保持服装的平整,就是要求服装在穿着过程中具有抗皱性,在洗涤后无需熨烫仍能保持良好的平整状态或褶裥、形态稳定,即通常所说的服装的抗皱功能。目前国内的抗皱技术,主要是液氨整理和树脂处理等。但由于“液氨”本身所具有的危险性,故企业一般已经不再采用该技术。而树脂抗皱处理由于常用的整理剂会在面料表面发生化学反应,在穿着时仍会释放少量甲醛,不能满足现代人对健康环保的追求。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种甘油松香树脂抗皱棉麻衬衫的生产方法,以期生产一种抗皱性能好、舒适性高的棉麻成衣制品。

一种甘油松香树脂抗皱整理组合物,其特征在于:所述的甘油松香树脂抗皱整理组合物,按重量份计,含有80-100份甘油松香树脂,30-60份亲水性整理剂,20-40份强力保护剂,10-15份催化剂,2-4份渗透剂,4-6份抗纰裂剂。

S1.碱洗:将缝制好的棉麻成衣在质量分数为15%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡5-10分钟后,捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,同时达到去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍和改变棉麻纤维分子结构的效果;
S2.堆叠:将步骤S1中所述棉麻成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,置于专用辅助浸药工装上;
S3.配药:配制所需的甘油松香树脂抗皱整理组合物,按重量份计,含有80-100份甘油松香树脂,30-60份亲水性整理剂,20-40份强力保护剂,10-15份催化剂,2-4份渗透剂,4-6份抗纰裂剂。;
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述甘油松香树脂抗皱整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉麻成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2-3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉麻成衣,使所述棉麻成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持3-5分钟浸药时间;
S6.挤干:将已充分浸润甘油松香树脂抗皱整理组合物的所述棉麻成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉麻成衣,使棉麻成衣的带液率降至40%-50%;

S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉麻成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为160℃-170℃,时间为2-3分钟,使抗皱整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.抗皱整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉麻成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的甘油松香树脂抗皱整理组合物并脱水烘干。
