2进行前处理,含碱量为0.4~0.5%;温度为70~80℃,前处理时间为40min。
