运动是生活中必不可少的,因此运动服饰得到的广泛的推广。目前已有竹纤维纯纺产品和各种混纺产品,竹纤维市场发展迅速,世界纤维产业形成了一定的规模,相关竹纤维产业也日益完善。但由于竹原纤维与其它纤维相比,粗、硬,纤维短,平常多用于袜子、毛巾等领域,其应用形式、风格都比较单一,很难应用于机织面料中,限制了其应用。
目前现在的布料的透气性差,影响面料的吸湿排汗性能,而竹纤维的加入的配比以及面料制作的方式和面料的结构未能够实现竹纤维在运动面料中很好的应用。
发明内容
鉴于上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,旨在能够解决现有技术中的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述面料包括主体层和抗菌层,所述主体层包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱由竹纤维、涤纶纤维、丙纶纤维混纺制成,所述纬纱由棉纤维、竹纤维、芳纶纤维混纺制成,
在所述经纱中,所述竹纤维所占质量比为30-40%,所述丙纶纤维质量占比为20-30%,所述涤纶纤维质量占比不超过30%,当经纱中的材料不够时向其中加入蚕丝;
在所述纬纱中,所述棉纤维所占质量比为60%,所述竹纤维所占质量比为20-30%,所述芳纶纤维所占质量比为5-10%,当纬纱中的材料不够时向其中加入蚕丝;
所述抗菌层设置在主体层的两侧。

本实施例对抗菌层进行独有的设计,所述抗菌层由棉纤维、氨纶纤维、抗菌剂组成,所述抗菌剂为成条状的竹纤维,所述竹纤维经过混合有抗菌液的色浆进行原液着色,所述棉纤维与氨纶纤维交叉设置,10%质量的所述抗菌剂(呈条状的竹纤维)与90%质量的所述棉纤维加捻形成抗菌棉纤维,所述抗菌棉纤维和所述氨纶纤维织造形成抗菌层。本发明的抗菌层采用了原液着色的方法,将药液加入到了纤维中,然后再加捻,能够起到较好的抗菌效果,抗菌效果明显,抗菌持续时间比传统的方式延长三年左右,而且不会带来影响透气的不利因素。
所述抗菌棉纤维和所述氨纶纤维编织成平纹组织,在所述平纹组织之间,设置有通过棉纤维织造而成的宽度1cm的斜纹组织,所述平纹组织与斜纹组织交叉排列,在所述斜纹组织上按斜纹的方向加工出透气孔,所述透气孔设置在斜纹组织与平纹组织连接处附近。提高了抗菌的效果,同时进一步保证了面料的透气性。
进一步地,另一个实施例,在上述实施例的面料中加入防水层,所述防水层设置在外侧面抗菌层的外侧,所述防水层包括棉纤维和竹纤维,所述棉纤维上经过喷洒处理,涂覆有TPU液体相,所述TPU液体相间隔喷洒,喷洒方式可通过控制器控制机器实现,在棉纤维和竹纤维交叉编织接触的地方不喷洒TPU液体相,最后将棉纤维和竹纤维织造形成防水层。为了提高防水层的防水和透气效果,将棉纤维的密度设置小于竹纤维的密度。
所述色浆包括占色浆总质量40-50%的表面改性颜料、占色浆总质量10%的分散剂、占色浆总质量5-10%的乙二醇、占色浆总质量10%的抗菌药液,占色浆总质量20-35%的水,色浆制备步骤包括:
将上述色浆中的物料进行研磨,加入除抗菌药液外的其他物料,加水混合调匀,静置12h;
将上述溶液进行脱泡处理,在1-5℃之间,静置6h;
在低温下过滤,温度控制在1-5℃之间,
在温度1-5℃之间,加入抗菌药液,控制温度为室温,混合,脱泡处理,最终形成色浆。
有上述色浆制备的方法可以得知,本发明中的色浆的制备需要在低温下进行,无论是脱泡、过滤还是混合均需要在低温下进行,这是为了保证后续的原液着色后的竹纤维在与棉纤维加捻后形成的最终面料具有较长时间的抗菌效果。如果在高温下制备,抗菌时间则会较大的削减。
色浆制备实施例1
表面改性颜料占色浆总质量40%、分散剂占色浆总质量10%、乙二醇占色浆总质量10%、抗菌药液占色浆总质量10%,水占色浆总质量30%,色浆制备步骤包括:
将上述色浆中的物料进行研磨,加入除抗菌药液外的其他物料,加水混合调匀,静置12h;
将上述溶液进行脱泡处理,在2-3℃之间,静置6h;
在低温下过滤,温度控制在2-3℃之间,
在温度2-3℃之间,加入抗菌药液,控制温度为室温,混合,脱泡处理,最终形成色浆。
色浆制备实施例2
表面改性颜料占色浆总质量40%、分散剂占色浆总质量10%、乙二醇占色浆总质量10%、抗菌药液占色浆总质量10%,水占色浆总质量30%,色浆制备步骤包括:

在低温下过滤,温度控制在1-2℃之间,
在温度1-2℃之间,加入抗菌药液,控制温度为室温,混合,脱泡处理,最终形成色浆。
色浆制备实施例3
表面改性颜料占色浆总质量50%、分散剂占色浆总质量10%、乙二醇占色浆总质量10%、抗菌药液占色浆总质量10%,水占色浆总质量20%,色浆制备步骤包括:
将上述色浆中的物料进行研磨,加入除抗菌药液外的其他物料,加水混合调匀,静置12h;
将上述溶液进行脱泡处理,在4-5℃之间,静置6h;
在低温下过滤,温度控制在4-5℃之间,
在温度4-5℃之间,加入抗菌药液,控制温度为室温,混合,脱泡处理,最终形成色浆。
表面改性颜料占比高时,可适当的升高温度。
本发明具有以下技术效果:
面料导湿性强,运动出汗后汗水直接排出,单向导湿,保暖,贴身,透气好。

1.一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述面料包括主体层和抗菌层,所述主体层包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱由竹纤维、涤纶纤维、丙纶纤维混纺制成,所述纬纱由棉纤维、竹纤维、芳纶纤维混纺制成,
在所述经纱中,所述竹纤维所占质量比为30-40%,所述丙纶纤维质量占比为20-30%,所述涤纶纤维质量占比不超过30%,当经纱中的材料不够时向其中加入蚕丝;
在所述纬纱中,所述棉纤维所占质量比为60%,所述竹纤维所占质量比为20-30%,所述芳纶纤维所占质量比为5-10%,当纬纱中的材料不够时向其中加入蚕丝;
所述抗菌层设置在主体层的两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌层由棉纤维、氨纶纤维、抗菌剂组成,所述抗菌剂为成条状的竹纤维,所述竹纤维经过混合有抗菌液的色浆进行原液着色,所述棉纤维与氨纶纤维交叉设置,10%质量的所述抗菌剂与90%质量的所述棉纤维加捻形成抗菌棉纤维,所述抗菌棉纤维和所述氨纶纤维织造形成抗菌层。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌棉纤维和所述氨纶纤维编织成平纹组织,在所述平纹组织之间,设置有通过棉纤维织造而成的宽度1cm的斜纹组织,所述平纹组织与斜纹组织交叉排列,在所述斜纹组织上按斜纹的方向加工出透气孔,所述透气孔设置在斜纹组织与平纹组织连接处附近。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:
所述色浆包括占色浆总质量40-50%的表面改性颜料、占色浆总质量10%的分散剂、占色浆总质量5-10%的乙二醇、占色浆总质量10%的抗菌药液,占色浆总质量20-35%的水,色浆制备步骤包括:
将上述色浆中的物料进行研磨,加入除抗菌药液外的其他物料,加水混合调匀,静置12h;
将上述溶液进行脱泡处理,在1-5℃之间,静置6h;
在低温下过滤,温度控制在1-5℃之间,
在温度1-5℃之间,加入抗菌药液,控制温度为室温,混合,脱泡处理,最终形成色浆。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:

6.如权利要求1所述的一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述面料还包括防水层,所述防水层设置在外侧面抗菌层的外侧,所述防水层包括棉纤维和竹纤维,所述棉纤维上经过喷洒处理,涂覆有TPU液体相,所述TPU液体相间隔喷洒,在棉纤维和竹纤维交叉编织接触的地方不喷洒TPU液体相,最后将棉纤维和竹纤维织造形成防水层。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种竹涤丙纶运动面料的生产方法,其特征在于:为了提高防水层的防水和透气效果,将棉纤维的密度设置小于竹纤维的密度。
