本发明公开了一种吸湿抗菌涤纶面料,涉及服装面料技术领域,所述涤纶面料由涤纶纤维、合成纤维、聚酯纤维、棉纤维、改性涤纶纤维和纺织助剂组成,得到所述吸湿抗菌涤纶面料。本发明通过采用具有良好的成纤性能和机械性能的涤纶纤维,实用性好,通过采用合成纤维和聚酯纤维是一方面还是为了提高涤纶织物的穿着舒适感,另一方面是为了改善传统的涤纶面料不透气,影响穿着,再一方面为了抗菌,避免细菌生长,通过加入棉纤维是为了方便吸汗,避免身体排出的汗液不能及时排出,给身体造成伤害。

背景技术
涤纶纤维作为应用最广泛的化学纤维,其具有良好的成纤性能和机械性能,强度高、耐光、耐热和耐酸碱性好,具有良好的加工性和易纺性,可纯纺、混纺和交织。涤纶面料耐洗耐磨、免烫抗皱,在服装、家纺、装饰和产品用等领域被广泛应用。然而,涤纶纤维也存在吸湿性差、织物不吸汗、穿着有闷热感、防静电能力差和易沾污灰尘等缺点,因此大大制约了涤纶纤维的应用与发展。为提高涤纶纤维的穿着舒适性,提高涤纶纤维的应用附加值,通常是对涤纶纤维进行化学或物理方面的改进,进而赋予涤纶纤维较高的吸湿排汗性,提高涤纶织物穿着舒适度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸湿抗菌涤纶面料,具备吸湿,抗菌,排汗的优点,解决了涤纶纤维也存在吸湿性差、织物不吸汗、穿着有闷热感、防静电能力差和易沾污灰尘等缺点的问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供如下技术方案:一种吸湿抗菌涤纶面料,所述涤纶面料由涤纶纤维、合成纤维、聚酯纤维、棉纤维、改性涤纶纤维和纺织助剂组成,得到所述吸湿抗菌涤纶面料,各成分重量百分比为:
涤纶纤维 35-55%,
合成纤维 6-10%,
聚酯纤维 3-5%,
棉纤维 5-8%,
改性涤纶纤维 10-15%,
纺织助剂 3-5%。
进一步的,所述涤纶纤维为涤纶长丝纤维、涤纶中长丝纤维、涤纶短丝纤维、涤纶单丝中的一种或两种以上经纺丝制造成的。
通过采用上述技术方案,具有良好的成纤性能和机械性能,实用性好。
进一步的,所述合成纤维的人造纤维、人造丝、高强度高模纤维、腈纶、粘胶纤维、醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维中的一种或两种以上经纺丝制造成的。

进一步的,所述聚酯纤维为二元酸和二元酯浓缩的聚酯经纺丝制造成的。

S3、将S2步骤所得的面料原料进行织造成胚布,并将所织造的胚布进行全检入库,备用;
通过采用上述S3步骤,为了将原料制成胚布方便后期使用。
S4、将S3步骤中检验合格的胚布取出,加入退浆剂和去油剂进行去浆去油处理,备用;
通过采用上述S4步骤,为了剔除不合格的胚布,避免不合格的胚布影响成品面料的质量。
S5、将S4步骤进行去浆区域处理的胚布,进行加入染料和纺织助剂进行染色和固色处理,备用;
通过采用上述S5步骤,进行染料,是为了渲染,避免胚布的颜色太单调。
S6、将S5步骤中的胚布放进烘干机中,将温度调升到210℃进行烘干定型,得到所述吸湿抗菌涤纶面料。
