本发明提供一种防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:1)、选择多种纤维分别织造成纱线,作为面料的织造原材料;2)、将凉感添加剂经由混练技术添加入其一纤维中制备成凉感纤维;3)、将至少两种纤维混纺织造内层,且内层中包括凉感纤维,将至少两种纤维混纺织造外层,采用平针垫纱组织形成双层针织面料;4)、将双层针织面料依次进行水洗、染色、整理、烘干、拉幅定型,制成凉感面料;5)、对凉感面料进行抗紫外线处理。本发明采用柔软特性的纤维提供面料的舒适度,加入凉感添加剂并织造形成亲肤层,增添贴肤的凉爽体验感,同时实现外侧的透气排湿作用,另外通过抗紫外线处理,增加面料的抗紫外线功能,起到对皮肤的保护作用。

一种防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于织造工艺技术领域,涉及一种功能性针织面料,特别是一种防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法。
背景技术
随着温室效应的持续加剧,夏季温度持续升高,空调使用率越来越高,但空调制冷所排放的气体无疑又加剧了全球变暖的进程。因此,面料生产商应秉承环保、绿色的开发理念,开发凉感面料,减少空调的使用从而降低能耗。同时人们对于自身的防护意识也在不断加强,对于夏季服用材料,在其兼顾凉感的同时还要求其有着一定的防护能力。
目前,市面上常见的防紫外线面料主要以机织物为主,多数为变化平纹、变化斜纹等织物,且织物都较厚,从整个消费人群来看,针织面料在夏季服装用应用广泛。随着机械制造技术和产品开发技术的不断提高,以及消费需求和品质的提升,功能性针织面料的开发和应用将会越来越广泛,而目前针织面料的凉感性和抗紫外性能任有很大提升空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种通过凉感剂的添加,结合抗紫外线处理,实现穿着舒适凉爽且具备良好抗紫外线功能的防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、选择多种纤维分别织造成纱线,作为面料的织造原材料;多种纤维包括莫代尔纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维和麻纤维;其中将凉感添加剂经由混练技术添加入涤纶纤维中制备成凉感涤纶纤维;
2)、将至少两种纤维混纺织造内层,且内层中包括凉感涤纶纤维,将至少两种纤维混纺织造外层,采用平针垫纱组织形成双层针织面料;
3)、将双层针织面料依次进行水洗、染色、整理、烘干、拉幅定型,制成凉感面料;
4)、对凉感面料进行抗紫外线处理,处理步骤如下:
a、对凉感面料进行预处理,在PH值为7的去离子水溶液中,加入洗涤剂,将凉感面料在40℃水浴中加热20-30min,取出后洗涤2-3次然后放入80℃烘箱烘烤至少30min,直至凉感面料完全干燥后,密封保存至少24h;
b、配置抗紫外线纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶,TiO2溶胶由钛酸四正丁酯,无水乙醇和冰醋酸反应制备成溶液A;无水乙醇和纳米银线反应制备成溶液B,后将溶液A与溶液B混合并在40℃水浴下搅拌2-3h,直至混合液粘稠变为胶状后取出备用;
c、将凉感面料放在制备好的抗紫外线纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶中,浸渍10min中后取出,再放入烘箱中进行干燥,得到抗紫外线凉感面料。
本防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法,采用二浸二轧法进行功能性整理。双层针织面料中靠近肌肤的内层具有良好的凉感性能,位于外层的织物具有较好的吸湿性能。
在上述的防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法中,在步骤1)中,所述凉感添加剂为次微米级的玉石粉,所述玉石粉添加入涤纶纤维中制成凉感涤纶纤维。
在上述的防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法中,所述凉感涤纶纤维为8.3tex/72f。
在上述的防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法中,在步骤2)中,将凉感涤纶纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺作为织物内层,将棉纤维与麻纤维混纺作为织物外层。
在上述的防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法中,所述莫代尔纤维与凉感涤纶纤维的质量比为40-60:40-60,所述棉纤维与麻纤维的质量比为40-60:40-60,所述凉感面料的克重为175-185g/m2
与现有技术相比,本防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法具有以下优点:
采用柔软特性的纤维提供面料的舒适度,加入凉感添加剂并织造形成亲肤层,增添贴肤的凉爽体验感,同时实现外侧的透气排湿作用,另外通过抗紫外线处理,增加面料的抗紫外线功能,起到对皮肤的保护作用,进而面料的功能全面、实用性强。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种新型防紫外线凉感面料,织物组织结构采用双层结构,织物内层2是凉感涤纶纤维和莫代尔纤维,以贴近皮肤,形成毛细管通道进行导湿;织物外层1采用吸湿性好的天然棉纤维、麻纤维,可将织物内层2的水分充分吸收,传输到织物表面进行扩散蒸发,进而保持皮肤干燥。这种双层结构采用纬编单面添纱组织在完成织造后,再对面料进行抗紫外线处理,所用的整理剂为纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶,所采取的工艺为二浸二轧法。
将凉感涤纶纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺,形成新型凉感纤维,将玉石碾磨至次微米等级,经由混练技术添加入新型凉感纤维中,同时通过异行断面吸湿排汗的纤维结构,可以将热量导向纤维外端,使织物穿着时具有沁凉感的快感。莫代尔纤维的横截面呈圆形,具有皮芯结构,纵向表面光滑,同时莫代尔纤维是由纤维素组成具有天然纤维,这些特性使莫代尔纤维具有较好的吸湿性,同时莫代尔纤维具有一定的弹性。凉感涤纶纤维与莫代尔纤维的质量比为6:4。
将棉纤维与麻纤维混纺,棉纤维可向周围大气中吸收水分,当周围温度较高,棉纤维中含的水分量会全部蒸发散去,使织物保持平衡状态,使人感觉舒适。麻纤维强力很大,面料不仅防水还耐摩擦,具有良好的透气性,使得麻类织物穿上后极具凉爽感,同时面料带有天然光泽一般不会出现褪色和缩水的情况,且麻面料都具有抗紫外线能力。棉纤维与麻纤维的质量比为5:5。
采用纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶对面料进行整理,因为纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶的比面积大,具有吸附能力强和光催化效果好等优势,且能够很好地反射或者屏蔽紫外线中的UVA和UVB,使凉感织物具有较好的抗紫外线效果。
一种防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、选择莫代尔纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维和麻纤维分别织造成纱线,作为面料的织造原材料;将凉感添加剂次微米级的玉石粉,经由混练技术添加入涤纶纤维中制备成凉感涤纶纤维;
2)、将凉感涤纶纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺作为织物内层2,将棉纤维与麻纤维混纺作为织物外层1,采用平针垫纱组织形成双层针织面料;
3)、将双层针织面料依次进行水洗、染色、整理、烘干、拉幅定型,制成凉感面料;
4)、对凉感面料进行抗紫外线处理,处理步骤如下:
a、对凉感面料进行预处理,在PH值为7的去离子水溶液中,加入洗涤剂,将凉感面料在40℃水浴中加热20-30min,取出后洗涤2-3次然后放入80℃烘箱烘烤至少30min,直至凉感面料完全干燥后,密封保存至少24h;
b、配置抗紫外线纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶,TiO2溶胶由钛酸四正丁酯,无水乙醇和冰醋酸反应制备成溶液A;无水乙醇和纳米银线反应制备成溶液B,后将溶液A与溶液B混合并在40℃水浴下搅拌2-3h,直至混合液粘稠变为胶状后取出备用;
c、将凉感面料放在制备好的抗紫外线纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶中,浸渍10min中后取出,再放入烘箱中进行干燥,得到抗紫外线凉感面料。
实施例2:
本实施例内容与实施1内容基本相同,相同的部分内容不再重复,与实施1不同的是:将凉感涤纶纤维与棉纤维混纺作为织物内层2,将棉纤维与麻纤维混纺作为织物外层1。
实施例3:
本实施例内容与实施1内容基本相同,相同的部分内容不再重复,与实施1不同的是:凉感面料内层2的凉感涤纶纤维与莫代尔纤维的混纺比为5:5。
实施例4:
本实施例内容与实施例1内容基本相同,相同部分内容不在重复,凉感面料外层1的棉纤维与麻纤维的混纺比为4:6。

1.一种防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、选择多种纤维分别织造成纱线,作为面料的织造原材料;多种纤维包括莫代尔纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维和麻纤维;其中将凉感添加剂经由混练技术添加入涤纶纤维中制备成凉感涤纶纤维;
2)、将至少两种纤维混纺织造内层,且内层中包括凉感涤纶纤维,将至少两种纤维混纺织造外层,采用平针垫纱组织形成双层针织面料;
3)、将双层针织面料依次进行水洗、染色、整理、烘干、拉幅定型,制成凉感面料;
4)、对凉感面料进行抗紫外线处理,处理步骤如下:
a、对凉感面料进行预处理,在pH值为7的去离子水溶液中,加入洗涤剂,将凉感面料在40℃水浴中加热20-30min,取出后洗涤2-3次然后放入80℃烘箱烘烤至少30min,直至凉感面料完全干燥后,密封保存至少24h;
b、配置抗紫外线纳米Ag/TiO2溶胶,TiO2溶胶由钛酸四正丁酯,无水乙醇和冰醋酸反应制备成溶液A;无水乙醇和纳米银线反应制备成溶液B,后将溶液A与溶液B混合并在40℃水浴下搅拌2-3h,直至混合液粘稠变为胶状后取出备用;

2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线凉感面料的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述凉感添加剂为次微米级的玉石粉,所述玉石粉添加入涤纶纤维中制成凉感涤纶纤维。
