保暖型针织面料产品的技术经历了空气夹层组织、远红外纤维、吸湿发热纤维等发展过程,但鉴于空气夹层织物比较厚重的原因,目前比较流行的产品多以远红外纤维和吸湿发热纤维为主。远红外面料—用人体自身或环境的温度对纤维进行加热,诱导出远红外线,而以辐射的形式对人体进行加热,达到提高纤维制品保暖性的目的,会出现“越热则越热”的不舒适体验感。吸湿发热面料—纤维吸湿,水分子以氢键与纤维大分子结合时会因结合能的变化并释放吸附热,提高保暖性,也会出现“越热则越热”现象。
本面料以改善人体微环境(织物—皮肤)的隔热性能为着眼点,通过系统研究纤维特性、纱线和织物组织结构、后整理方法等与热阻间的关系,开发出了轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料。

一种轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料,包括莫代尔纤维、腈纶、涤纶、羊绒纤维和氨纶五种原料混纺织成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述莫代尔纤维27%-30%,所述腈纶27%-30%,所述涤纶27%-30%,所述羊绒纤维8%-10%,所述氨纶6%-8%。

一种轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料的加工工艺,本织造工艺包括八步,第一步胚定,第二步蛋白酶处理,第三步染色,第四步定型烘干,第五步起毛,第六步成品定型,第七步开幅橡胶毯预缩,第八步品检;
该编织物由采用60S超细旦AIR莫代尔30%、柔风0.6D腈纶30%、无荧光COOLMAX涤纶30%、羊绒10%、赛络紧密纺+20D莱卡氨纶组成,经常规纬编圆机织造,将混纺纱线与氨纶并入密根织成平纹织物,且该编织物通过上述织造工艺形成了面料。
通过定型工艺改善面料的手感,通过热定型调整线圈位置,稳定面料组织规格。
通过橡胶毯弧度逆转原理,改善预缩后织物手感;通过与胶毯的接触,消除织物表面极光保证预缩后织物下机后的尺寸稳定性,赋予织物面料细腻滑糯、色泽自然柔和、亲肤保暖无束缚感。

一种轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料的加工工艺,本织造工艺包括八步,第一步胚定,第二步蛋白酶处理,第三步染色,第四步定型烘干,第五步起毛,第六步成品定型,第七步开幅橡胶毯预缩,第八步品检;
该编织物由采用60S超细旦AIR莫代尔30%、柔风0.6D腈纶30%、无荧光COOLMAX涤纶30%、羊绒10%、赛络紧密纺+20D莱卡氨纶组成,经常规纬编圆机织造,将混纺纱线与氨纶并入密根织成平纹织物,且该编织物通过上述织造工艺形成了面料。

通过定型工艺改善面料的手感,通过热定型调整线圈位置,稳定面料组织规格。
通过橡胶毯弧度逆转原理,改善预缩后织物手感;通过与胶毯的接触,消除织物表面极光保证预缩后织物下机后的尺寸稳定性,赋予织物面料细腻滑糯、色泽自然柔和、亲肤保暖无束缚感。
定型烘干将湿状态面料进行定型烘干,便于起毛。
具体而言,第一步胚定工艺参数为:定型机温度:195℃,机速:20m/min,机架:180cm,风量:上风95/下风90,超喂:10%。
胚定工艺在于纤维分子链段通过热运动发生重排,从而消除内应力,消除织物上已存在的皱痕,保持较好的尺寸稳定性,便于后续染色,尤其是高温下的不收缩性。
具体而言,第二步蛋白酶处理工艺参数为:将面料投入蛋白酶处理液中,蛋白酶处理液的亚硫酸钠:0.05g/L,纯碱:0.2g/L,蛋白酶:3%,PH值:8-9,升温到50℃,运行60min。
通过蛋白酶改善羊绒纤维的刺痒感,加入亚硫酸氢钠目的是为防止水质的消毒剂次氯酸根的氧化性对蛋白酶活性的影响,蛋白酶处理后使羊绒纤维表面的鳞片层变得光滑圆润,减少羊绒与人体间的摩擦系数,改善接触刺痒感现象。
具体而言,所述第三步染色工艺为:
COOLMAX涤纶纤维染色工艺,将COOLMAX涤纶纤维投入温度为50℃的处理液中,以5min线性定量加入助剂,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行8min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到80℃,并保温40min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到105℃,并保温20min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到115℃,并保温20min,再以2℃/min的速度升温到130℃,并保温10min,再以0.8℃/min的速度降温到100℃,再以1℃/min的速度降温到70℃,再以2℃/min的速度降温到45℃;
腈纶纤维染色工艺,将腈纶纤维投入温度为常温的处理液中,以5min线性定量加入助剂,再以4℃/min的速度升温到70℃,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行10min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到80℃,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速度升温到85℃,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速度升温到90℃,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速度升温到100℃,并保温30min,再以0.8℃/min的速度升温到65℃,再以1.5℃/min的速度降温到50℃;
莫代尔/羊绒一浴染色工艺,将莫代尔/羊绒投入温度为30℃的处理液中,再以4℃/min的速度升温到40℃,并保温5min,以5min线性定量加入纯碱,运行20min,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行10min,再以10min线性定量加入元明粉,再以10min线性定量加入元明粉,再以1℃/min的速度升温到60℃,以20min线性定量加入纯碱,再以20min线性定量加入纯碱,以15min线性定量加入纯碱,并保温45min。
羊绒、莫代尔纤维两种面料纤维采用染色一浴法,解决了传统工艺酸性染料染羊毛,活性染料染莫代尔的两浴法问题,大大缩短了染色周期。
预加碱工艺(PH=8-9.5),在染料上染纤维前,使羊绒纤维在碱性条件下更多的暴露-COO-电离,抑制-NH4 +电离,避免了因为-NH4 +电离导致羊绒上染太快,从而使两种纤维得色不一的现象。
采用元明粉/纯碱多次加料方式,有效的避免了染浴PH值过高导致羊绒纤维过度水解,破坏羊绒纤维结构,影响其纤维性能的现象,同时有效的解决力因染料促染/固色反导致的布面得色不匀的现象。
具体而言,所述第五步起毛工艺为:大锡林(转):65m/min,布速:28m/min,张力:前张力:0.95N/后张力:1.08N,顺针:28m/min,逆针:28m/min。
通过底面轻起毛工艺,使面料由于表面短密绒毛与人体之间形成一层轻薄密致的空气层,建立织物-皮肤人体微循环,增加静止空气含量(静止空气的热阻性最大),以提高面料保暖性能。
参见图1,图1介绍了COOLMAX涤纶纤维染色工艺曲线,将COOLMAX涤纶纤维投入温度为50℃的处理液中,以5min线性定量加入助剂,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行8min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到80℃,并保温40min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到105℃,并保温20min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到115℃,并保温20min,再以2℃/min的速度升温到130℃,并保温10min,再以0.8℃/min的速度降温到100℃,再以1℃/min的速度降温到70℃,再以2℃/min的速度降温到45℃。
参见图2,图2介绍了腈纶纤维染色工艺曲线,将腈纶纤维投入温度为常温的处理液中,以5min线性定量加入助剂,再以4℃/min的速度升温到70℃,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行10min,再以1℃/min的速度升温到80℃,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速度升温到85℃,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速度升温到90℃,并保温10min,再以0.5℃/min的速度升温到100℃,并保温30min,再以0.8℃/min的速度升温到65℃,再以1.5℃/min的速度降温到50℃。
参见图3,图3为莫代尔/羊绒一浴染色法工艺曲线,将莫代尔/羊绒投入温度为30℃的处理液中,再以4℃/min的速度升温到40℃,并保温5min,以5min线性定量加入纯碱,运行20min,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行10min,再以10min线性定量加入元明粉,再以10min线性定量加入元明粉,再以1℃/min的速度升温到60℃,以20min线性定量加入纯碱,再以20min线性定量加入纯碱,以15min线性定量加入纯碱,并保温45min。
参见图4,图4为蛋白酶处理工艺曲线,将面料投入蛋白酶处理液中,蛋白酶处理液的亚硫酸钠:0.05g/L,纯碱:0.2g/L,蛋白酶:3%,PH值:8-9,升温到50℃,运行60min。
参见图5,图5为蛋白酶处理后羊绒纤维鳞片层,通过蛋白酶改善羊绒纤维的刺痒感,加入亚硫酸氢钠目的是为防止水质的消毒剂次氯酸根的氧化性对蛋白酶活性的影响,蛋白酶处理后使羊绒纤维表面的鳞片层变得光滑圆润,减少羊绒与人体间的摩擦系数,改善接触刺痒感现象。

1.一种轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料,其特征在于:包括莫代尔纤维、腈纶、涤纶、羊绒纤维和氨纶五种原料混纺织成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述莫代尔纤维27%-30%,所述腈纶27%-30%,所述涤纶27%-30%,所述羊绒纤维8%-10%,所述氨纶6%-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料,其特征在于,各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述莫代尔纤维27%,所述腈纶27%,所述涤纶27%,所述羊绒纤维10%,所述氨纶7%-9%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料,其特征在于,各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述莫代尔纤维27.8%,所述腈纶27.8%,所述涤纶27.8%,所述羊绒纤维9.3%,所述氨纶7.3%。
4.一种轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:本织造工艺包括八步,第一步胚定,第二步蛋白酶处理,第三步染色,第四步定型烘干,第五步起毛,第六步成品定型,第七步开幅橡胶毯预缩,第八步品检;

莫代尔/羊绒一浴染色工艺,将莫代尔/羊绒投入温度为30℃的处理液中,再以4℃/min的速度升温到40℃,并保温5min,以5min线性定量加入纯碱,运行20min,再以20min线性定量加入染料,运行10min,再以10min线性定量加入元明粉,再以10min线性定量加入元明粉,再以1℃/min的速度升温到60℃,以20min线性定量加入纯碱,再以20min线性定量加入纯碱,以15min线性定量加入纯碱,并保温45min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的轻舒保暖吸湿排汗面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述第五步起毛工艺为:大锡林(转):65m/min,布速:28m/min,张力:前张力:0.95N/后张力:1.08N,顺针:28m/min,逆针:28m/min。
