Abstract
本发明公开了一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,制备步骤如下:a.首先将天然棉纤维和汉麻纤维经加捻工艺制作成经丝,接着将棉纤维和亚麻纤维经加捻工艺制作成纬丝,并在喷气织机上采用经纬交织的斜纹组织法织造成基布;b.待步骤a完成后,再将织造好的基布在质量分数为13%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡7‑14min,待捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干;c.待步骤b完成后。本发明具有多孔性、保湿性和弹性高等优点,棉麻纺织面料之间能积存较多的空气,如果棉麻纺织面料湿度较大,周围温度较高时,棉麻纺织面料中含的多余水分会蒸发散去,会使棉麻纺织面料纺织品保持水平衡状态,提高了棉麻纺织面料穿在身上时的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及棉麻纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
棉麻纺织面料是由棉和麻交织的布料,具有较多的优点,例如棉麻面料透气性好,身体出汗后,能够及时随着空气散发到面料的外部;质地柔软,冬暖夏凉,舒适性好,适合贴身穿着;抗静电、不起球、不挫起、不卷边,棉麻布是用纯棉缝制,不带自由电荷,棉纤维不易变形,不起球;自然环保,从种植到手织成布,不使用农药和化学染剂,纺织品不含甲醛、偶氮等化学重金属离子,完全符合欧共体纺织品生化标准规定的“禁用致癌-偶氮染料”的要求,真正的绿色生态纺织珍品。
目前,现有的超疏水棉麻纺织面料还存在着一些不足的地方,例如;现有的棉麻纺织面料在湿度较大,周围温度较高时,棉麻纺织面料中含的多余水分不容易蒸发散去,不会使棉麻纺织面料纺织品保持水平衡状态,降低了棉麻纺织面料穿在身上时的舒适性,而且现有的棉麻纺织面料具有经过常规抗皱整理后手感偏硬的缺陷,同时不具有抗皱性和抗菌性能,不适于各种场合穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
a.首先将天然棉纤维和汉麻纤维经加捻工艺制作成经丝,接着将棉纤维和亚麻纤维经加捻工艺制作成纬丝,并在喷气织机上采用经纬交织的斜纹组织法织造成基布;
b.待步骤a完成后,再将织造好的基布在质量分数为13%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡7-14min,待捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干;
c.待步骤b完成后,再将经步骤b处理后的基布放入到抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液中进行处理;
d.待步骤c完成后,再将处理好的基布放入到疏水溶液中进行处理,在基布处理好后,再放入到紫外线下辐照处理15—25min,然后再室温条件下干燥;
e.待步骤d完成后,再将干燥后的基布在-8—-3℃环境中放3—7min,再在35—45℃环境中放置12—17min,如此高低温交替进行5—7次,再将高低温处理后的基布浸入去离子水清洗5—10min,经干燥、定型得到超疏水棉麻纺织面料。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤b中待捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,清洗的次数为3—5次,基布甩干采用的是离心脱水机。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤c中的基布放入到抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液中进行处理,抗菌溶液包括以下原料:茶多酚、苹果酸、酒石酸、三聚马来酸、纳米TiO2、三氧化二锑、渗透剂、丝素和乙醇水溶液,所述抗皱溶液包括以下原料:甘油松香树脂、强力保护剂、催化剂和渗透剂。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤c中基布放入到抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液中进行处理,处理步骤如下:
f.首先将茶多酚、苹果酸、酒石酸、三聚马来酸、纳米TiO2、三氧化二锑、渗透剂、丝素和乙醇水溶液添加到混合器中混合,制得抗菌溶液,再将甘油松香树脂、强力保护剂、催化剂和渗透剂添加到混合器中混合,制得抗皱溶液;
g.待步骤f完成后,再将甩干后的基布以浸渍浴比1:40进行浸渍,浸渍温度为50-65℃,二浸二轧,每次浸35-60min,轧余率为75-95%,再将浸渍好的基布在80℃的温度下预烘5min;
h.待步骤g完成后,再将预烘后的基布放入到抗皱溶液中浸渍,浸渍温度为45-55℃,二浸二轧,浸渍时间为2-3h;
i.待步骤h完成后,再将处理后的基布送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制基布带液率降至5%-10%。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤d中疏水溶液包括以下原料:羧甲基壳聚糖、高碘酸钠、盐酸催化剂、SiO2微米颗粒、ZnO微米颗粒、Ti(SO4)2和硅烷偶联剂。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤d中基布放入到疏水溶液中进行处理步骤如下:先将羧甲基壳聚糖加入80—110mL去离子水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入0.5—0.8g高碘酸钠,升温至55—70℃,搅拌反应1.5—3h,得到反应液,再将基布浸入反应液中,然后加入0.03—0.06mol盐酸催化剂,加热至60—70℃,反应2—4h,中反应完毕后,加入3—5gSiO2微米颗粒和2—3gZnO微米颗粒,在40—45℃的条件下超声搅拌15—30min,升温至45—55℃,加入2—4gTi(SO4)2和0.3—0.5g硅烷偶联剂,超声搅拌15—25min,静置10—15h。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,制备步骤如下:

f.首先将茶多酚、苹果酸、酒石酸、三聚马来酸、纳米TiO2、三氧化二锑、渗透剂、丝素和乙醇水溶液添加到混合器中混合,制得抗菌溶液,再将甘油松香树脂、强力保护剂、催化剂和渗透剂添加到混合器中混合,制得抗皱溶液;
g.待步骤f完成后,再将甩干后的基布以浸渍浴比1:40进行浸渍,浸渍温度为50-65℃,二浸二轧,每次浸35-60min,轧余率为75-95%,再将浸渍好的基布在80℃的温度下预烘5min;
h.待步骤g完成后,再将预烘后的基布放入到抗皱溶液中浸渍,浸渍温度为45-55℃,二浸二轧,浸渍时间为2-3h;
i.待步骤h完成后,再将处理后的基布送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制基布带液率降至5%-10%。
综上所述,本发明经过抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液处理后的棉麻纺织面料可克服棉麻织物经过常规抗皱整理后手感偏硬的缺陷,同时使棉麻纺织面料具有抗皱性和抗菌性能,适于各种场合穿着。

c.待步骤b完成后,再将经步骤b处理后的基布放入到抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液中进行处理;
d.待步骤c完成后,再将处理好的基布放入到疏水溶液中进行处理,在基布处理好后,再放入到紫外线下辐照处理15—25min,然后再室温条件下干燥;
e.待步骤d完成后,再将干燥后的基布在-8—-3℃环境中放3—7min,再在35—45℃环境中放置12—17min,如此高低温交替进行5—7次,再将高低温处理后的基布浸入去离子水清洗5—10min,经干燥、定型得到超疏水棉麻纺织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中待捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,清洗的次数为3—5次,基布甩干采用的是离心脱水机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c中的基布放入到抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液中进行处理,抗菌溶液包括以下原料:茶多酚、苹果酸、酒石酸、三聚马来酸、纳米TiO2、三氧化二锑、渗透剂、丝素和乙醇水溶液,所述抗皱溶液包括以下原料:甘油松香树脂、强力保护剂、催化剂和渗透剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c中基布放入到抗菌溶液和抗皱溶液中进行处理,处理步骤如下:
f.首先将茶多酚、苹果酸、酒石酸、三聚马来酸、纳米TiO2、三氧化二锑、渗透剂、丝素和乙醇水溶液添加到混合器中混合,制得抗菌溶液,再将甘油松香树脂、强力保护剂、催化剂和渗透剂添加到混合器中混合,制得抗皱溶液;
g.待步骤f完成后,再将甩干后的基布以浸渍浴比1:40进行浸渍,浸渍温度为50-65℃,二浸二轧,每次浸35-60min,轧余率为75-95%,再将浸渍好的基布在80℃的温度下预烘5min;
h.待步骤g完成后,再将预烘后的基布放入到抗皱溶液中浸渍,浸渍温度为45-55℃,二浸二轧,浸渍时间为2-3h;
i.待步骤h完成后,再将处理后的基布送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制基布带液率降至5%-10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中疏水溶液包括以下原料:羧甲基壳聚糖、高碘酸钠、盐酸催化剂、SiO2微米颗粒、ZnO微米颗粒、Ti(SO4)2和硅烷偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中基布放入到疏水溶液中进行处理步骤如下:先将羧甲基壳聚糖加入80—110mL去离子水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入0.5—0.8g高碘酸钠,升温至55—70℃,搅拌反应1.5—3h,得到反应液,再将基布浸入反应液中,然后加入0.03—0.06mol盐酸催化剂,加热至60—70℃,反应2—4h,中反应完毕后,加入3—5gSiO2微米颗粒和2—3gZnO微米颗粒,在40—45℃的条件下超声搅拌15—30min,升温至45—55℃,加入2—4gTi(SO4)2和0.3—0.5g硅烷偶联剂,超声搅拌15—25min,静置10—15h。
