Abstract
本发明公开了一种混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)烧毛;(2)煮退漂处理;(3)抗菌防臭抗皱处理;(4)预烘;(5)焙烘;(6)水洗;(7)烘干。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的整理工艺能够使棉与蚕丝混纺面料具备抗菌防臭抗皱性能,将三种整理效果同时实现,缩短了整理的时间;同时,本发明的整理工艺还能够使棉与蚕丝混纺面料具备定型效果好、免熨烫、防水、防油、挺括、丰满、不污等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料后整理领域,特别是一种混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺。
背景技术
棉与蚕丝都是天然的纤维素纤维,其中棉的微观结构是由数十根链状的纤维素大分子聚集形成的微原纤,微原纤再聚集成横向尺寸约10-25nm的原纤,再由原纤排列成日轮层,最后形成的纤维。棉纤维的微观内部是一种多孔材料。由于它本身的特性,决定了它具有良好的透气、透湿以及突出的舒适性,因而受到广大消费者的厚爱。蚕丝纤维也因具备良好的透气、吸湿性能而受消费者喜爱。棉/蚕丝混纺织物由于其透气、轻薄的特征受到了消费的青睐,市场前景广阔。但是在穿着过程中,由于棉纤维自身特性,棉纤维面料易出现褶皱、变形等问题,不但影响织物外观,而且不耐用。且棉/蚕丝混纺织物多用于夏季穿着,夏季气候闷热,易出汗,在这样环境下的棉/蚕丝混纺面料易产生臭味并且滋生细菌,不利于穿着者的形象及健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够改善棉和蚕丝混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱性能,令面料更适于制成服装穿着。
本发明提供了一种混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:将棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入烧毛机中进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为95-100m/min;
(2)煮退漂处理:在pH值为7-8 条件下采用渗透剂P-60、双氧水对棉与蚕丝混纺面料进行处理,处理后采用纯碱进行煮练,煮练后用1.15%的硫代硫酸钠在85℃对棉与蚕丝混纺面料处理6 min,去除残留在织物上的双氧水,然后在0.4%的醋酸水溶液中在60℃下洗6 min,中和残留的碱,中和后用热水清洗棉与蚕丝混纺面料一次,清洗后再95℃、pH值为4-5的条件下进行氯漂,然后用浓度为2g/L的硫代硫酸钠在80℃下处理10 min,去除残留的氯,最后再用热水和冷水分别清洗一次;
(3)抗菌防臭抗皱处理:将经过煮漂退的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入抗菌防臭抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度165-185℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为12-15r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述抗菌防臭抗皱整理液包括以下重量份数的组分:15-25份抗菌剂,30-45份柠檬酸,5-15份聚乙二醇,5-10份柔软剂,30-50份β-环糊精,3-5份次亚磷酸钠,1-2份渗透剂JFC,2-5份水性聚氨酯,3-6份甲醇,5-7份三乙醇胺,4-6份纳米二氧化钛,15-25份丝素,10-12份戊二醛,33-46份二羟甲基二羟基唑啉酮,8-10份柠檬酸铵,22-28份三乙醇胺,14-18份次磷酸钠,12-15份六水氯化镁,4-8份甘油松香树脂,10-15份聚二乙烯乙炔,12-15份环烷酸,6-10份柠檬酸铵,3-8份冰醋酸,10-15份丙烯酰胺,8-12份氯乙烯乙烯酯以及85-105份去离子水;
(4)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭抗皱处理的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95-105℃,机车速为10-12m/min;
(5)焙烘:将经过预烘的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为138-155℃,机车速度为13-15m/min;
(6)水洗:将焙烘过的棉与蚕丝混纺面料在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的棉与蚕丝混纺面料烘干后即得抗菌防臭抗皱的棉与蚕丝混纺面料。
优选的是,步骤(3)中所述抗菌防臭抗皱整理液包括以下重量份数的组分:22份抗菌剂,37份柠檬酸,11份聚乙二醇,8份柔软剂,42份β-环糊精,4份次亚磷酸钠,1.6份渗透剂JFC,3份水性聚氨酯,4份甲醇,6份三乙醇胺,5份纳米二氧化钛,20份丝素,11份戊二醛,40份二羟甲基二羟基唑啉酮,9份柠檬酸铵,25份三乙醇胺,16份次磷酸钠,14份六水氯化镁,6份甘油松香树脂,13份聚二乙烯乙炔,14份环烷酸,8份柠檬酸铵,5.5份冰醋酸,12份丙烯酰胺,10份氯乙烯乙烯酯以及96份去离子水。
优选的是,所述抗菌剂为甲壳素。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的整理工艺能够使棉与蚕丝混纺面料具备抗菌防臭抗皱性能,将三种整理效果同时实现,缩短了整理的时间;同时,本发明的整理工艺还能够使棉与蚕丝混纺面料具备定型效果好、免熨烫、防水、防油、挺括、丰满、不污等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:将棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入烧毛机中进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为95-100m/min;
(2)煮退漂处理:在pH值为7-8 条件下采用渗透剂P-60、双氧水对棉与蚕丝混纺面料进行处理,处理后采用纯碱进行煮练,煮练后用1.15%的硫代硫酸钠在85℃对棉与蚕丝混纺面料处理6 min,去除残留在织物上的双氧水,然后在0.4%的醋酸水溶液中在60℃下洗6 min,中和残留的碱,中和后用热水清洗棉与蚕丝混纺面料一次,清洗后再95℃、pH值为4-5的条件下进行氯漂,然后用浓度为2g/L的硫代硫酸钠在80℃下处理10 min,去除残留的氯,最后再用热水和冷水分别清洗一次;

(4)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭抗皱处理的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95-105℃,机车速为10-12m/min;
(5)焙烘:将经过预烘的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为138-155℃,机车速度为13-15m/min;
(6)水洗:将焙烘过的棉与蚕丝混纺面料在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的棉与蚕丝混纺面料烘干后即得抗菌防臭抗皱的棉与蚕丝混纺面料。
步骤(3)中所述抗菌防臭抗皱整理液包括以下重量份数的组分:22份抗菌剂,37份柠檬酸,11份聚乙二醇,8份柔软剂,42份β-环糊精,4份次亚磷酸钠,1.6份渗透剂JFC,3份水性聚氨酯,4份甲醇,6份三乙醇胺,5份纳米二氧化钛,20份丝素,11份戊二醛,40份二羟甲基二羟基唑啉酮,9份柠檬酸铵,25份三乙醇胺,16份次磷酸钠,14份六水氯化镁,6份甘油松香树脂,13份聚二乙烯乙炔,14份环烷酸,8份柠檬酸铵,5.5份冰醋酸,12份丙烯酰胺,10份氯乙烯乙烯酯以及96份去离子水。
所述抗菌剂为甲壳素。
Claims (3)
1.一种混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:将棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入烧毛机中进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为95-100m/min;
(2)煮退漂处理:在pH值为7-8 条件下采用渗透剂P-60、双氧水对棉与蚕丝混纺面料进行处理,处理后采用纯碱进行煮练,煮练后用1.15%的硫代硫酸钠在85℃对棉与蚕丝混纺面料处理6 min,去除残留在织物上的双氧水,然后在0.4%的醋酸水溶液中在60℃下洗6 min,中和残留的碱,中和后用热水清洗棉与蚕丝混纺面料一次,清洗后再95℃、pH值为4-5的条件下进行氯漂,然后用浓度为2g/L的硫代硫酸钠在80℃下处理10 min,去除残留的氯,最后再用热水和冷水分别清洗一次;

(4)预烘:将经过抗菌防臭抗皱处理的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为95-105℃,机车速为10-12m/min;
(5)焙烘:将经过预烘的棉与蚕丝混纺面料放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为138-155℃,机车速度为13-15m/min;
(6)水洗:将焙烘过的棉与蚕丝混纺面料在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(7)烘干:将水洗后的棉与蚕丝混纺面料烘干后即得抗菌防臭抗皱的棉与蚕丝混纺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述抗菌防臭抗皱整理液包括以下重量份数的组分:22份抗菌剂,37份柠檬酸,11份聚乙二醇,8份柔软剂,42份β-环糊精,4份次亚磷酸钠,1.6份渗透剂JFC,3份水性聚氨酯,4份甲醇,6份三乙醇胺,5份纳米二氧化钛,20份丝素,11份戊二醛,40份二羟甲基二羟基唑啉酮,9份柠檬酸铵,25份三乙醇胺,16份次磷酸钠,14份六水氯化镁,6份甘油松香树脂,13份聚二乙烯乙炔,14份环烷酸,8份柠檬酸铵,5.5份冰醋酸,12份丙烯酰胺,10份氯乙烯乙烯酯以及96份去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混纺面料的抗菌防臭抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为甲壳素。
